Abstract
本发明公开一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂，由：珍珠母、鸡内金、夏枯花、黄芩、桑叶、菊花、生地、白芍、生牡蛎、钩藤、槐花、生龙骨、甘草、绞股蓝等14味中药组方配伍，本发明滋阴补肾，平肝潜阳，增强免疫力，降血压，控血糖，改善血液循环，养肝益肾，和调脾胃。1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚微，无毒副作用。2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。3、有调节人体身体机能作用，增强免疫力，降血压，控血糖。4、能有效改善患者临床症状体征，而且对肝阳上亢，厥阴之病有治疗作用。

技术领域：
本发明涉及中药成药，尤其是一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂。
背景技术：
内经曰：“饮食不节，起居不时者，阴受之，阳受之则入六腑，阴受之则入五脏”。现代生活物质丰满，众多之人过食肥甘厚味。由内在而生的饮食不节，食用卫生不够，起居失常等造成邪气伤害人体的时候，阴经首先受而发病，阳经受邪发病以后，进而就会传入六腑，阴经受邪发病以后，进而就会传入五脏。肥甘厚味过则脾土受伤，脾为生痰之源，水湿不运，痰湿浊邪瘀阻脾瘅发生，日久阴伤耗津，气阴俱伤，肝阳上亢，转为消渴之患。而中医的滋阴降糖丸能滋阴补肾，平肝潜阳，增强免疫力，降血压，控血糖，改善血液循环，养肝益肾，和调脾胃。滋阴熄风降糖丸对厥阴肝旺糖尿病合并高血压、脑供血不足疗效都非常好。
发明内容：
取：珍珠母、鸡内金、夏枯花、黄芩、桑叶、菊花、生地、白芍、生牡蛎、钩藤、槐花、生龙骨、甘草、绞股蓝等14味中药经炮制后，精选干燥粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，每五周为一疗程。
本发明滋阴补肾，平肝潜阳，增强免疫力，降血压，控血糖，改善血液循环，养肝益肾，和调脾胃。方中：生地滋阴补肾，龙骨、牡蛎、珍珠母平肝潜阳而降血压；黄芩、桑叶、菊花、夏枯花清热熄风，清肝润燥，现代医学研究桑叶有降血糖作用，不改变正常血糖水平，桑叶中的氨基酸能刺激胰岛素的分泌以降低血糖；鸡内金能助脾胃消化，化饮食中糖质为津液而降糖；白芍养血敛阴，善平肝阳，配甘草酸甘化阴，益阴柔肝；钩藤清热平肝，镇静降压；槐花凉血清肝明目，降血压；绞股蓝清热补虚，解毒，现代医学研究绞股蓝有抗疲劳，抗缺氧等且具免疫调节作用，具有明显的降血脂，降血糖作用。
经现代医学研究，本发明滋阴补肾，平肝潜阳，增强免疫力，降血压，控血糖，调节植物神经功能。
1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚微，无毒副作用。
2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。
3、有调节人体身体机能作用，增强免疫力，降血压，控血糖。
4、能明显改善患者的临床体征，而且对肝阳上亢，厥阴之病有疗效作用。
具体实施方法：
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
取：珍珠母20g、鸡内金15g、夏枯花15g、黄芩15g、桑叶12g、菊花12g、生地18g、白芍15g、生牡蛎18g、钩藤15g、槐花15g、生龙骨12g、甘草5g、绞股蓝15g等14味中药，精选干燥，对其中2味中药进行炮制后，进行粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，五周为一疗程。
1、对鸡内金的炮制：将鸡内金净制，除去非药用部位，醋炒鸡内金，将净制过的鸡内金用文火炒至表面颜色加深，喷浙食醋，待醋被完全吸进鸡内金，放凉干后备用。
2、由权利要求：白芍的炮制：取伏龙肝细粉置锅内，用中火炒热，倒入由白芍炒至表面挂土色，微显焦黄色时取出，筛去土粉放凉。
3、包括上述炮制的2味中药共14味中药精选干燥，进行粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，五周为一疗程。
本发明其临床观察300例服用一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂。患者临床观察，即有近期疗效，亦见远期治愈的疗效共计280例，尚有16例明显好转，无效4例，总有效率为96％
典型病例：
苏某：女，58岁，2014年6月15日初诊，糖尿病5年左右，2016年7月10日患者随机空服血糖8.2毫摩尔每升。餐后血糖12.3毫摩尔每升，确认为糖尿病(消渴病)。经服用一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂，经4个疗程的治疗，复查血糖正常而愈。
张某：男，60岁，糖尿病多年，患者随机空服血糖9.1毫摩尔每升，餐后血糖15.2毫摩尔每升。长期服用降糖药，无明显效果，后经服用一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的药丸剂，经5个疗程的治疗，复查空腹及餐后血糖正常而康复。
Claims (3)
1.一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂。其特征在于组方配伍和各种药的重量为：珍珠母20g、鸡内金15g、夏枯花15g、黄芩15g、桑叶12g、菊花12g、生地18g、白芍15g、生牡蛎18g、钩藤15g、槐花15g、生龙骨12g、甘草5g、绞股蓝15g等14味中药组方配伍。
2.由权利要求1：一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对鸡内金的炮制：将鸡内金净制，除去非药用部位，醋炒鸡内金，将净制过的鸡内金用文火炒至表面颜色加深，喷浙食醋，待醋被完全吸进鸡内金，放凉干后备用。
3.由权利要求2：一种滋阴熄风降糖丸的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对白芍的炮制：取伏龙肝细粉置锅内，用中火炒热，倒入由白芍炒至表面挂土色，微显焦黄色时取出，筛去土粉放凉。
