Abstract
The invention discloses a power-off-preventing shipment detection method for an automatic vending machine, which comprises a power module, a remedial capacitor module, a main control CPU (central processing unit) of the vending machine, a shipment channel, an independent shipment counting module, a photoelectric counter and a nonvolatile memory. Particularly, after power failure, the remedial capacitor module only compensates and supplies power to the independent goods discharging counting module, the main control CPU of the vending machine stops running and does not continue to discharge goods, and the power failure counting and the data integrity of the nonvolatile memory are fully guaranteed. The defects of the prior art are overcome.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vending machine counting, in particular to an anti-power-off goods delivery detection method for a vending machine.
Background
In the vending machine in the prior art, usually, in the goods delivery channel, a goods detection module is installed to count the goods passing through the delivery channel, so as to ensure the correctness of the quantity of the delivered goods. Further, the normal shipment time of the vending machine does not exceed 2 seconds, and the set electric quantity of the remediation capacitor module ensures that the independent shipment counting module runs for 4.8-6 seconds after being powered off.
Furthermore, the data of the nonvolatile memory is not lost due to power failure after being written in, and the data is automatically cleared only after receiving an instruction of the vending machine main control CPU for completing transaction.

The power-off-preventing shipment detection method of the vending machine is a detection technology for preventing incomplete shipment records caused by artificial or accidental power-off of a main control CPU3 of the vending machine after goods are delivered into a shipment channel 4 until the goods are delivered, the independent shipment counting module 5 is arranged in the shipment channel 4, the independent shipment counting module 5 is provided with a remedial capacitor module 2, a photoelectric counter 6 and a nonvolatile memory 7, the remedial capacitor module 2 is electrically connected with a power module 1 and the photoelectric counter 6, the power module 1 is connected with an external power supply, the photoelectric counter 6 is in data connection with the nonvolatile memory 7, the nonvolatile memory 7 is in data connection with a main control CPU3 of the vending machine, when the external power supply normally supplies power in the shipment process, the main control CPU3 of the vending machine normally operates, and the independent shipment counting module 5 adopts the power module 1 to work, finishing the shipment data detection, storing the collected data in the nonvolatile memory 7, uploading the collected data to the vending machine main control CPU3 for operation settlement and storage, and finishing the transaction, and clearing the data in the nonvolatile memory 7; when the external power supply is powered off in the delivery process, the vending machine main control CPU3 stops running, the goods delivered from the warehouse and entering the delivery channel 4 are detected by the independent delivery counting module 5 by adopting the power supply of the remediation capacitor module 2 through the photoelectric counter 6 to collect data, and the data which is detected and collected before the external power supply is powered off but not completed running and settlement are stored in the nonvolatile memory 7 together, after the electric quantity of the remediation capacitor module 2 is exhausted, the data stored in the nonvolatile memory 7 is not lost, and after the external power supply is powered back, the nonvolatile memory 7 continuously uploads the stored data to the vending machine main control CPU3 to complete the transaction after running and settlement and storage, so that the power-off prevention delivery detection method for the vending machine is formed.
Further, the normal shipment time of the vending machine does not exceed 2 seconds, and the set electric quantity of the remediation capacitor module 2 ensures that the independent shipment counting module 5 runs for 4.8 to 6 seconds after being powered off.
Further, the data in the nonvolatile memory 7 is not lost due to power failure after being written, and the data is automatically cleared only after receiving an instruction of the vending machine main control CPU3 to complete a transaction.
Further, the vending machine main control CPU3 is provided with leg wires 1-8, wherein the leg wires 5 and 6 are connected to the power module 1, the leg wire 2 is connected in parallel to the power module 1 and the remedial capacitance module 2, a group of the photoelectric counter 6 and the nonvolatile memory 7 are respectively connected in series between the leg wire 2 and the leg wires 1 and 3, and the photoelectric counter and the nonvolatile memory 7 are connected in series. The implementation of the power-off-preventing shipment detection method of the vending machine is completed.
