Abstract
本发明公开一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,组成成分及质量百分含量为:水泥:16~29;铁矾渣:4~8;乳液:15~25;硅气凝胶粉体:6~12;聚苯颗粒:2.2~3.8;玻化微珠:3.0~8.5;纤维材料:0.5~1.6;滑石粉:5~12。该建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶。同时,使用与水泥的化学成分相似的工业废渣铁矾渣代替一部分水泥,减少水泥用量,解决建筑材料供需矛盾问题,以工业废料铁矾渣和聚苯颗粒为原料,铁矾渣可部分取代水泥,既保护了环境,又变废为宝,合理地利用了资源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保温施工技术领域,具体为一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥。
背景技术
随着外墙外保温技术的大力推广,相继出现一些新型保温隔热材料和应用技术。SiO2气凝胶被称为“蓝烟”,其组成中96%以上是气体,是目前世界上最轻的固体,密度最低达0.003g/cm3、常温下导热系数最低为0.013W/(m·K)。SiO2气凝胶是一种三维空间网络结构固体材料,具有低密度、低热导率、高光透过率、高孔隙率以及高比表面积等特性,时还兼有防火、防水等优良性能,是一种不可得的轻质、环保、功能材料,在建筑保温隔热领域广阔的应用景。
在现有技术中,温胶泥的水泥含量较高,而水泥的使用容易出现大量的铁矾渣,铁矾渣是锌、铜、镍、钴、锰等有色金属在湿法冶炼过程中采用铁矾法除铁所产生的沉铁渣,以锌冶炼过程中的产量最大。目前铁矾渣堆存量超过3500万t,并以每年超过100万t的速度增长,数量极其庞大。如此庞大的铁矾渣直接堆存不仅环境危害大,而且资源浪费严重。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,解决了在现有技术中,温胶泥的水泥含量较高,而水泥的使用容易出现大量的铁矾渣,铁矾渣是锌、铜、镍、钴、锰等有色金属在湿法冶炼过程中采用铁矾法除铁所产生的沉铁渣,以锌冶炼过程中的产量最大。目前铁矾渣堆存量超过3500万t,并以每年超过100万t的速度增长,数量极其庞大。如此庞大的铁矾渣直接堆存不仅环境危害大,而且资源浪费严重的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,组成成分及质量百分含量为:水泥:16~29;铁矾渣:4~8;乳液:15~25;硅气凝胶粉体:6~12;聚苯颗粒:2.2~3.8;玻化微珠:3.0~8.5;纤维材料:0.5~1.6;滑石粉:5~12;硅酸钙:2~10;可再分散乳胶粉:2~6;羟丙基甲基纤维素:0.2~0.5;海藻酸钠:0.5~2.0;醇酯十二:0.2~1.0;引气剂:0.002~0.01;憎水剂:0.1~0.3;偶联剂:0.05~0.15;防霉剂:0.1~0.5;水:25~45。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥。具备以下有益效果:
该建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶。同时,使用与水泥的化学成分相似的工业废渣铁矾渣代替一部分水泥,减少水泥用量,解决建筑材料供需矛盾问题,以工业废料铁矾渣和聚苯颗粒为原料,铁矾渣可部分取代水泥,既保护了环境,又变废为宝,合理地利用了资源。

实施例:一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,配方为:强度等级不低于32.5MPa的普通硅酸盐水泥16%,铁矾渣5%,硅丙乳液18%,硅气凝胶粉体8%,聚苯颗粒2.4%,玻化微珠4%,纤维材料1%,滑石粉6%,硅酸钙8%,可再分散乳胶粉3%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3%,海藻酸钠1%,醇酯十二0.5%,引气剂0.004%,憎水剂0.1%,偶联剂0.1%,防霉剂0.2%,水26.396%。
综上所述,该建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶。同时,使用与水泥的化学成分相似的工业废渣铁矾渣代替一部分水泥,减少水泥用量,解决建筑材料供需矛盾问题,以工业废料铁矾渣和聚苯颗粒为原料,铁矾渣可部分取代水泥,既保护了环境,又变废为宝,合理地利用了资源。

1.一种建筑外墙用新型保温胶泥,其特征在于,组成成分及质量百分含量为:水泥:16~29;铁矾渣:4~8;乳液:15~25;硅气凝胶粉体:6~12;聚苯颗粒:2.2~3.8;玻化微珠:3.0~8.5;纤维材料:0.5~1.6;滑石粉:5~12;硅酸钙:2~10;可再分散乳胶粉:2~6;羟丙基甲基纤维素:0.2~0.5;海藻酸钠:0.5~2.0;醇酯十二:0.2~1.0;引气剂:0.002~0.01;憎水剂:0.1~0.3;偶联剂:0.05~0.15;防霉剂:0.1~0.5;水:25~45。
