Abstract
本发明提供了一种微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料、制备方法及应用,本发明以六水合硝酸镍,六水合硝酸钴、红磷、尿素,以及AC或r‑GO或CNTs中的至少一种为反应物,无需其他表面活性剂或模板条件下制备了崭新的超级电容器用微米棒状P/N/N/C复合材料。碳材料AC或r‑GO或CNTs具有较大的比表面积和良好的电子电导率,它的引入不会显著降低P/N/N复合材料的放电容量,且薄层AC或r‑GO或CNTs包覆在P/N/N复合材料颗粒表面或存在复合材料颗粒之间,都有利于改善复合材料颗粒之间的导电性,从而显著提高其倍率性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电化学材料制备领域,具体涉及一种微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
随着科技的进步与人类社会的不断发展,由能源使用引发的环境问题被凸显的日益严峻,其中电能作为一种较为清洁的能源,在人类社会的能源消耗中占据了很大比重。因此,作为电能载体的化学电源,在近些年来发展的极为迅速,而超级电容器作为一种新兴的储能装置,具有充放电速度快,高功率密度等优点,有着巨大的发展潜力。
超级电容器的性能主要由电极材料决定,而电极材料则分为碳材料、金属氧化物和导电聚合物三大类。其中金属氧化物制成的电极材料,比电容普遍较大,但是循环稳定性稍差,还需要进一步研究。磷酸镍钴基作为一种新兴的材料,其含有的元素在自然界中含量众多,价格低廉,在催化等领域已经有了广泛的应用。且磷酸镍钴铵中有着Ni、Co两种过渡金属元素,有着良好的协同作用,当两种金属元素比例合适时,制得的材料具有良好的电化学性能。
另一方面由于碳材料的循环稳定性能好,长期循环中结构不易发生变化,但是受限于表面可结合的活性位点较少的因素的限制,碳材料制成的电极材料通常比容量较低。目前许多研究中采用碳材料对金属氧化物进行改性,使得制成的电极材料在拥有较大比容量的同时,循环稳定性也有了显著提升。
因此,近年来很多科研工作者,采用各种合成方法,合成了磷酸镍钴基材料,如:Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O、Co3(PO4)2·8H2O、NH4[Co1-xNixPO4]·H2O、Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O、NH4(Ni, Co)3(PO4)2·0.67H2O、[NH4]NiPO4·6H2O、Ni11(HPO3)8·(OH)6、NH4[Co1-xNixPO4]·H2O、NixCo3-x(PO4)2等,由于磷酸盐的稳定性,以及氧化物的多元性,其充放电循环稳定性和高功率性能较单一氧化物材料,均有显著提高。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料、制备方法及应用,进一步提高了磷酸盐类电极材料的放电比容量、高功率性能、倍率性能、循环稳定性能、能量密度和功能密度,同时有效降低成本,构筑更多元的P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4/(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2/Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O/C复合材料,利用复合材料组分之间的协同作用,以及多组分较好电导率的特性,有望解决目前超级电容器电极材料能量密度低和价格昂贵的缺点,为超级电容器的大规模化应用,提高坚实的后盾。
实现本发明的技术方案是:
一种微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照Ni/Co摩尔比=0.95~1.05取1.71~1.80 mmol六水合硝酸镍(0.49725~0.52342 g)和1.71~1.80 mmol六水合硝酸钴(0.49766~0.52385 g),9~11 mmol红磷(0.27873~3.4067 g)混合,然后加入尿素13~17 mmol继续搅拌30~50 min;搅拌完成后将溶液与处理过的泡沫镍一同转入100 mL的水热釜中;
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合溶液与处理过的泡沫镍转入水热釜中,水热反应后对沉淀进行洗涤、过滤、真空干燥得到复合材料P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4/(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2/Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O。
以下将P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4/(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2/Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O简称为P/N/N。
