Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the nasal oral secretion collecting and sterilizing device comprises a self-adhesive 15, wherein the outer surface of the self-adhesive 15 is attached to the inner surface of the hydrogel antibacterial dressing 1, and after the self-adhesive 15 and the hydrogel antibacterial dressing 1 are attached to each other, a preset hole I2 is reserved for exposing the mouth and nose of a patient, namely, the self-adhesive 15 and the hydrogel antibacterial dressing 1 are attached around the mouth and nose of the patient.
An arc-shaped front baffle 8 is arranged below the outer surface of the hydrogel antibacterial dressing 1, the outer surface of the front baffle 8 is a convex surface, a self-adhesive material I3 is arranged on the convex surface, and the bottom of the front baffle 8 is connected with a light-tight collection bag 5 for collecting nasal and oral secretions of a patient.
The hydrocolloid antibacterial dressing 1 is a novel dressing widely applied in clinic, and is formed by mixing and processing elastic polymerized hydrogel, synthetic rubber and stickers. The dressing can absorb a small amount of exudate to a medium amount of exudate, the airtightness of the dressing can prevent the invasion of microorganisms, the skin is prevented from being damaged due to bacterial infection, and meanwhile, a moist environment is provided for local parts. Has the functions of antibiosis, sterilization, moisture preservation, healing promotion and the like, can prevent and treat the exosmosis of oral and nasal secretion, and has convenient use, softness and comfort.
In a specific embodiment, the position of the front baffle 8 corresponds to the lower part of the oral cavity of the patient, and the position of the bottom of the front baffle 8 corresponds to the lower jaw of the patient, so as to block and guide the nasal and oral secretions of the patient to the light-tight collecting bag 5. And a funnel 9 and a check valve 4 can be arranged at the inlet of the light-tight collection bag 5, and nasal secretion guided by the front baffle 8 enters the light-tight collection bag 5 through the funnel 9 and the check valve 4.
The light-tight collecting bag 5 is provided with a device capable of killing pathogens, and can be killed by adopting ultraviolet light, alcohol and the like or by combining multiple modes.
In a specific structure of the invention, the bottom of the light-tight collection bag 5 is connected with the bag 7, the side surface of the bag 7 is provided with the deep ultraviolet LED lamp inlet 14 for accommodating the reusable deep ultraviolet LED lamp 6, and the deep ultraviolet LED lamp 6 is powered by the independent battery 13, so that the use is more convenient. A transparent material layer 12 is arranged between the bag 7 and the opaque collecting bag 5, the rest parts are opaque layers, the opaque collecting bag 5 is also only provided with the transparent material layer 12 at the bottom, and the rear wall 16 and the front wall 17 are both opaque layers to prevent the exposure of ultraviolet light.
The deep ultraviolet LED lamp 6 can be a 254nm deep ultraviolet LED, the 254nm deep ultraviolet can effectively kill various pathogens, the process is a physical destruction process, genetic materials of the pathogens are destroyed, the pathogens cannot be copied, cells cannot survive, and cell walls and virus protein shells cannot block the deep ultraviolet. Unlike chemical agents, it is not affected by chemical equilibrium conditions such as temperature, concentration, activity, etc. No toxicity, no residue and no odor.
When alcohol sterilization is adopted, the side surface of the light-tight collection bag 5 is connected with the alcohol balloon 10 through the connecting pipeline 11.
In this embodiment, the material of the front baffle 8 can be divided into three layers, the outer layer is the self-adhesive material 3, the middle layer is the continuation of the front wall 17 made of the opaque material, and the inner layer is the continuation of the hydrocolloid antibacterial dressing 1. The front wall 17 of the middle layer and the hydrocolloid antibacterial dressing 1 of the inner layer can be adhered by means of self-adhesive glue.
The cross infection prevention mask can be of two types, and referring to fig. 3 and 4, the common structure is as follows: the mask comprises a mask body 21, an elastic band 18 and a nose bridge support piece 20, wherein an arc-shaped rear baffle 19 is arranged below the mask body 21, and a support frame 24 is arranged between the rear baffle 19 and the mask body 21. The inner surface of the back baffle 19 is provided with a second self-adhesive material 23, the shape of the back baffle 19 is consistent with that of the front baffle 8, and the connection between the back baffle 19 and the front baffle 8 is realized through the adhesion of the second self-adhesive material 23 and the first self-adhesive material 3. Wherein, the material of the mask body 21 meets the functions of masks of American N95 standard filter materials and masks of European Union standard, limits the virus to pass through, and prevents and treats the virus diffusion cross infection of critically ill patients.
The material of the rear baffle 19 is the same as that of the mask body 21, and the inner layer is attached with a second self-adhesive material 23 which can be connected with the mask body 21 by common stitches.
The difference between the two types is that the type a in figure 3 is that a preset hole two 21 is formed in the position, corresponding to the mouth and the nose of a patient, of the mask body 21, oxygen supply pipes and/or trachea cannula pass through the mask body, and the mask is suitable for patients with trachea cannula and oxygen inhalation pipe, and the type b in figure 4 is a conventional mask body 21 and is suitable for patients without trachea cannula and oxygen inhalation pipe.
According to the above structure, the method of use of the present invention is as follows:
for critically ill patients with infectivity, the hydrogel antibacterial dressing 1 and the self-adhesive 15 are pasted around the mouth and the nose of the patient, the patient with a tracheal cannula and an oxygen tube is simultaneously worn with the cross-infection prevention mask a, the patient without the tracheal cannula and the oxygen tube is worn with the cross-infection prevention mask b, and the two holes 22 are preset for the tracheal cannula, the oxygen tube and other accessible devices, so that the pipeline has an elastic function, is pasted with the pipeline, and plays a role of sealing. While nose bridge support pad 20 is applied to the bridge of the nose.
When the secretion in the nose and mouth of the patient enters the light-tight collecting bag 5, the turned-on deep ultraviolet LED lamp 6 is placed in the bag 7 through the inlet 14, and can be taken out in time after the disinfection. Meanwhile, 75% alcohol can be squeezed into the light-tight collecting bag 5 by squeezing the alcohol air bag 10, so that the unpleasant smell of secretion is covered on one hand and the surfaces of auxiliary materials around the mouth and the nose and microbial aerosol are killed on the other hand in view of the characteristics of high volatility of alcohol and high killing effect on pathogens. After the use, take out dark ultraviolet LED lamp 6, take off and prevent cross infection gauze mask and nose oral secretion and collect and disappear and kill the device, this device belongs to disposable article except dark ultraviolet LED lamp 6, handles according to medical waste. The device can effectively avoid cross infection caused by diffusion of viruses and the like, reduce the chance of medical staff contacting pathogens and realize harmless treatment; in addition, the fabric has excellent air permeability and comfort, and the product cost is proper.
