The electromagnetic directional valve 31 is electrically connected with the microprocessor 21, the microprocessor 21 sends a control signal to the electromagnetic directional valve 31, the electromagnetic directional valve 31 receives the control signal, the processor controls the electromagnetic directional valve 31 to be switched to a forward rotation valve position, hydraulic oil flows in from the port A and the port B of the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 through the electromagnetic directional valve 31, and the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 rotates forward, so that a cutter roll mechanically connected with the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 is driven to rotate forward; the microprocessor 21 controls the electromagnetic directional valve 31 to switch to a reverse valve position, hydraulic oil flows in from the port B of the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 through the electromagnetic directional valve 31, flows out from the port A, and the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 reverses, so that a knife roll mechanically connected with the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 is driven to reverse; the microprocessor 21 controls the electromagnetic directional valve 31 to switch to the stop valve position, no hydraulic oil passes through the electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic motor 11, the electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic motor 11 stops, and the knife roll mechanically connected with the electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic motor 11 stops.
Referring to FIG. 3, a method of controlling the shredder control system of FIG. 2 includes the steps of:
s1, the pressure sensor 41 outputs the monitored load signal of the knife roll to the control device 20, and the hydraulic oil pressure read by the pressure sensor 41 is P;
s2, the control device 20 receives the load signal of the knife roller sent by the pressure sensor 41, and executes the operation flow of the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 according to the preset processing program;
s3, the control device 20 receives the load signal of the knife roll from the pressure sensor 41, and then executes the operation flow of the electromagnetic directional valve 31.
Referring to fig. 4, the operation flow of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor 11 specifically includes the following steps: the operation flow of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor 11 starts, firstly, whether the hydraulic oil pressure P is greater than a second pressure threshold value 15Mpa is judged, if the hydraulic oil pressure P is greater than the second pressure threshold value 15Mpa, the flow of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor 11 is increased, and the operation flow of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor 11 is ended; and if the hydraulic oil pressure P is not greater than the second pressure threshold value 15Mpa, continuously judging whether the hydraulic oil pressure P is less than the first pressure threshold value 8Mpa, if the hydraulic oil pressure P is less than the first pressure threshold value 8Mpa, reducing the flow of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor 11, and if the hydraulic oil pressure P is not less than the first pressure threshold value 8Mpa, ending the operation flow of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor 11.
Referring to fig. 5, the operation process of the electromagnetic directional valve 31 specifically includes the following steps: and the action process of the electromagnetic directional valve 31 is started, firstly, whether the hydraulic oil pressure P is the third pressure threshold value 18Mpa or not is judged, if the hydraulic oil pressure P is greater than the third pressure threshold value 18Mpa, the cutter roller automatically exits from the locked-rotor action process to start, and if the hydraulic oil pressure P is not greater than the third pressure threshold value 18Mpa, the action process of the electromagnetic directional valve 31 is ended.
Referring to fig. 6, the automatic rotation-blocking exit flow of the knife roll specifically includes the following steps: the knife roller automatically exits from the locked-rotor action process, firstly, the electromagnetic directional valve 31 is switched to a stop valve position, and the time is delayed for 2 seconds; then the electromagnetic directional valve 31 is switched to the reverse valve position, and the time delay is 6 seconds; then the electromagnetic directional valve 31 is switched to the stop valve position, and 2 seconds are delayed; and finally, switching the electromagnetic directional valve 31 to a forward rotation valve position, and automatically withdrawing the knife roll from the locked-rotor action process to end.
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment, the shredder control system is connected with a hydraulic power unit 50 of the shredder, the hydraulic power unit 50 is used for providing power for the power regulating device 10 and comprises an oil pump 51, an electric motor 51 and a hydraulic oil tank, the oil pump 51 is mechanically connected with the electric motor 51, the oil pump 51 is connected with the hydraulic oil tank through a pipeline, and the oil pump 51 is connected with the electric proportional hydraulic motor 11 through a hydraulic oil pipeline.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A shredder control system is used for controlling the operation of a shredder knife roller and is characterized by comprising a load monitoring device, a power regulating device, a rotation regulating device and a control device;
the load monitoring device is connected with the power regulating and controlling device to monitor a load signal of the cutter roller, is electrically connected with the control device and outputs the monitored load signal of the cutter roller to the control device;
the power regulating and controlling device is connected with the knife roll to drive the knife roll to rotate, is electrically connected with the control device, receives a torque control signal sent by the control device and controls the input torque and the rotating speed of the knife roll;
the rotary regulating and controlling device is arranged in a power input loop of the power regulating and controlling device, is electrically connected with the control device, receives a rotary control signal sent by the control device and controls the rotating direction and the starting and stopping of the knife roll;
the control device receives a load signal of the knife roll sent by the load monitoring device and generates a moment control signal or a rotation control signal according to a preset processing program, the moment control signal is output to the power regulating and controlling device to regulate the input moment of the knife roll, and the rotation control signal is output to the rotation regulating and controlling device to control the rotation direction and start and stop of the knife roll.
