本发明涉及一种抗菌防静电眼线液笔及其材料制备方法,针对现有同类产品密封性较差,装配卡扣结构设计欠佳,对应材料制备生产欠佳的技术问题而设计。该眼线液笔的外盖内底部设有弹簧和内盖,内盖的盖口内径与笔管的盖口处锥形面相抵扣合,笔管内设有刷座、分流座、引水芯、钢珠,毛刷的底座固定于刷座;其要点是所述笔管内的分流座中心轴设有引水芯,引水芯的笔尖插入毛刷的底座与毛刷相抵;所述外盖包括上外盖和下外盖,弹簧和内盖设置于上外盖内,外盖的上外盖与下外盖的一端盖口扣合,笔管的外径一侧设有导向槽,所述导向槽呈等腰三角形,笔管与外罩之间设有两端向外伸出的弹钩,笔管采用抗菌防静电材料制成,该眼线液笔通过二次打开使用。

本发明涉及眼线液笔,是一种抗菌防静电眼线液笔及其材料制备方法。
背景技术
眼线液笔是一种不同于普通眼线笔的美妆产品,使用时柔滑流畅,质地柔顺,上妆精准贴合,具有防泪、防水、防汗、防油,快干等功能,笔尖柔软,持久妆容,不晕染,能轻松勾勒出属于自己的眼部轮廓。使用时,将眼线液笔刷头贴近睫毛根部,由内眼角向外眼角平刷;画上眼线时,另一手拉眼尾画;划下眼线时,一手拉住下眼皮画,即可完成完美妆容。如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201420872234.0,授权公告日2015.06.24,实用新型名称“旋转式液体眼线笔”;但上述产品和同类产品的笔管与盖子之间密封效果较差,部件之间装配卡扣结构设计欠佳。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种抗菌防静电眼线液笔及其材料制备方法,使其主要解决现有同类产品密封性较差,装配卡扣结构设计欠佳,对应材料制备生产欠佳的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种抗菌防静电眼线液笔,该眼线液笔的外盖内底部设有弹簧,弹簧的一端固定于外盖内底部,弹簧的另一端固定于内盖的底部外径,内盖的盖口内径与笔管的盖口处锥形面相抵扣合,笔管内设有刷座、分流座、引水芯、钢珠,毛刷的底座固定于刷座,刷座相抵于笔管中笔孔内径的内台阶圈,毛刷的刷毛伸出刷座和笔管的笔孔,笔管的尾孔设有塞子,塞子的塞扣位筋与笔管的嘴扣位筋扣合,笔管内的塞子与分流座之间内腔室设有钢珠;其结构设计要点是所述笔管内的分流座中心轴设有引水芯,引水芯的笔尖插入毛刷的底座与毛刷相抵,分流座的外径两端分别设有上扣槽和下扣槽,分流座的上扣槽和下扣槽分别与笔管内壁的内过渡圈和内锥筋扣合,分流座的上扣槽与下扣槽之间外径设有毛细叶,分流座的端部插入笔管内笔孔的锥形内腔,笔管的内过渡圈位于笔管的锥形笔孔处内径,笔管的内过渡圈外径设有外台阶圈。从而外盖、内盖之间扣合构成盖体,笔管作为笔体,笔体与盖体扣合固定,笔管内的液体通过摇晃笔体时带动笔管内钢珠搅拌液体,笔管内液体通过笔芯和分流座进入毛刷。
所述外盖的盖口内径设有盖扣位槽,笔管的外台阶圈处外径设有盖扣筋,外盖的盖扣位槽与笔管的盖扣筋扣合。上述结构使笔管与外盖之间进一步的扣合固定。
所述外盖的盖扣位槽底部一侧内壁直径依次缩小,并外盖的内壁设有凸起的盖扣位筋,内盖的限位筋位于外盖的底部与盖扣位筋之间,内盖的盖口外径与外盖的内壁相抵,内盖的盖口为喇叭口,笔管的锥形面与内盖喇叭口下方盖口的内壁相抵。上述便于内盖与笔管之间的进一步固定。
所述外盖包括上外盖和下外盖,弹簧和内盖设置于上外盖内,外盖的上外盖与下外盖的一端盖口扣合,下外盖的内径与笔管的外径之间设有间隙,下外盖通过笔管外径的销上下滑动。从而直接握持住下外盖无法正常使用该眼线液笔,只有打开上外盖,按压下外盖使下外盖固定于笔管外径,并通过握持住下外盖间接握持住笔管,才能使用该眼线液笔,即通过二次开启方式才能使用该眼线液笔。
