Background
With the continuous development and popularization of medical treatment level, tooth straightening technology is also rapidly developed, and tooth straightening generally means that irregular teeth are arranged by means of oral cavity technology, the face shape is improved, and the occlusion function is recovered.
At present, the common orthodontic tooth technology is bonded on the surface of a tooth through a metal orthodontic device, and an arch wire is used for reinforcing the tooth through the metal orthodontic device to perform orthodontic treatment, so that the attractiveness of a patient is influenced in the orthodontic treatment process. In order to meet the requirements of people who want to correct teeth and are afraid of influencing beauty, the teeth can be corrected unconsciously by wearing a completely transparent corrector (invisible braces). However, unlike the conventional metal appliance, the invisible braces and the teeth are clamped and fixed, so the efficiency of moving the teeth is inferior to that of the conventional adhesive fixed metal appliance. Some accessories need to be designed on the invisible tooth socket to assist the tooth movement. However, accessories such as a traction hook are difficult to add after the invisible tooth socket made of high polymer materials is produced into a finished product, and the invisible tooth socket becomes a problem to be solved urgently in clinic.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the welding tongs for the invisible braces provided by the invention mainly aim to add accessories to the invisible braces or perform necessary modification on the invisible braces through a thermoplastic principle, so that the invisible braces in clinic can control teeth, and a good correction effect can be realized.
The embodiment of the invention provides welding tongs for an invisible tooth socket, which comprises:

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The embodiment of the invention provides a welding tongs for an invisible tooth socket, as shown in fig. 1, the welding tongs comprises:
the first handle 01 is connected with the first pliers head 02 through a connecting part, a battery module is arranged in the first handle 01, and the battery module 011 provides electric energy for the welding pliers; in practical applications, the first connecting component may be, but is not limited to, a dovetail connection, a screw connection, an articulation (not limited to a butt-joint articulation, a single shear articulation, a telescopic articulation). When the battery module supplies power, the battery module can supply power through a battery, can also supply power through alternating current, and can also supply power through a solar panel.

A buckle slot 05, disposed inside the second forceps head 04, for accommodating a colloid 010 (shown in fig. 2) used for adhering the invisible facing 09 and an object to be attached (not shown in the figure); for convenience of viewing, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion of a welding pliers provided by an embodiment of the present invention, in which a colloid 010 is received in a catching groove 05 to fix the colloid 010. As an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, for an application scenario in which the glue 010 and the to-be-added object are simultaneously accommodated in the buckle slot 05, the glue 010 is located above the to-be-added object in the buckle slot 05, so that the to-be-added object and the invisible braces 09 can be directly bonded when the glue 010 is thermally melted by the heating sheet. As another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, for an application scenario in which only the colloid 010 is placed in the buckle slot 05, after the colloid 010 is melted by the heating plate, the colloid 010 is already adhered to the invisible mouthpiece 09, and after the invisible mouthpiece 09 is removed, the to-be-attached object can be manually added by using the viscosity of the colloid 010.
As an optional way of the embodiment of the present invention, in order to easily check whether the colloid 010 has melted, the catching groove 05 may be set to be transparent. As another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, an inductor may be placed in the buckle slot 05, and the inductor is used to determine that the colloid 010 is melted and then automatically power off.
A stretchable member 06 having one end fixed to the connection member and the other end connected to the heating sheet 07; the snap extension member includes, but is not limited to, a spring.
The heating sheet 07, one end of which is connected to the stretchable member 06 and is electrically connected to the battery module 011; in a specific application process, the heating sheet 07 is a resistance wire heating sheet.
