FIG. 1 is a block diagram of one embodiment of a system according to the present invention;
fig. 2 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a method according to the present invention.
For the sake of clarity, the figures are schematic and simplified drawings, which only show details which are necessary for understanding the invention and other details are omitted.
Detailed Description
Embodiments and examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scope of applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description given hereinafter. It should be understood, however, that the detailed description and the specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration only.
FIG. 1 illustrates a block diagram of a preferred embodiment of an asset inventory system for PDA devices in accordance with the present invention. The PDA device has a code scanning function and a touch screen function. The asset inventory system of this embodiment comprises:
the database connection module 102 is used for configuring information of a server database to be connected with the PDA device, such as an IP address, a port number, a database name, a user name and a password for accessing the database, when the PDA device is connected with a computer and the connected computer is normally connected with an account set database server; and receiving an instruction to connect the database, for example, by clicking a connect button. The successful connection can prompt whether the connection configuration information is stored, the connection configuration information can be stored in the PDA equipment by selecting the storage, and the PDA equipment can be used for a long time without repeated configuration after the storage is successful unless the database to be connected is changed. A connection failure may prompt a check to see if the network is connected.
And the import module 104 is used for selecting an account set to be checked when the PDA device is successfully connected with the corresponding database, and simultaneously setting basic data to be imported and a mode of importing the checking list data. The underlying data may include, for example, department information, warehouse information, and/or asset cards, and may be imported one or more. The default mode of importing the inventory data is to delete the historical data and then import all the non-inventory documents. And a menu import mode can also be set, namely importing the checking document according to the selection condition. When the menu is imported, selecting position types such as departments and warehouses, selecting specific departments or warehouses, if the number of the drop-down boxes is large, filtering and inquiring, inputting filtering conditions into a text box to inquire the inventory meeting the conditions (the matching mode can be coding right fuzzy matching, name fuzzy matching or phonetic code fuzzy matching), selecting specific inventory (if the text box is empty, no inventory data is imported), and selecting a bill import mode. The document import method may include, for example: the method comprises the following steps that (1) a document exists and is not imported, namely when the document is imported, if the same document exists, the document is not imported; if the same document exists, deleting the document and then re-importing the document; and clearing all historical data and then importing, namely deleting all old documents and then importing the selected documents. Upon receiving the import instruction, the data for the selected account set is imported from the connected database to the PDA device and stored. And only one account set data can be imported each time, and all data of the old account set can be cleared if the account set is replaced. After the account set data is imported, the PDA device is disconnected from the computer, and then the PDA device goes to the field for checking. Of course, the account set data may be pre-stored in the PDA device in other ways.
And a selection module 106 for selecting a pending inventory from inventory stored on the PDA device in response to receiving a selection instruction. The type of the checking position (department or warehouse) can be selected firstly, then the checking position is selected, for example, the checking position is selected by clicking the corresponding drop-down box, and if the number of the drop-down boxes is large, filtering information can be input into the text box for filtering. The drop-down box may also default to filter out warehouses and departments that do not contain inventory documents. And finally, selecting the document to be checked from the drop-down frame.
And the first display module 108 is configured to display, according to the selected to-be-checked bill, a bill number, a checked quantity, and an unchecked quantity corresponding to the selected to-be-checked bill. Typically, the number of inventories is initially 0.
The determining module 110 is configured to display the inventory asset information, such as asset card number, code, name, specification, model, and brand information, when the code scanning device of the PDA device successfully scans the asset barcode, and determine whether a corresponding asset exists in the selected inventory list.
If there is a corresponding asset in the selected inventory order, the inventory module 112 is operable to increment the inventoryed quantity by 1 and decrement the unchecked quantity by 1 and display the current inventoryed quantity and the unchecked quantity. If the corresponding asset does not exist in the selected to-be-checked order but the other to-be-checked orders exist in the asset, the checking module 112 is configured to add 1 to the checking exception constant and display the current checking exception constant. If no corresponding assets exist in all the inventory lists, the inventory module 112 is used for displaying a prompt that the corresponding assets do not exist, responding to the determined inventory, receiving and storing inventory input information of the assets which do not exist in all the inventory lists, adding 1 to the inventory count and displaying the current inventory profit. For the case of repeated code scans, the inventory module 112 may also be used to prompt that the corresponding asset has been inventoried.
In other embodiments, the system may further include an inventory information viewing module for displaying the non-inventory, inventory and inventory exception asset details, for example, in a grid format, and where the inventory information may be modified. For example, the selected mesh data in the inventory information and the selected mesh data in the abnormal information may be deleted, or the selected mesh data in the already-recorded information may be revoked and restored to the non-recorded state.
In other embodiments, the system may further comprise an export module for exporting data on the PDA device to a corresponding server database via a computer connected to the PAD device in response to receiving the export instruction.
FIG. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a preferred embodiment of an asset inventory method for a PDA device in accordance with the present invention.
At step S202, a to-be-inventoried order is selected from the inventory orders stored on the PDA device.
In step S204, in response to selection of the to-be-checked ticket, a ticket number, a checked number, and an unchecked number corresponding to the selected to-be-checked ticket are displayed.
In response to the PDA device successfully scanning the asset barcode, the asset information is displayed and it is determined whether there is a corresponding asset in the to-be-checked ticket at step S206.
In step S208, in response to the presence of the corresponding asset in the to-be-checked bill, the checked number is increased by 1 and the unchecked number is decreased by 1 and the current checked number and the unchecked number are displayed.
The various embodiments described herein, or certain features, structures, or characteristics thereof, may be combined as suitable in one or more embodiments of the invention. Additionally, in some cases, the order of steps depicted in the flowcharts and/or in the pipelined process may be modified, as appropriate, and need not be performed exactly in the order depicted.
