Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oral repair, and particularly relates to a full denture and a preparation method thereof.
Background
There are many cases where teeth are lost in the mouth due to periodontal disease or other factors, and the incidence is generally proportional to age, i.e., the older individual loses a higher percentage of their teeth. The whole denture is a conventional restoration treatment method for a patient without a tooth jaw, and due to the improvement of the living standard, people often eat various substances which are unfavorable for the tooth, so that most of the teeth fall off after a plurality of people are aged, great inconvenience is brought to the patient, and the whole denture is a removable denture restoration body which adopts artificial materials to replace the missing complete maxillary or mandibular dentition and related tissues. For patients with completely-polished teeth, doctors can manufacture complete dentures matched with the curved profile of the gingival surface of the jaw according to the curved profile of the gingival surface of the jaw, so that the patients can chew food and have beautiful appearance.
The retention and stabilization are the basis for obtaining good results of the full denture, and the retention of the full denture refers to the capability of the denture to resist vertical dislocation, namely, the dislocation force which is the acting force for enabling the denture to fall off when resisting gravity, sticky food and opening and closing movement, but not to be dislocated. Only if the whole denture is kept fixed and stable in the mouth of a patient without a jaw, the chewing, pronunciation and beauty of the patient can be effectively recovered, and the sufficient fixing force is the premise and the basis of the stability of the whole denture, and the denture without the fixing can not be kept stable.
The traditional full denture has poor retention effect, is easy to have slight dislocation in the use process, and damages the edge seal at the periphery of the denture, so that the retention force of the full denture is greatly reduced at once. When a patient makes a large mouth, yawns, sneezes, coughs, stretches tongue and the like, the edge sealing can be damaged, the false teeth are slightly loosened, the whole adsorption effect is obviously weakened, the retention force is greatly reduced, and the false teeth are completely dislocated, so that the patient feels inconvenient to use, especially for the patient with more and less abundant alveolar ridge absorption, therefore, the traditional full-mouth false teeth can not provide good retention, and the design of the full-mouth false teeth with better retention performance is necessary.

The drawings in the embodiments clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, and obviously, the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a full denture, comprising a lower tooth assembly 1, wherein the lower tooth assembly 1 comprises a lower base 2, and the lower base 2 is made of a resin material specially used for dentures, and is placed in the oral cavity of a human body, so that the safety is high.
The retention performance of a full denture, which includes adsorption, atmospheric pressure and surface tension, is the basic function for evaluating the effectiveness of a full denture. Among the many factors that affect the holding power of a full denture, both the degree of seal between the base and the alveolar ridge mucosa and the edge sealing effect of the base edge are of primary importance. The denture base tissue surface is closely attached to the mucosa, saliva infiltrates between the denture base tissue surface and the mucosa, adhesive force is respectively generated between the saliva and the mucosa and between the saliva and the denture base tissue surface, and cohesion is generated between saliva molecules, so that adsorption is generated between the denture base and the mucosa. The atmospheric pressure is an important factor of the whole denture fixing, the close fit of the denture base edge and the surrounding tissues, namely the edge seal, is a precondition for obtaining the atmospheric pressure fixing, the base edge of the whole denture is always in close contact with the surrounding soft tissues to form good edge seal, so that air can not enter between the base and mucous membranes, negative pressure is formed between the base mucous membranes, and the base and the tissues are closely adhered under the action of the atmospheric pressure to ensure that the denture obtains the fixing. The better the base edge seal, the stronger the atmospheric pressure effect and the greater the retention force of the dental prosthesis.
The bottom of the lower base 2 of the full denture is provided with a lower fit groove 4 matched with the alveolar ridge, the base can be tightly fit with the alveolar ridge mucous membrane, so that the full denture has better retention performance, and meanwhile, a weighting piece is arranged in the lower base 2 to increase the weight of the lower base 2 and strengthen the adhesive force and the sealing performance of the base, thereby greatly improving the retention performance of the full denture. The lower base 2 of the full denture is tightly and firmly combined with the alveolar ridge, the full denture is not easy to loosen, fall off and float upwards, and the user wears the full denture comfortably, thereby having wide application prospect.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the weight includes a housing 5, and the housing 5 is filled with a weight material 6. The outer shell 5 is wrapped by the lower base 2, the weighting material 6 is filled in the outer shell 5 to weight the lower base 2,
in one embodiment, the lower teeth 3 are fixedly connected to the outer shell 5, the lower teeth 3 are fixed to the outer shell 5, and the lower teeth 3 are partially wrapped by the lower base 2, thereby improving the stability of the lower teeth 3.
In one embodiment, the mass of the lower dental component 1 is 100g or more, and may be 200g, and the mass of the lower dental component 1 should not be too high, so as to avoid the lower dental component 1 causing a large pressure to the oral cavity of the user.
In one embodiment, the weight is cast from an alloy, which may be a dental cast alloy such as a bio-alloy, preferably a titanium alloy, a beryllium-free alloy or a cobalt-chromium alloy, to ensure that the lower dental component 1 has a certain mass and that the lower dental component 1 is not prone to fall off.
In one embodiment, as shown in figure 4, the full denture further comprises an upper dental component 7 which is matched with the lower dental component 1, the mass of the upper dental component 7 is less than 20g, and the upper dental component 7 has a certain mass which can be 10g, so that the full denture cannot easily fall off. The upper dental component 7 comprises an upper base and an upper tooth, the upper base is provided with a base sheet, the top of the upper base is provided with an upper fit groove matched with the alveolar ridge, the bottom of the upper base is embedded with the upper tooth, the upper dental component 7 is small in mass and tightly fitted with the alveolar ridge mucous membrane, and the upper dental component 7 is not easy to fall off.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the full denture, which comprises the following steps:
step a: manufacturing a wax pattern, wherein a sufficient occlusion experiment is required before the wax pattern is manufactured;
step b: packing the wax-type complete denture into an embedding box;
step c: filling the weighting piece and pouring gypsum;
step d: opening the box and removing wax;
step e: filling glue;
step f: and (4) performing heat treatment to cure.
Taking out, polishing and sterilizing to obtain the complete denture, wherein in one embodiment, the heat treatment is water bath heating, the water bath heating is uniform, and the curing effect is good. The weight of the lower base 2 is improved through the weighting piece, the connection stability of the lower base 2 and the alveolar ridge is improved, and the lower base is convenient to use, not easy to loosen and more humanized.
The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.
