背景技术
由于传统燃油车消耗不可再生资源,并且造成的污染比较严重。而纯电动汽车在电池技术上又存在瓶颈。因此,近年来混合动力汽车的研发收到了大家的广泛关注。
现有的混合动力车辆的混合动力系统中,混合动力变速箱结构通常采用两个行星排、两个离合器、两个制动器来实现纯电动驱动模式下P3电机的三个档、发动机的三个档和混合动力输出的三个档。但是现有的混合动力系统中,其混合动力变速箱结构行星排数量以及制动器数量较多,并且由于行星排加工精度要求较高,因此,导致现有的混合动力系统成本较高。
发明内容

进一步地,所述第一输入轴上设有第一输入轴齿轮,所述第二输入轴上设有第二输入轴齿轮,所述输出轴上设有与所述第一输入轴齿轮相对应的第一输出轴齿轮和与所述第二输入轴齿轮相对应的第二输出轴齿轮,以传递所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴输出的动力。
进一步地,所述输出轴上还设有第三输出轴齿轮,所述输出轴通过所述第三输出轴齿轮与所述差速器连接。
进一步地,所述行星排包括:
齿圈,与所述第二电机连接;
行星轮,与所述齿圈连接;
太阳轮,与所述行星轮和所述制动器连接;
行星架,所述行星轮和所述太阳轮设在所述行星架上,所述行星架与所述第二输入轴连接。
进一步地,所述车辆混合动力系统在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现1档动力传递时,所述第二电机工作,所述制动器结合,所述第二离合器断开,所述同步器脱开,所述第一离合器分开,所述第二电机输出的动力通过所述行星排传递至所述第二输入轴、所述输出轴和所述差速器。
进一步地,所述车辆混合动力系统在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现2档动力传递时,所述第二电机工作,所述制动器脱开,所述第二离合器结合,所述同步器脱开,所述第一离合器分开,所述第二电机输出的动力通过所述第一输入轴传递至所述第二离合器、所述第二输入轴、所述输出轴和所述差速器。
进一步地,所述车辆混合动力系统在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现3档动力传递时,所述第二电机工作,所述制动器脱开,所述第二离合器脱开,所述同步器结合,所述第一离合器分开,所述第二电机输出的动力通过所述第一输入轴传递至所述同步器、所述输出轴和所述差速器。
进一步地,所述车辆混合动力系统在纯电动驱动模式下,当所述第一离合器结合时,所述发动机和所述第一电机实现动力耦合;当所述第一离合器脱开时,所述发动机为所述第一电机充电。
本发明还提供一种车辆,包括上述实施例中所述的车辆混合动力系统。
本发明的车辆混合动力系统,第二电机直接与行星排和第一输入轴连接以实现动力分流,通过第二离合器、制动器以及第一同步器就能实现纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换。该车辆混合动力系统相对于现有技术中的混合动力系统,少一个行星排和制动器,整体结构布置更加简单,生产成本较低。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明实施例的车辆混合动力系统100配置有纯电动驱动模式,车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下可以实现多个档位的动力切换。车辆混合动力系统100主要由动力源、输入轴、输出轴30、行星排40、制动器50、第一同步器61、第一离合器71、第二离合器72以及差速器80组成。其中,动力源用于输出动力,动力源包括发动机11、第一电机12和第二电机13,第一电机12与发动机11连接,在纯电动驱动模式下,发动机11在第一离合器71脱开时可以给第一电机12充电。在制动等工况下,可以由第二电机13实现制动能量的回收。需要说明的是,本申请描述的第一电机12为P1电机,第二电机13为P3电机,置于变速器之前,安装在发动机11曲轴上的电机可以称为P1电机,置于变速器输出端与发动机11同轴布置的电机可以称为P3电机。当然对于P1电机和P3电机的概念是本领域技术人员所熟知的,在本申请中不再详细赘述。
输入轴与动力源连接,输入轴可以根据车辆混合动力系统100的不同运行模式可选择地传递发动机11、第一电机12或第二电机13输出的动力。输入轴主要由第一输入轴21和第二输入轴22组成,其中,第二输入轴22套设在第一输入轴21上,第二电机13(P3电机)安装在第一输入轴21的一端,第二电机13产生的动力可以通过第一输入轴21和行星排40进行动力分流。发动机11和第一电机12分别安装在第一输入轴21的另一端,发动机11或第一电机12产生的动力可以通过第一输入轴21进行动力传递。
输出轴30与输入轴连接,输出轴30可以分别传递由第一输入轴21和/或第二输入轴22输出的动力,以将动力通过输出轴30传递给差速器80。行星排40的一端与第二电机13连接,行星排40的另一端与第二输入轴22连接。制动器50与行星排40连接,通过制动器50的脱开和结合可以实现车辆混合动力系统100不同的动力传递路线。