When the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 move back to the maximum distance, the other end of the heating sheet 07 covers the buckle slot 05; for convenience of understanding, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a direction of the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 moving away from each other according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the welding tongs according to the embodiment of the present invention may be manually moved when the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 move away from each other, or may be automatically moved based on the stretchable component 06, and specifically, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
And the power switch 08 is arranged on the first handle 01, and when the power switch 08 is turned on, the heating sheet 07 is electrified and melts the colloid 010 in the buckle groove 05 to adhere the object to be attached to the invisible tooth socket 09. In practical applications, the power switch 08 may be disposed on the second handle 03 instead of the first handle 01, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
The embodiment of the invention provides a welding tongs for a hidden tooth socket 09, which comprises: the first handle 01 is connected with the first pliers head 02 through a connecting part, a battery module 011 is arranged in the first handle 01, and the battery module 011 provides electric energy for the welding pliers; a second handle 03 connected to the second forceps head 04 via a connecting member; the buckle slot 05 is arranged on the inner side of the second forceps head 04 and is used for accommodating the colloid 010 used for adhering the invisible tooth socket 09 and objects to be attached; a stretchable member 06 having one end fixed to the connection member and the other end connected to the heating sheet 07; the heating sheet 07, one end of which is connected to the stretchable member 06 and is electrically connected to the battery module 011; when the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 move back to the maximum distance, the other end of the heating sheet 07 covers the buckle slot 05; and the power switch 08 is arranged on the first handle 01, and when the power switch 08 is turned on, the heating sheet 07 is electrified and melts the colloid 010 in the buckle groove 05 to adhere the object to be attached to the invisible tooth socket 09. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention adds the accessories on the invisible braces 09 or performs necessary modification on the invisible braces 09 through the thermoplastic principle, thereby being beneficial to controlling the teeth by the invisible braces 09 in clinic and further realizing good correcting effect; while realizing the tooth correction, the utility model can cover the tooth defect in the correction process and satisfy the demand of the patients for beauty.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the direction of the arrow in fig. 1 indicates the moving direction of the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 in the welding pliers, and similarly, fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the moving direction of the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 toward each other according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the first handle 01 and the second handle 03 move toward each other to a minimum distance, the heating plate 07 rebounds to completely not contact the buckle slot 05 under the action of the stretchable component 06 (as shown in the rebounding direction of the arrow at the heating plate 07 in fig. 3). Therefore, when the heating sheet 07 melts the colloid 010, the resilience of the heating sheet 07 can make the invisible tooth socket 09 completely contact with the object to be attached, so as to achieve adhesion. In the bonding process, when the invisible tooth socket 09 is welded with an object to be attached, the invisible tooth socket 09 is placed between the first forceps head 02 and the heating plate 07, and the first forceps head 02 plays a role in fixing.
For the size difference of the invisible dental mouthpiece 09, in the welding process, although the first forceps head 02 can play a role in fixing, the customized adhesion treatment of the invisible dental mouthpiece 09 cannot be realized, and for this reason, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a welding forceps, please refer to fig. 1 again, and the welding forceps further includes: and a fixing button 012 provided on the inner side of the first forceps head 02 to be opposite to the catching groove 05. The fixing button 012 and the button slot 05 are detachable components, which can be replaced according to the size of the invisible tooth socket 09 and/or different tooth positions. The fixing button 012 is connected to the first forceps head 02 via a fastening member (not shown), and the fastening groove 05 is connected to the second forceps head 04 via a fastening member (not shown).
In the practical application process, the colloid 010 is a resin button, the height of the resin button is 3 mm to 3.5 mm, and the diameter of the resin button is 2 mm to 3 mm; in order to make the invisible braces 09 adhere to the objects to be attached more stably and beautifully, in the embodiment of the invention, the size of the fixing button 012 is consistent with that of the resin button.
The resin button can be used as the colloid 010, and can also be used as an object to be attached, where the object to be attached includes, but is not limited to, a resin sheet, a glass sheet, a ceramic sheet, and a usable plastic, and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Because the resistance wire is heated in a hot melting mode, the height of the resistance wire is specially set to be 2 mm lower than that of the resin button when the button slot 05 is arranged for better heating of the resin button.
It should be noted that the welding tongs according to the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied as a device as shown in fig. 1, or in practical applications, as a welding device controlled by a motor through a thermoplastic principle.
