Comparative example 1
An aluminum alloy honeycomb core obtained by bonding the aluminum alloy foil tape of example 4 with a thermosetting adhesive was bonded to the composite sheet of example 4 to obtain a bonded honeycomb sheet.
Comparative example 2
An aluminum alloy honeycomb panel was fabricated in the same manner as in example 4, except that the aluminum alloy foil strip was 3003 and the composite sheet was 3003/4004.
Test examples
The aluminum alloy honeycomb panels prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention and the aluminum alloy honeycomb panels of comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were subjected to a roller peel strength test, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the high-strength honeycomb core is obtained by matching the brazing paste with specific components and proportions with the aluminum alloy honeycomb plate, the high-strength honeycomb plate is obtained by matching the high-strength honeycomb core with the specific aluminum alloy cover plate under specific brazing conditions and after heat treatment, the roller peeling strength of the honeycomb plate reaches more than 197N ∙ mm/mm through detection, the service life is longer, and the application range is wide. Whereas the roll peel strength of the adhesive honeycomb panel of comparative example 1 was 67.1N ∙ mm/mm, and the roll peel strength of the aluminum alloy honeycomb panel of comparative example 2 was 146N ∙ mm/mm, which was inferior in strength.

Claims (10)

1. The brazing paste is characterized by mainly comprising aluminum-based brazing filler metal, brazing flux, organic solvent and binder;
the aluminum-based brazing filler metal comprises, by mass, 10% -13% of silicon, 0.1% -3% of copper and 84% -89.9% of aluminum;
the flux comprises potassium fluoroaluminate and/or cesium fluoroaluminate;
the mass ratio of the aluminum-based brazing filler metal to the brazing flux is 3: (1-5);
the mass ratio of the organic solvent to the binder is (25-52): (5-28);
the mass ratio of the sum of the aluminum-based brazing filler metal and the brazing flux to the sum of the organic solvent and the binder is (2-15): 1.
2. the solder paste of claim 1, wherein the organic solvent comprises at least one of trichloroethylene, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, and diethylene glycol monomethyl ether;
preferably, the binder comprises a polystyrene resin;
preferably, the granularity of the aluminum-based brazing filler metal is 180-270 meshes;
preferably, the granularity of the aluminum-based brazing filler metal is 200-250 meshes;
preferably, the brazing flux comprises potassium fluoroaluminate and cesium fluoroaluminate, and the mass ratio of the potassium fluoroaluminate to the cesium fluoroaluminate is 1 (1.4-1.6);
preferably, the granularity of the brazing flux is 200-325 meshes;
preferably, the granularity of the brazing flux is 250-270 meshes.
3. A method of producing a solder paste according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:
the components are mixed to obtain the soldering paste.
4. The preparation method of the aluminum alloy honeycomb plate is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
stretching a honeycomb core plate block obtained by superposing a plurality of aluminum alloy foil strips to obtain a honeycomb core, and assembling and brazing the honeycomb core and an aluminum alloy cover plate;
coating the brazing paste of claim 1 or 2 on any aluminum alloy foil strip at equal intervals to form brazing areas with equal width, wherein the width of the brazing areas is 1/3 of the width of the interval blank areas; and after the overlapping, the brazing area on each aluminum alloy foil strip corresponds to the central position of the blank area of the adjacent aluminum alloy foil strip.
5. The method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy honeycomb panel according to claim 4, wherein the thickness of the coating of the brazing paste is 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
6. The method for preparing the aluminum alloy honeycomb plate according to claim 4, wherein the aluminum alloy foil strip is 6061 and/or 6063;
preferably, the thickness of the aluminum alloy foil strip is 0.01-0.03 mm.
7. The method for preparing the aluminum alloy honeycomb panel according to claim 4, wherein the aluminum alloy foil strip is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning for 30-120 min;
preferably, the method further comprises cutting the honeycomb core block into honeycomb core strips.
8. The method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy honeycomb panel according to claim 4, wherein the brazing temperature is 550 to 610 ℃ and the brazing time is 15 to 120 min.
9. The method for preparing the aluminum alloy honeycomb plate according to claim 4, wherein the aluminum alloy cover plate is a composite plate, and the aluminum alloy cover plate is sprayed with a soldering flux with the thickness of 0.25-0.55 mm;
preferably, the flux comprises potassium fluoroaluminate and/or cesium fluoroaluminate;
more preferably, the weight ratio of potassium fluoroaluminate to cesium fluoroaluminate is 1: (1.2-1.5).
10. The method for producing an aluminum alloy honeycomb panel according to claim 4, further comprising an operation of heat-treating the aluminum alloy honeycomb panel obtained after brazing;
preferably, the heat treatment comprises solution treatment and aging treatment;
preferably, the temperature of the solution treatment is 500-540 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 10-60 min;
preferably, the temperature of the aging treatment is 180-220 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 8-36 h.