第一同步器61安装在第一输入轴21上,第一输入轴21通过第一同步器61将动力传递给输出轴30。第一离合器71安装在第一输入轴21上,第一电机12通过第一离合器71与第一输入轴21连接。第二离合器72安装在第一输入轴21上,第二输入轴22通过第二离合器72与第一输入轴21连接,以接收由第一输入轴21传输的动力。通过第一离合器71、第二离合器72、第一同步器61的结合或脱开可以实现车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换。并且该车辆混合动力系统100相对于现有技术中的混合动力系统,少一个行星排40和制动器50,整体结构布置更加简单,生产成本较低。
当然,在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,第二离合器72也可以用第二同步器62进行替换,通过第二同步器62实现第一输入轴21和第二输入轴22的动力传递(参见图2)。差速器80与输出轴30连接,以输出动力。通过第一离合器71、第二离合器72、第一同步器61的结合或脱开可以实现车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换。并且该车辆混合动力系统100相对于现有技术中的混合动力系统,少一个第二离合器72,多了一个第二同步器62,整体结构布置更加简单,生产成本较低。
根据本发明的一个实施例,参见图1和图2,第二电机13包括:电机转子,第二电机13通过电机转子与第一输入轴21和行星排40连接,第二电机13通过直接与行星排40和第一输入轴21连接可以实现第二电机13的动力分流,便于第二电机13在纯电动驱动模式下进行不同档位的动力切换。
根据本发明的一个实施例,参见图1,第一输入轴21上安装有第一输入轴齿轮91,第二输入轴22上安装有第二输入轴齿轮92,输出轴30上安装有与第一输入轴齿轮91相对应的第一输出轴齿轮93和与第二输入轴齿轮92相对应的第二输出轴齿轮94,第一输入轴21、第二输入轴22与输出轴30之间的动力传递可以通过第一输入轴齿轮91与第一输出轴齿轮93齿合以及第二输入轴齿轮92与第二输出轴齿轮94齿合的形式实现。输出轴30上还安装有第三输出轴齿轮95,输出轴30通过第三输出轴齿轮95与差速器80连接,也就是说,输出轴30上接收的动力通过第三输出轴齿轮95传递给差速器80。
根据本发明的一个实施例,参见图1,行星排40主要由齿圈41、行星轮42、太阳轮43和行星架44组成。其中,齿圈41与第二电机13连接。行星轮42与齿圈41连接。太阳轮43与行星轮42和制动器50连接。行星轮42和太阳轮43安装在行星架44上,行星架44与第二输入轴22连接。第二电机13输出的动力可以通过齿圈41、行星轮42、太阳轮43以及行星架44传递给第二输入轴22。其中,第二电机13与齿圈41的连接方式可以采用花键、齿轮或链带等传动方式连接。本发明的车辆混合动力系统100,采用一个行星排40就能实现车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换。
具体来说,参见图3,车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下实现1档动力传递时,第二电机13开始工作,制动器50结合,第二离合器72断开,同步器脱开,第一离合器71分开。此时,1档动力传递路线为:第二电机13(P3电机)输出的动力通过行星排40依次传递给第二输入轴22、输出轴30和差速器80。
车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下实现2档动力传递时,参见图4,第二电机13工作,制动器50脱开,第二离合器72结合,同步器脱开,第一离合器71分开,此时,2档动力传递路线为:第二电机13输出的动力通过第一输入轴21传递至第二离合器72、第二输入轴22、输出轴30和差速器80。
车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下实现3档动力传递时,参见图5,第二电机13工作,制动器50脱开,第二离合器72脱开,同步器结合,第一离合器71分开,此时,1档动力传递路线为:第二电机13输出的动力通过第一输入轴21传递至同步器、输出轴30和差速器80。
车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下(1档、2档以及3档动力传递),当第一离合器71结合时,发动机11和第一电机12实现动力耦合。并且在任意档位下,当第一离合器71脱开时,发动机11为第一电机12充电。
当然,在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,第二离合器72也可以用第二同步器62进行替换,通过第二同步器62实现第一输入轴21和第二输入轴22的动力传递(参见图2)。差速器80与输出轴30连接,以输出动力。通过第一离合器71、第二离合器72、第一同步器61的结合或脱开同样可以实现上述实施例中的车辆混合动力系统100在纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换,并且该车辆混合动力系统100相对于现有技术中的混合动力系统,少一个第二离合器72,多了一个第二同步器62,整体结构布置更加简单,生产成本较低。
