Abstract
The invention discloses a quick-drying silicone adhesive material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, 80 parts of a base adhesive, 20-30 parts of a filler, 5-15 parts of a cross-linking agent, 4-10 parts of a plasticizer, 5-9 parts of a coupling agent, 2-4 parts of a catalyst, 5-8 parts of a curing agent and 5-10 parts of a synergist, wherein the synergist is a compound of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin, one end of the isocyanate ethyl acrylate is provided with a double bond capable of free radical polymerization, and the other end of the isocyanate ethyl acrylate is provided with isocyanate capable of reacting with a functional group with active hydrogen, so that the binding capacity can be rapidly increased, and rapid curing is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of silicone bonding materials, in particular to a quick-drying silicone bonding material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The silicone sealant is a rubber elastomer which takes polysiloxane as a main material, is matched with an inorganic filler, and is in contact with moisture in the air to carry out condensation reaction under the action of a cross-linking agent, a coupling agent and a catalyst, so as to remove low molecular substances and form a three-dimensional network structure. Compared with other sealants, the sealant has the characteristics of convenient construction, easy forming, no limitation of shape and size on a joint surface, strong bonding force, good sealing effect, excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, insulativity, oil resistance, physiological inertia and the like, is widely suitable for bonding and sealing vehicle sealing elements, chemical pipelines, mechanical equipment, flange pieces, electronic and electric appliances and the like in the field of sealing and bonding,
many technical researches on the silicone adhesive material disclosure have proposed solutions to various degrees of problems such as curing sealability, adhesive properties, impact resistance, etc., but the technology does not relate to the quick drying property of the product, i.e., the complete curing time, and thus a quick-drying type silicone adhesive material and a method for preparing the same have been developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick-drying silicone adhesive material and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, 80 parts of a base adhesive, 20-30 parts of a filler, 5-15 parts of a cross-linking agent, 4-10 parts of a plasticizer, 5-9 parts of a coupling agent, 2-4 parts of a catalyst, 5-8 parts of a curing agent and 5-10 parts of a synergist.
As a further optimization, the base gum is α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane.
As further optimization, the weight ratio of the filler white carbon black to the zinc oxide is 1 (3-4).
As a further optimization, the crosslinking agent is methyltrimethoxysilane, methyl triisobutanone oxime silane or vinyl triisobutanone oxime silane.
As a further optimization, the plasticizer is methyl silicone oil or mineral oil.
As a further optimization, the coupling agent is KH-560 or KH-570.
As a further optimization, the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate or tetra-n-butyl titanate.
As a further optimization, the curing agent is ethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine or triethylene tetramine.
As further optimization, the synergist is a compound of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin, and the compounding ratio of the hydroxyethyl methacrylate, the isocyanate ethyl acrylate and the epoxy resin is 1:2: 2.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the quick-drying silicone adhesive material, which comprises the following steps,
s1) weighing the components in parts by weight;
s2) putting the basic glue and the filler into a stirrer, stirring for 120min at the vacuum degree of 0.08-0.095MPa at the stirring temperature of 110-120 ℃ and the stirring speed of 400-550rpm, and discharging to obtain the basic glue;
s3) putting the base material, the cross-linking agent, the plasticizer, the coupling agent, the catalyst, the curing agent and the synergist into a stirrer, stirring for 35-50min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.08-0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 45-60 ℃, the stirring speed is 550-650rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone adhesive material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. one end of the isocyanate ethyl acrylate has double bonds and can be polymerized by free radicals, and the other end of the isocyanate ethyl acrylate has isocyanate and can react with functional groups with active hydrogen, so that the binding capacity can be rapidly increased, and the rapid curing is realized;
2. hydroxyethyl methacrylate, epoxy resin and isocyanate ethyl acrylate are added into the material for mixing, and a compounding system is adopted to ensure that the polymerization speed of the material is high in the using process, so that the curing speed can be improved.

The following are specific examples of the present invention and further describe the technical solutions of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1
A quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, α parts, 80 parts of omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 6 parts of white carbon black, 20 parts of zinc oxide, 10.5 parts of methyltrimethoxysilane, 10 parts of methyl silicone oil, KH-5608.5 parts, 3.5 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, 5.5 parts of ethylenediamine, 2 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 4 parts of isocyanate ethyl acrylate and 4 parts of epoxy resin.
The preparation method comprises the steps of S1) weighing the components in parts by weight, S2) putting α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, white carbon black and zinc oxide into a stirrer, stirring for 120min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.08MPa, the stirring temperature is 120 ℃, the stirring speed is 400rpm, discharging to obtain a base material, S3) putting the base material, methyltrimethoxysilane, methyl silicone oil, KH-560, dibutyltin dilaurate, ethylenediamine, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin into the stirrer, stirring for 50min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.08MPa, the stirring temperature is 45 ℃, the stirring speed is 550rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone adhesive material.
Example 2
A quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, α parts of 80 parts of omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 5 parts of white carbon black, 18 parts of zinc oxide, 15 parts of methyltrimethoxysilane, 5.5 parts of mineral oil, KH-5605 parts, 2.5 parts of tetra-n-butyl titanate, 5 parts of ethylenediamine, 1 part of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2 parts of isocyanate ethyl acrylate and 2 parts of epoxy resin.
The preparation method comprises the steps of S1) weighing the components according to the parts by weight, S2) putting α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, white carbon black and zinc oxide into a stirrer, stirring for 110min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 120 ℃, the stirring speed is 550rpm, discharging to obtain a base material, S3) putting the base material, methyltrimethoxysilane, mineral oil, KH-560, tetra-n-butyl titanate, ethylenediamine, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin into the stirrer, stirring for 35min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 60 ℃, the stirring speed is 650rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone adhesive material.