所述步骤(1)中六水合硝酸镍溶液、六水合硝酸钴溶液和红磷溶液中镍、钴、磷及尿素的摩尔比为(1.71-1.80):(1.71-1.80):(9-11):(13-17)。
所述步骤(1)中加入尿素后继续搅拌30-50min。
所述步骤(2)中泡沫镍的预处理工艺为:将泡沫镍先用丙酮和乙醇预处理,然后用1 mol/L盐酸溶液超声清洗10min,再用去离子水超声清洗,将清洁后的泡沫镍放入真空干燥箱中,在40℃下干燥24 h。
所述步骤(2)中混合溶液与处理过的泡沫镍的质量比为(10-20):1。
所述步骤(2)中水热反应温度为150-180 ℃、反应时间为10-14 h,真空干燥的温度为60-80 ℃、时间为12-16 h。
P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4/(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2/Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O/C(P/N/N/C)复合材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)按照Ni/Co摩尔比=0.95~1.05,取1.71~1.80 mmol六水合硝酸镍(0.49725~0.52342 g)和1.71~1.80 mmol六水合硝酸钴(0.49766~0.52385 g),9~11 mmol红磷(0.27873~3.4067 g);再与9~11 mg碳材料(活性炭、石墨烯或碳纳米管等)溶于60 mL去离子水中并搅拌30 min;
(2)然后加入尿素13~17 mmol继续搅拌30~50 min;搅拌完成后将溶液与处理过的泡沫镍一同转入100 mL的水热釜中;
(3)步骤(2)所述搅拌完成后将溶液与处理过的泡沫镍一同转入100 mL的水热釜中结束后开始计时,在150~180 ℃下反应10~24 h。反应完成后,对生长在泡沫镍上的沉淀使用去离子水进行多次洗涤,最后放入真空干燥箱中60~80 ℃干燥12~16 h,即得超级电容器用P/N/N/C复合材料电极片。
所述的碳材料为活性炭(AC)、石墨烯(r-GO)、碳纳米管(CNTs)。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明以六水合硝酸镍,六水合硝酸钴、红磷、尿素,以及AC或r-GO或CNTs中的至少一种为反应物,无需其他表面活性剂或模板条件下制备了崭新的超级电容器用微米棒状P/N/N/C复合材料,该制备工艺简单、成本低、合成时间短、绿色环保。
(2)笼状结构的P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4组分,既有利于稳定P/N/N/C复合材料的结构,也有利于平衡充放电过程中镍化合价的过大变化。
(3)碳材料AC或r-GO或CNTs具有较大的比表面积和良好的电子电导率,它的引入不会显著降低P/N/N复合材料的放电容量,且薄层AC或r-GO或CNTs包覆在P/N/N复合材料颗粒表面或存在复合材料颗粒之间,都有利于改善复合材料颗粒之间的导电性,从而显著提高其倍率性能。
(4)添加AC或r-GO或CNTs后,在复合材料中P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4/、(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2、Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O、C多组分协同作用下,所得P/N/N/C(C为AC、r-GO或CNTs)复合材料在0.9 A/g电流密度下的放电比容量分别达到2340 F/g、1116 F/g、1701 F/g。
(5)本发明的P/N/N/C复合材料相对于现有超级电容器用其他过渡金属氧化物/碳复合材料,具有放电比容量大、倍率性能好、短时间大电流放电性能好、温度适用范围宽、绿色环保等优点。

复合材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)六水合硝酸镍(Ni(NO3)2·6H2O)溶液的配置:称取0.49725 g的Ni(NO3)2·6H2O粉末,溶于20 mL去离子水中,磁力搅拌30 min,得到配制好的0.0855 mol/L Ni(NO3)2·6H2O溶液待用;
(2)六水合硝酸镍钴(Co(NO3)2·6H2O)溶液的配置:称取0.52385 g的Co(NO3)2·6H2O粉末,溶于20 mL去离子水中,磁力搅拌30 min,得到配制好的0.09 mol/L Co(NO3)2·6H2O溶液待用;
(3)红磷(P)溶液的配置:称取0.27873 g的P粉末,溶于20 mL去离子水中,磁力搅拌30 min,得到配制好的0.45 mol/L P溶液待用;
