However, in practice, when the underground water quantity is not abundant or the underground water is dried due to seasonal influences, the liquid at the lower part of the device can not play a role in sealing harmful gas after being evaporated and dried, so that the harmful gas overflowing from the back of the tunnel lining can be diffused into the tunnel through the drainage system, and the operation safety of the gas tunnel is threatened.

The gas seal device is controlled by the liquid level in the separation bin and enables the water outlet to be switched between a communicated state and a blocked state, so that gas in the separation bin is prevented from leaking under the condition of water shortage or no water in the separation bin, harmful gas is prevented from overflowing into the tunnel through a drainage system, the problem of separation and discharge of a water-steam mixture is effectively solved, the problems that the water seal cannot be realized by the separation device and the like caused by factors such as underground water level reduction and seasonal variation are also considered, and the operation safety of the gas tunnel is ensured; the drainage effect can be ensured, the gas sealing is also considered, and the effect is exact; simple structure, economy is suitable for, and the size is adjustable, can prefabricate also can the cast in situ.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the underground water and harmful gas separation bin with the air seal device of the invention comprises a separation bin 1, a water body storage and discharge bin 3 and a bin body, wherein the upper part of the separation bin 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 2 for accessing a water-steam mixture and an air outlet pipe 11 for discharging separated gas, and the middle part of the water body storage and discharge bin 3 is provided with a water outlet pipe 6 for discharging separated underground water. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the air sealing device is composed of a floating ball 5, an air sealing plug 7, a stranded wire 9 and a pulley block 8, the floating ball 5 is arranged in the separation bin 1, the air sealing plug 7 is positioned in the water storage and discharge bin 3 and positioned at a water outlet 10, the pulley block 8 is fixedly installed on the top wall of the separation bin 1, the stranded wire 9 bypasses the pulley block 8, and two ends of the stranded wire are respectively connected with the floating ball 5 and the air sealing plug 7. In order to ensure the sealing effect, the air sealing plug 7 and the water outlet 10 are in a shape of a circular trapezoid cylinder. The weight of the floating ball 5 is larger than the sum of the weight of the stranded wire 9 and the weight of the air seal plug 7, enough falling force can be provided to lift the air seal plug 9 and seal the water outlet 10 when the water level in the separation bin 1 is lowered, and meanwhile, the buoyancy of the floating ball 5 is larger than the difference value of the weight of the floating ball 5 and the weight of the air seal plug 9, so that the water outlet 10 can be opened when the water level in the separation bin 1 is raised.
Referring to fig. 2, a water level gauge 4 communicated with the inner cavity of the separation chamber 1 is arranged on the outer wall of the separation chamber 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the bin body is of a rectangular concrete structure, the internal space of the bin body is divided by a vertical partition plate 1a and a transverse partition plate 1b to form a separation bin 1 and a water storage and discharge bin 3, and a water outlet 10 is arranged on the transverse partition plate 1 b. The size of the bin body can be adjusted according to the water yield of underground water, and the wall thickness meets the structural requirements.