Example 3
A quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, α parts of omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane 80 parts, 5 parts of white carbon black, 15 parts of zinc oxide, 7.5 parts of methyl triisobutanone oxime silane, 4 parts of mineral oil, KH-5709 parts, 2.5 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, 6 parts of hexamethylene diamine, 1.5 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 3 parts of isocyanate ethyl acrylate and 3 parts of epoxy resin.
The preparation method comprises the steps of S1) weighing the components in parts by weight, S2) putting α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, white carbon black and zinc oxide into a stirrer, stirring for 110min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.09MPa, the stirring temperature is 120 ℃, the stirring speed is 500rpm, discharging to obtain a base material, S3) putting the base material, methyl triisobutanone oxime silane, mineral oil, KH-570, dibutyltin dilaurate, hexamethylene diamine, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin into the stirrer, stirring for 40min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 50 ℃, the stirring speed is 600rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone bonding material.
Example 4
A quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, α parts of omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane 80 parts, 6 parts of white carbon black, 24 parts of zinc oxide, 12 parts of methyl triisobutanone oxime silane, 8.5 parts of methyl silicone oil, KH-5706.5 parts, 4 parts of tetra-n-butyl titanate, 8 parts of triethylene tetramine, 1 part of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2 parts of isocyanate ethyl acrylate and 2 parts of epoxy resin.
The preparation method comprises the steps of S1) weighing the components according to the weight parts, S2) putting α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, white carbon black and zinc oxide into a stirrer, stirring for 110min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.08MPa, the stirring temperature is 110 ℃, the stirring speed is 550rpm, discharging to obtain a base material, S3) putting the base material, methyl triisobutanone oxime silane, methyl silicone oil, KH-570, tetra-n-butyl titanate, triethylene tetramine, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin into the stirrer, stirring for 50min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 60 ℃, the stirring speed is 550rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone adhesive material.
Example 5
A quick-drying silicone adhesive material comprises, by weight, α parts of omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane 80 parts, 7 parts of white carbon black, 21 parts of zinc oxide, 5 parts of vinyl triisobutanone oxime silane, 4.5 parts of methyl silicone oil, KH-5706.5 parts, 2 parts of tetra-n-butyl titanate, 7.5 parts of triethylene tetramine, 2 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 4 parts of isocyanate ethyl acrylate and 4 parts of epoxy resin.
The preparation method comprises the steps of S1) weighing the components according to the weight parts, S2) putting α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, white carbon black and zinc oxide into a stirrer, stirring for 120min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 110 ℃, the stirring speed is 550rpm, discharging to obtain a base material, S3) putting the base material, vinyl triisobutanone oxime silane, methyl silicone oil, KH-570, tetra-n-butyl titanate, triethylene tetramine, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin into the stirrer, stirring for 50min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.08MPa, the stirring temperature is 60 ℃, the stirring speed is 550rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone adhesive material.
Comparative examples
The silicone adhesive materials prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention were subjected to performance tests with conventional commercially available products, and the test results are shown in the following table.
Test standard conditions: 23 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃ and relative humidity of 50 percent plus or minus 5 percent.
According to the test data, the silicone bonding material prepared by the invention has a better curing effect and shorter drying time.

Claims (10)
1. A quick-drying silicone adhesive material is characterized by comprising, by weight, 80 parts of a base adhesive, 20-30 parts of a filler, 5-15 parts of a cross-linking agent, 4-10 parts of a plasticizer, 5-9 parts of a coupling agent, 2-4 parts of a catalyst, 5-8 parts of a curing agent and 5-10 parts of a synergist.
2. The quick-drying silicone adhesive material according to claim 1, wherein the base gum is α, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane.
3. The quick-drying silicone binding material according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the filler white carbon black to the zinc oxide is 1 (3-4).
4. The quick-drying silicone binding material of claim 1, wherein the crosslinker is methyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriisobutynoximosilane, or vinyltriisobutanoximosilane.
5. The quick-drying silicone adhesive material according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is methyl silicone oil or mineral oil.
6. The quick-drying silicone adhesive material according to claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is KH-560 or KH-570.
7. The quick-drying silicone adhesive material according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate or tetra-n-butyltitanate.
8. The quick-drying silicone adhesive material according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is ethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine, or triethylenetetramine.
9. The quick-drying silicone adhesive material according to claim 1, wherein the synergist is a compound of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, isocyanate ethyl acrylate and epoxy resin, and the compounding ratio of the hydroxyethyl methacrylate, the isocyanate ethyl acrylate and the epoxy resin is 1:2: 2.
10. The method for producing a quick-drying type silicone adhesive material according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of,
s1) weighing the components in parts by weight;
s2) putting the basic glue and the filler into a stirrer, stirring for 120min at the vacuum degree of 0.08-0.095MPa at the stirring temperature of 110-120 ℃ and the stirring speed of 400-550rpm, and discharging to obtain the basic glue;
s3) putting the base material, the cross-linking agent, the plasticizer, the coupling agent, the catalyst, the curing agent and the synergist into a stirrer, stirring for 35-50min under the condition that the vacuum degree is 0.08-0.095MPa, the stirring temperature is 45-60 ℃, the stirring speed is 550-650rpm, discharging and filling to obtain the quick-drying silicone adhesive material.