(4)取20 mL的0.0855 mol/L Ni(NO3)2·6H2O溶液溶液,在磁力搅拌器作用下匀速搅拌5 min,同时加入20 mL的0.09 mol/L Co(NO3)2·6H2O溶液并搅拌10 min,再加入9 mg的AC并搅拌30 min,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴加20 mL的0.45 mol/L P溶液并搅拌10 min,然后加入尿素13 mmol并继续搅拌30 min。搅拌完成后将溶液与处理过的镍片一同转入100 mL的水热釜中。将反应釜在150 ℃下反应24 h。反应完成后,对生长在泡沫镍上的沉淀使用去离子水进行多次洗涤,最后放入真空干燥箱中60 ℃干燥16 h,得到P/N/N/AC样品电极材料。
实施例2
复合材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
取18 mL的0.09 mol/L Ni(NO3)2·6H2O溶液溶液,在磁力搅拌器作用下匀速搅拌7min,同时加入19 mL的0.0855 mol/L Co(NO3)2·6H2O溶液并搅拌10 min,再加入11 mg的r-GO并搅拌40 min,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴加18 mL的0.55 mol/L P溶液并搅拌15 min,然后加入尿素17 mmol并继续搅拌20 min。搅拌完成后将溶液与处理过的镍片一同转入100 mL的水热釜中。将反应釜在180 ℃下反应10 h。反应完成后,对生长在泡沫镍上的沉淀使用去离子水进行多次洗涤,最后放入真空干燥箱中80 ℃干燥12 h,得到P/N/N/r-GO样品电极材料。
实施例3
复合材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
取19 mL的0.088 mol/L Ni(NO3)2·6H2O溶液溶液,在磁力搅拌器作用下匀速搅拌6 min,同时加入18 mL的0.087 mol/L Co(NO3)2·6H2O溶液并搅拌12 min,再加入10 mg的CNTs并搅拌35 min,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴加19 mL的0.5 mol/L P溶液并搅拌15 min,然后加入尿素15 mmol并继续搅拌30 min。搅拌完成后将溶液与处理过的镍片一同转入100 mL的水热釜中。将反应釜在165 ℃下反应18 h。反应完成后,对生长在泡沫镍上的沉淀使用去离子水进行多次洗涤,最后放入真空干燥箱中70 ℃干燥16 h,得到P/N/N/CNTs样品电极材料。
采用日本电子公司的JSM-6490LV型扫描电子显微镜观察样品的几何形貌、粉末颗粒的大小、颗粒的分布。
图1a为本发明实施例1所制备的超级电容器用P/N/N/AC复合材料的SEM图。由图可以看出实施例1条件下制得的试样成均匀分布的棒状外形,其表面粗糙,棒长约为5-7 μm,较小的材料粒径以及表面的不光滑,有利于电极活性比表面积的增大,进而显著改善该材料的超级电容性能;图1b为本发明实施例2所制备的P/N/N/r-GO复合材料的SEM图,材料也呈现棒状形貌,表面光滑,棒长约为15-25 μm;图1c为本发明实施例3所制备的超级电容器用P/N/N/CNTs复合材料SEM图,形貌也呈现棒状结构,棒长约为5-10 μm。
采用D8/advance型X射线衍射仪对所合成的P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料进行物相分析和晶体结构表征。
图2与PDF卡片(71-2145)相比,所有样品均在2θ为10.0°、17.4°、44.8°、47.2°处出现了P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4的特征衍射峰;同时在2θ为15.0°、29.6°、30.0°和35.6°处出现了(Ni0.35Co0.65)3(PO4)2的特征衍射峰(JCPDS No. 75-1329);此外,样品还在2θ为11.4°、20.6°、22.1°、28.2°、33.7°、34.6°和40.2°处,出现了Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O的特征衍射峰(JCPDSNo. 33-0951),这表明我们成功制备了P/N/N/C复合材料。图中为观察到明显的碳衍射峰,可能是由于碳材料含量低,或者碳的衍射峰强度相对较小所致。
为了表征P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极的超级电容性能,我们采用上海辰华CHI660e型电化学工作站进行了循环伏安、恒流充放电、和交流阻抗分析。其中研究电极均为长有活性物质的泡沫镍电极;辅助电极均为铂片,参比电极均为饱和甘汞电极,电解液均为自制的4 mol/L的KOH溶液。
图3为本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所制备P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极,在0.9 A/g电流密度下的恒流充放电曲线。