2. The shredder control system of claim 1 wherein the control means includes a microprocessor, a touch control device and a hand box, the microprocessor communicatively coupled to the touch control device, the microprocessor electrically coupled to the hand box. And the touch device sends data to the microprocessor, and the touch device reads and displays the data in the microprocessor.
3. The shredder control system of claim 2 wherein the hand box has a knife roll forward button, a knife roll reverse button, and a knife roll stop button disposed thereon.
4. The shredder control system of claim 1 wherein the power modulating device is an electrically proportional hydraulic motor coupled to the cutter drum to drive the cutter drum in rotation; the electric proportional hydraulic oil motor is electrically connected with the control device, receives a torque control signal sent by the control device and controls the input torque and the rotating speed of the knife roll.
5. The shredder control system of claim 4 wherein the load monitoring device is a pressure sensor mounted on a hydraulic oil line of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor to monitor hydraulic oil pressure of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor and generate a load signal for the cutter drum; the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the control device and sends a load signal of the knife roll to the control device.
6. The shredder control system according to claim 4, wherein the rotation control device is a solenoid directional valve, the solenoid directional valve is installed in a hydraulic oil pipeline of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor, and the solenoid directional valve controls the flow direction of a hydraulic oil loop of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor to control the rotation direction and the start and stop of the electro-proportional hydraulic motor, so as to control the rotation direction and the start and stop of the knife roll.
7. The shredder control system according to claim 4, wherein the shredder control system is connected to a hydraulic power unit of the shredder, the hydraulic power unit being configured to provide power to the power conditioning apparatus, the hydraulic power unit including an oil pump, a motor and a hydraulic tank, the oil pump being mechanically connected to the motor, the oil pump being connected to the hydraulic tank via a conduit, the oil pump being connected to the electro-proportional hydraulic motor via a hydraulic oil conduit.
8. A shredder control method, comprising the steps of:
the load monitoring device outputs the monitored load signal of the knife roller to the control device;
the control device receives a load signal of the knife roll sent by the load monitoring device and generates a moment control signal or a rotation control signal according to a preset processing program, the moment control signal is output to the power regulating and controlling device to regulate the input moment and the rotating speed of the knife roll, and the rotation control signal is output to the rotation regulating and controlling device to control the rotating direction and start and stop of the knife roll;
the processing program comprises: when the load signal is larger than a second threshold value, the control device generates a control signal for increasing the moment; when the load signal is smaller than a first threshold value, the control device generates a control signal for increasing the rotating speed of the knife roller; when the load signal is greater than a third threshold value, the control device judges that the knife roll is locked, and the control device controls the knife roll to sequentially execute the working procedures of stopping rotation, reversely rotating for a specified time, stopping rotation and finally rotating forwards through the rotation regulating and controlling device; wherein the third threshold is greater than the second threshold and greater than the first threshold.
9. A shredder control method according to claim 8, in which the power modulating device is an electrically proportional hydraulic motor, the load monitoring device is a pressure sensor, and the rotation modulating device is a solenoid directional valve, comprising the steps of:
s1, the pressure sensor outputs the monitored load signal of the knife roller to the control device;
s2, the control device receives a load signal of the knife roll sent by the pressure sensor and executes the action process of the electric proportional hydraulic motor firstly;
and S3, executing the action process of the electromagnetic directional valve.
10. The shredder control method according to claim 9, wherein the step S2 specifically includes: when the load signal is larger than a second threshold value, the control device generates a control signal for increasing the output torque of the electric proportional hydraulic motor; when the load signal is smaller than a first threshold value, the control device generates a control signal for increasing the rotating speed of the knife roller; the step S3 specifically includes: when the load signal is greater than a third threshold value, the control device judges that the knife roll is locked, and the control device controls the knife roll to sequentially execute the working processes of stopping rotation, reversely rotating for a specified time, stopping rotation and finally normally rotating through the valve position transition of the electromagnetic directional valve; wherein the third threshold is greater than the second threshold and greater than the first threshold.