所述笔管外径的销和下外盖内壁的滑槽上下滑动,下外盖的内壁至少设有一个滑槽,销与滑槽两端相抵扣合;笔管的外径一侧设有导向槽,所述导向槽呈等腰三角形,导向槽的底部边向上凸起,笔管与外罩之间设有两端向外伸出的弹钩,弹钩的一端固定于外罩的内壁,弹钩的另一端固定于导向槽;导向槽的凸起处为开启槽,导向槽的等腰三角形尖部为关闭槽,导向槽处的弹钩一端沿导向槽滑动。上述为下外盖与笔管之间通过滑槽上下滑动的实施例。
所述笔管采用抗菌防静电材料制成,其原料按重量份比包括:聚丙烯粉末65-85份、改性氧化石墨烯胶体5-8份、纳米增韧三氧化二铝1-3份、铝基粘合剂0.5-0.8份、增容增韧剂5-10份、润滑剂1-3份、抗静电剂1-2份和抗氧剂0.1-0.7份;所述的抗静电剂为HDC-102抗静电剂或HBS-510抗静电剂。
所述抗菌防静电材料的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
S1、首先按相应成份的重量配比分别称取聚丙烯粉末、改性氧化石墨烯胶体、纳米增韧三氧化二铝、海泡石纤维和润滑剂原料,然后将选取的聚丙烯粉末、改性氧化石墨烯胶体、纳米增韧三氧化二铝、海泡石纤维和润滑剂原料依次加入到高速混合搅拌机内,以转速为800-1000r/min高速搅拌1-2h,使各个原料成份之间进行充分的混合,即可得到复合材料混合物;
S2、之后将选取的铝基粘合剂和增容增韧剂依次加入到S1得到的复合材料混合物中,使高速混合搅拌机以600-800r/min的转速搅拌约30-50min,使复合材料混合物内各个成份之间进行充分的粘合,并对混合物进行增韧增容处理,处理完成后即可获得复合预混料;
S3、将选取的抗静电剂和抗氧剂加入S2获得的复合预混料中,使高速混合搅拌机以转速为400-500r/min搅拌约30-40min,完成抗氧化处理,即可得到耐磨PP复合材料混合物;
S4、将S3得到的耐磨PP复合混合物倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出造粒,即可得到耐磨PP复合材料颗粒;S5、之后可将S4得到的耐磨PP复合材料颗粒投入到眼线笔管生产线上,通过注塑机挤塑加工成眼线笔管。
所述改性氧化石墨烯胶体的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:浓度为0.01-0.5M的柠檬酸钠和硝酸银水溶液在三口烧瓶中混合均匀,加入一定量的氧化石墨烯水溶液,再加入一定量体积分数为40%的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵溶液,每100mg氧化石墨烯胶体对应体积分数为40%的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵溶液为4-5ml,常温下磁力搅拌12小时,再在130℃油浴锅中磁力搅拌3小时,然后第二次加入柠檬酸钠作为氧化石墨烯的还原剂,三口烧瓶加入20mL三乙胺,再将7mL酰溴溶于20mL二甲苯并在15min内逐滴滴加,氧化石墨烯被柠檬酸钠和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵在温和条件下即60-80℃,经过6-9小时搅拌制得改性氧化石墨烯胶体。
所述氧化石墨烯水溶液的量以银: 氧化石墨烯质量比为1:2-1:5。
本发明结构设计合理,使用方便,使用寿命长,使用时手感效果好,密封性和稳定性好,自动化生产装配可行,抗菌防静电材料的制备方法可行;其适合作为同类眼线液笔使用,以及同类产品的结构改进。