由图3可得,P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极的其充放电曲线均呈现出明显的电压平台,表现出显著的赝电容特征。四种样品的充放电时间长短不同,放电时间越长,其容量越大。经计算可知,在0.9 A/g电流密度下,P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料的放电比电容分别为:2340 F/g、1116 F/g、1701 F/g。
其中,添加AC材料所得P/N/N/AC样品,具有最大的放电比电容。其原因可能主要归因于:一方面,复合材料粒度小、表面粗糙,有利于增大电极反应的有效面积;另一方面,AC自身有丰富的孔隙率,有利于增加氧化还原反应的活性位点;最后,P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4、(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2、Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O所产生的氧化还原赝电容与AC自身产生的双电层电容的协同作用,使其具有优良的电容特性。
图4为本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所制备P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极,在18 mV/s扫描速度下的循环伏安曲线。
由图4可得,P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极的循环伏安曲线均呈现出明显的氧化、还原峰,表现出显著的赝电容特征,与图3所示的充放电曲线一致。
图4表明,P/N/N/AC循环伏安曲线所围成的面积最大,表明其储能能力也最大,这也与图3所示的充放电曲线一致。
图5为本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所制备P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极,在0.01~100000 HZ下的电化学阻抗谱图。
由图5可得,P/N/N/AC、P/N/N/r-GO和P/N/N/CNTs复合材料电极的溶液电阻相差不大;在高频区,曲线没有完全显示为标准的半圆,出现部分偏移现象,表现为容抗弧,主要是由弥散效应引起的,出现弥散效应的主要原因通常为电极表面不均匀或是电极表面吸附层与溶液导电性上网差值有关。在高频区,AC改性条件下,材料的容抗弧曲率半径最小,传质电阻最小;在低频区,AC改性条件下,材料曲线的斜率最大,说明其瓦伯格阻抗最小,氧化还原反应程度大。通过交流阻抗分析可得,P/N/N/AC的传质电阻最小,瓦伯格阻抗最小,氧化还原速率较快,进而导致其具有最佳的电容性能。此结论与恒流充放电、循环伏安分析结果一致。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将六水合硝酸镍溶液、六水合硝酸钴溶液和红磷溶液混合,之后加入尿素继续搅拌,搅拌后得到混合溶液;六水合硝酸镍溶液、六水合硝酸钴溶液和红磷溶液中镍、钴、磷及尿素的摩尔比为(1.71-1.80):(1.71-1.80):(9-11):(13-17);
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合溶液与处理过的泡沫镍转入水热釜中,水热反应温度为150-180 ℃、反应时间为10-14 h,水热反应后对沉淀进行洗涤、过滤、真空干燥得到复合材料P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4/(NixCo1-x)3(PO4)2/Ni3(PO4)2·8H2O。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中加入尿素后继续搅拌30-50min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中泡沫镍的预处理工艺为:将泡沫镍先用丙酮和乙醇预处理,然后用1 mol/L盐酸溶液超声清洗10min,再用去离子水超声清洗,将清洁后的泡沫镍放入真空干燥箱中,在40℃下干燥24 h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中混合溶液与处理过的泡沫镍的质量比为(10-20):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中真空干燥的温度为60-80 ℃、时间为12-16 h。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:向步骤(1)中六水合硝酸镍溶液、六水合硝酸钴溶液和红磷溶液的混合溶液中加入碳材料,搅拌后加入尿素。
7.根据权利要求6所述的微米棒状P4O6(Ni(CO)3)4基复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述碳材料为活性炭、石墨烯或碳纳米管,红磷与碳材料的质量比为(0.28-3.4):(0.009-0.011)。
8.权利要求1所述的制备方法制备的复合材料在超级电容器中的应用。
