the cut mark outer groove 43h continues to rotate, and the cut mark deflector rod 61c enters the inclined outer groove 43h-1 from the rightmost end of the straight outer groove 43h-2 to reset.
Further, the stamping lever 51a enters the leftmost end of the through inner groove 43g-2, and the notching lever 61c enters the leftmost end of the through outer groove 43h-2, so that the stamping device 5 and the notching device 6 operate simultaneously.
Still further, step 3, buffering:
under normal conditions, the torsion spring 33 acts on the buffer winding 32 to make the buffer winding rotate clockwise and abut against the limit stop 34;
when the stamping shift lever 51a enters the leftmost end of the straight-through inner groove 43g-2 and slides rightwards, the cut shift lever 61c just enters the leftmost end of the straight-through outer groove 43h-2 and slides rightwards, the ejection roller 43 is blocked and temporarily stops rotating, but the adhesive tape a is still continuously drawn outwards by a user, and the paper-out buffer device 3 performs a paper-out buffering action:
the adhesive tape a is pulled and tightened, so that the buffer winding 32 is driven to overcome the torsion force of the torsion spring 33 and the buffer winding 32 is pulled flat, the adhesive tape a releases a small section of adhesive tape a under the state that the ejection roller 43 is blocked, and the action of pulling the adhesive tape a by a user cannot be stopped due to the temporary stopping of the ejection roller 43.
As a further embodiment, the right sides of the bottom separation plate 11 and the top separation plate 12 are both provided with paper outlet through holes for accommodating the adhesive tapes a.
As a further embodiment, the limiting convex ring 31b located in front of the front end face of the device housing 1 is formed with anti-slip lines on its circumferential outer wall.
As a further embodiment, the stamping body 51b is engraved with a fixed and protruded font template, including but not limited to "date of maintenance" and "person of maintenance", and the gum body 51b is further provided with a slot for inserting a changeable font template, including but not limited to date and name of person of maintenance. the device for processing the warning adhesive tape for the wound of the transfusion port in the oncology department comprises a device shell (1), an adhesive tape winding drum (2), a paper outlet buffer device (3), a transmission device (4), an imprinting device (5) and a cutting mark device (6);
the inner cavity of the device shell (1) is divided and formed with a lower cavity (13), a middle cavity (14) and an upper cavity (15) by a lower partition plate (11) and an upper partition plate (12), the lower partition plate (11) is provided with lower communication holes (11a) along the left-right direction, and the left side of the upper cavity (15) is formed with an upper cavity outlet (15 a);
the adhesive tape winding drum (2) comprises an adhesive tape mandrel (21) which is longitudinally arranged at the right rear part of the device shell (1), an adhesive tape rotating drum (22) which is rotatably arranged on the adhesive tape mandrel (21), and a driving gear (23) which is formed at the lower half part of the adhesive tape rotating drum (22);
the paper discharge buffer device (3) comprises:
the adjustable chassis (31) comprises an adjusting worm (31a) which penetrates through the lower portion of the front end face of the device shell (1) along the front-back direction, limiting convex rings (31b) are respectively arranged on two sides, located on the front end face of the device shell (1), of the adjusting worm (31a), the adjustable chassis (31) further comprises a fixed middle cylinder (31c) which is longitudinally arranged in the upper cavity (15), and an adjusting worm wheel (31d) which is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the fixed middle cylinder (31c) and is in transmission connection with the adjusting worm (31 a);
the buffer winding (32) comprises a swing rod body (32a) which can be rotatably arranged, the lower end of the swing rod body (32a) is inserted into the fixed middle cylinder (31c), the upper end of the swing rod body is inserted into the upper wall of the upper cavity (15), and a loop body (32b) is further formed on the part, located between the fixed middle cylinder (31c) and the upper cavity (15), of the swing rod body (32 a);
the torsion spring (33) is wound on the fixed middle cylinder (31c), one end of the torsion spring (33) is fixedly connected with the adjusting worm wheel (31d), the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the loop body (32b), and the torsion spring (33) drives the buffer winding coil (32) to rotate clockwise;
the limit stop (34) is arranged behind the front end face of the device shell (1) and is abutted against the right front side of the loop body (32 b);
the left side and the right side of the front end of the upper cavity (15) are respectively provided with one steering roller (35), and the lower cavity (13) is provided with one steering roller (35) positioned at the front right of the adhesive tape winding drum (2);
the transmission (4) comprises:
the first wheel set (41) comprises a first wheel shaft (41a) which is arranged in the lower cavity (13) and positioned on the left side of the adhesive tape mandrel (21), a first small gear (41b) which is rotatably arranged on the first wheel shaft (41a) and is in transmission connection with the driving gear (23), and a first large gear (41c) which is concentrically fixed below the first small gear (41 b);
the second wheel set (42) comprises a second wheel shaft (42a) which is arranged in the lower cavity (13) and positioned in front of the first wheel shaft (41a), an output gear (42b) which is rotatably arranged on the second wheel shaft (42a) and is in transmission connection with the first gearwheel (41c), and an output worm (42c) which is concentrically fixed above the output gear (42 b);
the ejection roller (43) comprises a roller mandrel (43a) fixed in front of the left wall of the lower cavity (13) in the left-right direction, a mandrel square hole (43b) formed in the center of the roller mandrel (43a), a limiting convex ring (43c) formed in the outer wall of the roller mandrel (43a), a roller body (43d) rotatably sleeved on the roller mandrel (43a), a limiting ring groove (43e) formed in the inner wall of the roller body (43d) and matched with the limiting convex ring (43c), and a worm wheel hole (43f) formed in the outer wall of the roller body (43d) and matched with the output worm (42c), wherein an impression inner groove (43g) is further formed in the inner wall of the roller body (43d), and a shear mark outer groove (43h) is further formed in the outer wall of the roller body (43 d); the inner stamping grooves (43g) comprise inclined inner grooves (43g-1) which are inclined in a thread shape in one circumference and straight-through inner grooves (43g-2) which are communicated with the leftmost side and the rightmost side of the inclined inner grooves (43g-1) along the left-right direction; the outer groove (43h) of the cutting mark comprises an inclined outer groove (43h-1) which is inclined in a thread shape in one circumference, and a straight-through outer groove (43h-2) which is communicated with the inclined outer groove (43h-1) at the leftmost side and the rightmost side along the left-right direction;
the embossing device (5) comprises:
the servo square rod (51) is slidably inserted into the mandrel square hole (43b), an embossing shift lever (51a) in inserting fit with the embossing inner groove (43g) is vertically arranged on the servo square rod (51), and an embossing body (51b) for embossing patterns on the back of the adhesive tape paper (a) is arranged on the right side of the servo square rod (51);
the stamping spring (52) is arranged in the mandrel square hole (43b) and abuts against the left side of the follow-up square rod (51);
the notching device (6) comprises:
the cutting mark base (61) is arranged in the middle cavity (14) in a sliding mode, a base inner cavity (61a) is further formed in the cutting mark base (61) along the left-right direction, a cutter opening (61b) is formed in the right side of the base inner cavity (61a), a cutting mark deflector rod (61c) is further arranged at the lower end of the cutting mark base (61), and the cutting mark deflector rod (61c) penetrates through the lower communication hole (11a) and then is in plug-in fit with the cutting mark outer groove (43 h);
