Abstract

firstly, fixing the rib edge U1 of the first U-shaped edge-closing keel 1a on the vertical surface gypsum board 2A through a self-tapping screw, fixing the bottom edge U2 of the first U-shaped edge-closing keel 1a on the floor slab 4 through an expansion bolt, and enabling the vertical surface gypsum board 2A to be vertical to the floor slab 4 and to be parallel to the wall 7; fixing the bottom edge U2 of the second U-shaped edge-closing keel 1b on a wall 7 through expansion bolts, wherein the opening faces to the vertical surface gypsum board 2A, fixing the bottom edge U2 of the third U-shaped edge-closing keel 1c on the vertical surface gypsum board 2A, and the opening faces to the wall, and enabling the rib U1 of the second U-shaped edge-closing keel 1b and the rib U1 of the third U-shaped edge-closing keel 1c to be at the same elevation and on the same horizontal plane; and fixedly connecting the horizontal gypsum board 2B with the rib U1 of the second U-shaped edge folding keel 1B and the rib U1 of the third U-shaped edge folding keel 1c through self-tapping screws.
Before the horizontal gypsum board 2B is fixedly connected with the rib U1 of the second U-shaped edge folding keel 1B and the rib U1 of the third U-shaped edge folding keel 1c through self-tapping screws, the end cladding light steel keel 6 is erected in the clamping groove UC at the end position of the second U-shaped edge folding keel 1B and the clamping groove UC at the end position of the third U-shaped edge folding keel 1c, and two end cladding light steel keels 6 are erected at two opposite ends of the second U-shaped edge folding keel 1B and the third U-shaped edge folding keel 1c respectively and fixed through rivet screws.
The curtain rail 8 is arranged below the horizontal gypsum board 2B through an anchor bolt 10; the anchor bolt 10 penetrates through the horizontal gypsum board 2B and is fixed on the horizontal gypsum board 2B; so that the weight of the curtain 9 acts on the horizontal gypsum board 2B.
The invention adopts the metal edge-closing keel, the metal cladding keel and the gypsum board as main stress components, changes the structure, the used materials and the construction process of the traditional curtain box, completely abandons wood boards, and creates a curtain box system without wood system, thereby improving the fire resistance of the curtain box. Meanwhile, the fire resistance of the gypsum board used in the invention is A grade, fire-proof treatment is not needed, and no harmful substance is released when meeting fire. the curtain rail (8) is fixed below the horizontal gypsum board (2B).

A plasterboard headrail according to claim 3, characterised in that the end cladding light steel runner (6) is mounted in a slot (UC) at the end of the second U-shaped edge runner (1b) and a slot (UC) at the end of the third U-shaped edge runner (1 c); curtain track (8) are fixed through crab-bolt (10) horizontal gypsum board (2B) below, crab-bolt (10) pass horizontal gypsum board (2B) is fixed on horizontal gypsum board (2B).