总而言之,本发明的车辆混合动力系统100,第二电机13直接与行星排40和第一输入轴21连接以实现动力分流,通过第二离合器72、制动器50以及第一同步器61就能实现纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换。该车辆混合动力系统100相对于现有技术中的混合动力系统,整体结构布置更加简单,生产成本较低。
本发明还提供一种车辆,包括上述实施例中的车辆混合动力系统100。由于根据本发明实施例的车辆混合动力系统100具有上述技术效果,因此,根据本发明实施例的车辆也具有相应的技术效果,即本发明的车辆,采用该车辆混合动力系统100,第二电机13直接与行星排40和第一输入轴21连接以实现动力分流,通过第二离合器72、制动器50以及第一同步器61就能实现纯电动驱动模式下的多个档位的动力切换。并且该车辆的车辆混合动力系统100相对于现有技术中的混合动力系统,整体结构布置更加简单,生产成本较低。
根据本发明实施例的车辆的其他结构和操作对于本领域技术人员而言都是可以理解并且容易实现的,因此不再详细描述。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (8)

1.一种车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述车辆混合动力系统配置有纯电动驱动模式,且在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现多个档位的动力切换,所述车辆混合动力系统包括:
动力源,用于输出动力,所述动力源包括发动机、第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机与所述发动机连接;
输入轴,与所述动力源连接,以传递所述发动机、所述第一电机或所述第二电机输出的动力,所述输入轴包括第一输入轴和第二输入轴,所述第二电机设在所述第一输入轴的一端,所述发动机和所述第一电机分别设在所述第一输入轴的另一端;
输出轴,与所述输入轴连接,以分别传递由所述第一输入轴和/或所述第二输入轴输出的动力;
行星排,所述行星排的一端与所述第二电机连接,且另一端与所述第二输入轴连接;
第一同步器,设在所述第一输入轴上,所述第一输入轴通过所述第一同步器将动力传递给所述输出轴;
第一离合器,设在所述第一输入轴上,所述第一电机通过所述第一离合器与所述第一输入轴连接;
第二离合器,设在所述第一输入轴上,所述第二输入轴通过所述第二离合器与所述第一输入轴连接,以接收由所述第一输入轴传输的动力;
差速器,与所述输出轴连接,以输出动力;
制动器,所述制动器与所述行星排连接;
所述行星排包括:
齿圈,与所述第二电机连接;
行星轮,与所述齿圈连接;
太阳轮,与所述行星轮和所述制动器连接;
行星架,所述行星轮和所述太阳轮设在所述行星架上,所述行星架与所述第二输入轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第二电机包括:电机转子,所述第二电机通过所述电机转子与所述第一输入轴和所述行星排连接,以实现所述第二电机的动力分流。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一输入轴上设有第一输入轴齿轮,所述第二输入轴上设有第二输入轴齿轮,所述输出轴上设有与所述第一输入轴齿轮相对应的第一输出轴齿轮和与所述第二输入轴齿轮相对应的第二输出轴齿轮,以传递所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴输出的动力,所述输出轴上还设有第三输出轴齿轮,所述输出轴通过所述第三输出轴齿轮与所述差速器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述车辆混合动力系统在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现1档动力传递时,所述第二电机工作,所述制动器结合,所述第二离合器断开,所述同步器脱开,所述第一离合器分开,所述第二电机输出的动力通过所述行星排传递至所述第二输入轴、所述输出轴和所述差速器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述车辆混合动力系统在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现2档动力传递时,所述第二电机工作,所述制动器脱开,所述第二离合器结合,所述同步器脱开,所述第一离合器分开,所述第二电机输出的动力通过所述第一输入轴传递至所述第二离合器、所述第二输入轴、所述输出轴和所述差速器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述车辆混合动力系统在所述纯电动驱动模式下实现3档动力传递时,所述第二电机工作,所述制动器脱开,所述第二离合器脱开,所述同步器结合,所述第一离合器分开,所述第二电机输出的动力通过所述第一输入轴传递至所述同步器、所述输出轴和所述差速器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述车辆混合动力系统在纯电动驱动模式下,当所述第一离合器结合时,所述发动机和所述第一电机实现动力耦合;当所述第一离合器脱开时,所述发动机为所述第一电机充电。
8.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的车辆混合动力系统。
