Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a water meter reading device and a system, and relates to the field of water meter reading collectors, wherein the water meter reading device is arranged above a water meter disc and comprises an image acquisition module, an AI (Artificial intelligence) processor and a wireless communication module; the AI processor is used for controlling the image acquisition module to acquire the water meter disk image, performing image recognition on the water meter disk image and reading water meter data on the water meter disk by applying a corresponding image processing algorithm; and controlling the wireless communication module to transmit the read water meter data to the service platform, thereby realizing the reading process of the water meter data. In this scheme, through directly deploying water gauge reading device in old water gauge top, shoot the image on the water gauge board to accomplish image recognition automatically, read water gauge data, transmit the discernment result to the platform end again, effectively reduced the transmission capacity of data, improved the treatment effeciency.

Background
With the rapid development of modern computer technology, the progress of computer technology provides great convenience for people to eat and live, and human life gradually advances to automation and intellectualization. Human life can not be boiled, each household has a water meter to record monthly water consumption of the household, most water meters are used in the current stage of China or non-intelligent water meters, and a tap water company needs to send a large amount of manpower to the household of a community to copy the water meter every month. At present, the most used quantity in China is the traditional mechanical water meter, and if all the water meters are replaced by intelligent water meters, the required cost is high. Due to the consideration of economic cost, operability and other factors, an intelligent meter reading mode is more and more important on the basis of not changing the structure of the original non-intelligent water meter.
The existing intelligent water meter reading scheme mainly adopts a mode of photographing by a user mobile phone to upload images to a remote platform and perform image recognition on the platform to obtain water meter data. However, the method needs to shoot images manually, the image recognition of the platform is difficult due to differences of mobile phone pixels or manual shooting technical levels, and a large amount of image information needs to be transmitted by means of network resources in the process, so that the overall processing efficiency is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
For improving the treatment effeciency of intelligence meter of copying at least to a certain extent, this application provides a water gauge reading device and system, can directly dispose in old water gauge top, shoots the image on the water gauge dish to accomplish image recognition automatically, read water gauge data, transmit the recognition result to the platform end again, reduce data transmission volume, improve treatment effeciency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:
in a first aspect, a water meter reading device is provided, comprising: the device comprises an image acquisition module, an AI processor and a wireless communication module;
the AI processor is used for controlling the image acquisition module to acquire a water meter plate image, carrying out image recognition on the water meter plate image and applying a corresponding image processing algorithm to read water meter data on the water meter plate; and controlling the wireless communication module to transmit the read water meter data to a service platform.
In a second aspect, a water meter reading system is provided, comprising: the water meter reading device and the service platform in the first aspect;
the water meter reading device is used for reading water meter data on the water meter disk at the water meter disk end and transmitting the read water meter data to the service platform in a wireless transmission mode.

The embodiment of the invention provides a water meter reading device which can be directly arranged above a water meter disc, and as shown in figure 1, the water meter reading device specifically comprises: the system comprises an image acquisition module 1, an AI processor 2 and a wireless communication module 3; wherein:
the AI processor 2 is used for controlling the image acquisition module 1 to acquire the water meter disk image, carrying out image recognition on the water meter disk image and applying a corresponding image processing algorithm to read water meter data on the water meter disk; and controls the wireless communication module 3 to transmit the read water meter data to the service platform.
Specifically, the image acquisition module 1 and the wireless communication module 3 are instructed by an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor 2 to perform corresponding operations. The image acquisition module 1 can adopt a high-resolution camera to shoot the water meter disk image and transmit the water meter disk image to the AI processor 2. The AI processor 2 may be embedded with a model of an image recognition algorithm for recognizing data on the water meter disk or marked data, so as to perform image recognition on the water meter disk image sent by the image acquisition module 1, and recognize and read water meter data (digital data) on the water meter disk. And finally, the AI processor 2 controls the wireless communication module 3 to send the identified water meter data to a remote service platform in a wireless transmission mode so as to collect the data.
In an embodiment, the water meter reading apparatus further includes: and the coprocessor 4 is connected with the AI processor 2 and is used for opening and closing the AI processor 2 at regular time so as to start the operations of acquiring the water meter disk image, reading the water meter data and transmitting the water meter data at regular time. For example, when water meter data needs to be read from a water meter at home of a user, the coprocessor 4 can control the AI processor 2 to be turned on to execute relevant operations, and the AI processor 2 is turned off in time after the operations are completed, so that resources are saved.
In an embodiment, the water meter reading apparatus further includes: and the light supplement lamp 5 is connected with the AI processor 2 and is used for supplementing light to the photographed object when acquiring the water meter disk image. For example, some water meters of user's house are installed in the position that ambient light is not very bright, carry out the light filling to shooting object when shooting the image through setting up the light filling lamp, can improve the definition of the image of shooing, improve follow-up image recognition's the degree of accuracy.
In an embodiment, the water meter reading apparatus further includes: a storage unit 6 connected to the AI processor 2 for storing model algorithms and/or annotation data used by the AI processor 2 in performing image recognition. For example, the algorithm and/or the label data used by the AI processor 2 in identifying the water meter disk image may be stored in the storage unit 6 in advance, and may also be updated through the wireless communication module 3, so as to achieve a better identification effect.
In an embodiment, the water meter reading apparatus further includes: and the RTC module 7 is connected with the coprocessor 4 and is used for waking up the coprocessor regularly so that the coprocessor 4 controls the working state of the AI processor 2.
