优选的,所述云母制成云母带,聚丙烯制成无纺布,将云母带与无纺布通过粘合剂粘合挤压成基带,之后将纤维素纤维基料与纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料涂抹在基带上。
本发明提供了一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,具备以下有益效果:该高性能耐高温绝缘纸结合了玻璃纤维、云母带和无纺布的特点,利用玻璃纤维和纤维素纤维的结合,能够更好的利用玻璃纤维的耐温高,不燃,抗腐的特性,提高了绝缘纸耐高温的性能,还能够提高绝缘纸耐老化的性能,同时,将绝缘纸的基纸换成云母带与无纺布共同组成的基纸,这样能够同时利用到云母带高温下绝缘性能和无纺布的防潮性能,能够增加绝缘纸在高温下的绝缘性能和防潮能力。

实施例一:一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,通过如下重量份的原料组成:
纤维素纤维15份;
玻璃纤维3份;
云母12份;
聚丙烯15份;
将纳米硅藻土4份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
偶联剂KH5502份;
纳米蒙脱土20份;
聚乳酸2份。
纤维素纤维和玻璃纤维放入到水中,加热,搅拌,得到混合液;
将纳米硅藻土和纳米二氧化钛加入到偶联剂KH550无水乙醇中,高速搅拌,回流冷处理,然后进行干燥,制得混合粉末之后与混合液进行打浆脱水得到含有玻璃纤维的纤维素纤维基料;
纳米蒙脱土和聚乳酸加入到20%的硫酸溶液中搅拌过滤烘干,得到处理过的纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料;
云母制成云母带,聚丙烯制成无纺布,将云母带与无纺布通过粘合剂粘合挤压成基带,之后将纤维素纤维基料与纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料涂抹在基带上。
实施例二:一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,通过如下重量份的原料组成:
纤维素纤维25份;
玻璃纤维6份;
云母16份;
聚丙烯17份;
纳米硅藻土9份;
纳米二氧化钛5份;
偶联剂KH5504份;
纳米蒙脱土30份;
聚乳酸4份。
纤维素纤维和玻璃纤维放入到水中,加热,搅拌,得到混合液;
将纳米硅藻土和纳米二氧化钛加入到偶联剂KH550无水乙醇中,高速搅拌,回流冷处理,然后进行干燥,制得混合粉末之后与混合液进行打浆脱水得到含有玻璃纤维的纤维素纤维基料;
纳米蒙脱土和聚乳酸加入到20%的硫酸溶液中搅拌过滤烘干,得到处理过的纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料;

实施例三:一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,碳纤维4.5份;
纤维素纤维20份;
玻璃纤维5份;
云母14份;
聚丙烯16份;
纳米硅藻土6份;
纳米二氧化钛4份;
偶联剂KH5503份;
纳米蒙脱土25份;
聚乳酸3份。
纤维素纤维和玻璃纤维放入到水中,加热,搅拌,得到混合液;
将纳米硅藻土和纳米二氧化钛加入到偶联剂KH550无水乙醇中,高速搅拌,回流冷处理,然后进行干燥,制得混合粉末之后与混合液进行打浆脱水得到含有玻璃纤维的纤维素纤维基料;
纳米蒙脱土和聚乳酸加入到20%的硫酸溶液中搅拌过滤烘干,得到处理过的纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料;
云母制成云母带,聚丙烯制成无纺布,将云母带与无纺布通过粘合剂粘合挤压成基带,之后将纤维素纤维基料与纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料涂抹在基带上。

纤维素纤维10-30份;
玻璃纤维2-7份;
云母10-19份;
聚丙烯14-18份;
纳米硅藻土4-9份;
纳米二氧化钛3-5份;
偶联剂KH5501-5份;
纳米蒙脱土15-36份;
聚乳酸1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:
纤维素纤维15-25份;
玻璃纤维3-6份;
云母12-16份;
聚丙烯15-17份;
纳米硅藻土5-8份;
纳米二氧化钛3-4份;
偶联剂KH5502-4份;
纳米蒙脱土20-30份;
聚乳酸2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:
纤维素纤维15份;
玻璃纤维3份;
云母12份;
聚丙烯15份;
将纳米硅藻土4份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
偶联剂KH5502份;
纳米蒙脱土20份;
聚乳酸2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:
纤维素纤维25份;
玻璃纤维6份;

聚丙烯17份;
纳米硅藻土9份;

纳米蒙脱土30份;
聚乳酸4份。

纤维素纤维20份;
玻璃纤维5份;
云母14份;
聚丙烯16份;
纳米硅藻土6份;
纳米二氧化钛4份;
偶联剂KH5503份;
纳米蒙脱土25份;
聚乳酸3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,其特征在于:所述纤维素纤维和玻璃纤维放入到水中,加热,搅拌,得到混合液;
将纳米硅藻土和纳米二氧化钛加入到偶联剂KH550无水乙醇中,高速搅拌,回流冷处理,然后进行干燥,制得混合粉末之后与混合液进行打浆脱水得到含有玻璃纤维的纤维素纤维基料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,其特征在于:所述纳米蒙脱土和聚乳酸加入到20%的硫酸溶液中搅拌过滤烘干,得到处理过的纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能耐高温绝缘纸,其特征在于:所述云母制成云母带,聚丙烯制成无纺布,将云母带与无纺布通过粘合剂粘合挤压成基带,之后将纤维素纤维基料与纳米蒙脱土聚乳酸复合材料涂抹在基带上。