现结合附图,对本发明结构和使用作进一步描述。如图1和图2所示,该眼线液笔的外盖1内底部设有弹簧2,弹簧的一端固定于外盖内底部,弹簧的另一端固定于内盖3的底部外径,内盖的盖口内径与笔管4的盖口处锥形面401相抵扣合,笔管内设有刷座6、分流座7、引水芯8、钢珠9,毛刷5的底座固定于刷座,刷座相抵于笔管中笔孔内径的内台阶圈402,毛刷的刷毛伸出刷座和笔管的笔孔,笔管的尾孔设有塞子10,塞子的塞扣位筋1001与笔管的嘴扣位筋406扣合,笔管内的塞子与分流座之间内腔室设有钢珠。上述笔管内的分流座中心轴设有引水芯,引水芯的笔尖插入毛刷的底座与毛刷相抵,分流座的外径两端分别设有上扣槽701和下扣槽702,分流座的上扣槽和下扣槽分别与笔管内壁的内过渡圈403和内锥筋405扣合,分流座的上扣槽与下扣槽之间外径设有毛细叶,分流座的端部插入笔管内笔孔的锥形内腔,笔管的内过渡圈位于笔管的锥形笔孔处内径,笔管的内过渡圈外径设有外台阶圈404,笔管的笔口内径设有管扣位筋1101,笔管的笔扣位筋与笔管的外扣筋扣合同时,笔管的笔口相抵于笔管的外凸筋。

如图3、图4所示,外盖包括上外盖103和下外盖104,弹簧和内盖设置于上外盖内,外盖的上外盖与下外盖的一端盖口扣合,下外盖的内径与笔管的外径之间设有间隙,下外盖通过笔管外径的销407上下滑动。具体为:笔管外径的销407和下外盖内壁的滑槽105上下滑动,下外盖的内壁至少设有一个滑槽,销与滑槽两端相抵扣合;笔管的外径一侧设有导向槽408,所述导向槽呈等腰三角形,导向槽的底部边向上凸起,笔管与外罩之间设有两端向外伸出的弹钩11,弹钩的一端固定于外罩的内壁,弹钩的另一端固定于导向槽;导向槽的凸起处为开启槽,导向槽的等腰三角形尖部为关闭槽,导向槽处的弹钩一端沿导向槽滑动。握持住下外盖,打开取出上外盖,按压下外盖,使下外盖向下移动并固定于笔管,才能握持住下外盖,并使用该眼线液笔。

1.一种抗菌防静电眼线液笔,该眼线液笔的外盖(1)内底部设有弹簧(2),弹簧的一端固定于外盖内底部,弹簧的另一端固定于内盖(3)的底部外径,内盖的盖口内径与笔管(4)的盖口处锥形面(401)相抵扣合,笔管内设有刷座(6)、分流座(7)、引水芯(8)、钢珠(9),毛刷(5)的底座固定于刷座,刷座相抵于笔管中笔孔内径的内台阶圈(402),毛刷的刷毛伸出刷座和笔管的笔孔,笔管的尾孔设有塞子(10),塞子的塞扣位筋(1001)与笔管的嘴扣位筋(406)扣合,笔管内的塞子与分流座之间内腔室设有钢珠;其特征在于所述笔管(4)内的分流座(7)中心轴设有引水芯(8),引水芯的笔尖插入毛刷(5)的底座与毛刷相抵,分流座的外径两端分别设有上扣槽(701)和下扣槽(702),分流座的上扣槽和下扣槽分别与笔管内壁的内过渡圈(403)和内锥筋(405)扣合,分流座的上扣槽与下扣槽之间外径设有毛细叶,分流座的端部插入笔管内笔孔的锥形内腔,笔管的内过渡圈位于笔管的锥形笔孔处内径,笔管的内过渡圈外径设有外台阶圈(404);所述外盖(1)的盖口内径设有盖扣位槽(102),笔管(4)的外台阶圈(404)处外径设有盖扣筋,外盖的盖扣位槽与笔管的盖扣筋扣合;所述外盖(1)的盖扣位槽(102)底部一侧内壁直径依次缩小,并外盖的内壁设有凸起的盖扣位筋(101),内盖(3)的限位筋位于外盖的底部与盖扣位筋之间,内盖的盖口外径与外盖的内壁相抵,内盖的盖口为喇叭口,笔管(4)的锥形面(401)与内盖喇叭口下方盖口的内壁相抵;所述外盖(1)包括上外盖(103)和下外盖(104),弹簧(2)和内盖(3)设置于上外盖内,外盖的上外盖与下外盖的一端盖口扣合,下外盖的内径与笔管(4)的外径之间设有间隙,下外盖通过笔管外径的销(407)上下滑动;所述笔管(4)外径的销(407)和下外盖(104)内壁的滑槽(105)上下滑动,下外盖的内壁至少设有一个滑槽,销与滑槽两端相抵扣合;笔管的外径一侧设有导向槽(408),所述导向槽呈等腰三角形,导向槽的底部边向上凸起,笔管与外罩之间设有两端向外伸出的弹钩(11),弹钩的一端固定于外罩的内壁,弹钩的另一端固定于导向槽;导向槽的凸起处为开启槽,导向槽的等腰三角形尖部为关闭槽,导向槽处的弹钩一端沿导向槽滑动。
