Abstract
The invention discloses a lubricating liquid for grouting drilling, which is characterized in that the formula of the lubricating liquid is as follows: 0.4 to 0.6 percent of solid lubricant; 0.4 to 0.6 percent of composite ionic macromolecular polymer; 0.1 to 0.15 percent of composite polymer diluent; 0.2 to 0.3 percent of polymer fluid loss agent; 0.2 to 5.0 percent of filtrate loss regulator; 1.0 to 2.0 percent of fluidity regulator; 0.3 to 0.5 percent of cleaning agent. The lubricating liquid does not reduce the efficiency of rock breaking. Does not corrode metal and does not damage the sealing material. Besides improving the service life and the working index of the drilling tool, the analysis and evaluation of the formation data should not be influenced. No environmental pollution and easy biodegradation.

Background
The drilling and grouting process is to convey different grout materials to various complex stratums through a grouting pipe, so as to play roles in filling, consolidation, reinforcement, compaction, extrusion, expansion, cementation and the like.
During drilling, lubricating flushing liquid is used or lubricant is coated on the surface of the drilling tool to reduce the transverse vibration force generated during rotation of the drilling tool, increase the rotation speed of the drilling tool and reduce the wear of the drilling tool.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a lubricating liquid suitable for being used in the grouting drilling process aiming at the particularity of the grouting drilling.

In addition, it has no influence on the dynamic and static shearing forces of lubricating liquid and has excellent compatibility with various fibrous and mineral mixtures.
In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the lubricating liquid for grouting and drilling, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing the raw materials according to the proportion, then adding the composite ionic macromolecular polymer and the composite polymer diluent into water, then adding the polymer fluid loss agent and the solid lubricant, stirring at a high speed, then adding the fluid loss regulator and the fluidity regulator, heating, continuously stirring, finally adding the cleaning agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the lubricating liquid.
