本发明提供一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,包括加热盒本体、设置于所述加热盒本体顶部的盒盖、设置于所述加热盒本体底部的凸起,所述凸起呈向下凸出的半球形,所述凸起位于所述加热盒本体的底面的中部,所述加热盒本体的外侧均匀设置有至少两根弹性拉带,所述弹性拉带的上端部与所述加热盒本体的外侧相固定连接,所述弹性拉带的下端部具有与微波炉的托盘的边缘部相配合的卡扣件,所述加热盒本体与/或所述盒盖上开设有若干排气孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种微波炉用辅助加热盒。
背景技术
现有技术中的微波炉通常用于对食物的加热,也可用于炒坚果,但是现有技术中直接采用微波炉炒坚果,如炒花生时,通常直接将花生放置在微波炉内的托盘上,利用微波炉进行加热,虽然能够极其高效地将花生炒熟,但是也存在一定的问题,即托盘边缘部的花生炒熟时,托盘中间部分的花生会发生焦黑现象,即托盘中间与边缘部分收到的微波能量不同,由此现有的微波炉对于炒坚果存在一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,能够防止坚果发生黑糊现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,包括加热盒本体、设置于所述加热盒本体顶部的盒盖、设置于所述加热盒本体底部的凸起,所述凸起呈向下凸出的半球形,所述凸起位于所述加热盒本体的底面的中部,所述加热盒本体的外侧均匀设置有至少两根弹性拉带,所述弹性拉带的上端部与所述加热盒本体的外侧相固定连接,所述弹性拉带的下端部具有与微波炉的托盘的边缘部相配合的卡扣件,所述加热盒本体与/或所述盒盖上开设有若干排气孔。
进一步改进的是,所述加热盒本体与所述凸起一体成型。
进一步改进的是,所述加热盒本体、所述凸起、所述盒盖由玻璃制成。
进一步改进的是,所述弹性拉带的上端部固定设置于所述加热盒本体的外侧的上部。
进一步改进的是,所述卡扣件的横截面呈U形。
进一步改进的是,所述盒盖与所述加热盒本体之间设置有若干弹性扣合件。
进一步改进的是,所述盒盖的一侧与所述加热盒本体相转动连接,所述盒盖的另一侧与所述加热盒本体之间设置有将两者锁紧的弹性锁扣。
进一步改进的是,所述加热盒本体呈圆柱形。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:将加热盒本体通过若干弹性拉带固定于微波炉的托盘上,而加热盒本体底部的凸起置于托盘中心处,形成类似“不倒翁”,在托盘转动时,带动加热盒本体转动,但是由于两者通过弹性拉带连接,由此加热盒本体的转动相对托盘滞后,在重力作用下使得坚果在加热盒本体内甩动,继而能够有效防止坚果始终处于同一位置被加热而发生黑糊现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例以及附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1-图2所示,一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,包括加热盒本体1、设置于所述加热盒本体1顶部的盒盖2、设置于所述加热盒本体1底部的凸起3,所述凸起3呈向下凸出的半球形,所述凸起3位于所述加热盒本体1的底面的中部,所述加热盒本体1的外侧均匀设置有三根弹性拉带4,所述弹性拉带4的上端部与所述加热盒本体1的外侧相固定连接,所述弹性拉带4的下端部具有与微波炉的托盘的边缘部相配合的卡扣件5,所述加热盒本体1与/或所述盒盖2上开设有若干排气孔。
为了方便加工,所述加热盒本体1与所述凸起3一体成型,所述加热盒本体1、所述凸起3、所述盒盖2由玻璃制成,由玻璃制成,不仅强度高,而且不受微波炉的微波影响。
为了提高加热盒本体1的摆动幅度,所述弹性拉带4的上端部固定设置于所述加热盒本体1的外侧的上部,提高其摆动幅度从而能够使得其内部的坚果能够更加大幅的甩动。
为了方便弹性拉带4与托盘的连接,所述卡扣件5的横截面呈U形,使用时,直接将卡扣件5卡在托盘边缘即可,此外卡扣件5上设置有阻尼凸起3,防止托盘在转动时造成脱离现象。
本实施例中盒盖2直接盖盒在加热盒本体1的上部,所述盒盖2与所述加热盒本体1之间设置有若干弹性扣合件6,盖合后通过若干弹性扣合件6将两者固定,另一种实施方式为,所述盒盖2的一侧与所述加热盒本体1相转动连接,所述盒盖2的另一侧与所述加热盒本体1之间设置有将两者锁紧的弹性锁扣,即盒盖2转动设置在加热盒本体1上。
本实施例中优选的实施方式为,所述加热盒本体1呈圆柱形。

1.一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,其特征在于:包括加热盒本体、设置于所述加热盒本体顶部的盒盖、设置于所述加热盒本体底部的凸起,所述凸起呈向下凸出的半球形,所述凸起位于所述加热盒本体的底面的中部,所述加热盒本体的外侧均匀设置有至少两根弹性拉带,所述弹性拉带的上端部与所述加热盒本体的外侧相固定连接,所述弹性拉带的下端部具有与微波炉的托盘的边缘部相配合的卡扣件,所述加热盒本体与/或所述盒盖上开设有若干排气孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,其特征在于:所述加热盒本体与所述凸起一体成型。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,其特征在于:所述加热盒本体、所述凸起、所述盒盖由玻璃制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种微波炉用辅助加热盒,其特征在于:所述弹性拉带的上端部固定设置于所述加热盒本体的外侧的上部。
