In step 302, the terminal device configures the tagged phone with the same intention in the full-scale question library as the intention according to the intention configuration instruction, and forms a preset intention library.
In order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the tagged word technology with the same intention in the full-scale question bank can be configured as the intention in advance, so as to form a preset intention bank for use in the follow-up questionnaire configuration. Specifically, the user interacts with the terminal device, and the terminal device can configure the intent for the tagged phone with the same intent according to the intent configuration instruction. The specific intended configuration process may be referred to in the description of the first embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.

In order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the service attribute may be configured for each intention in the preset intention library in advance, so as to classify the intention of the same service attribute, thereby further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration. Specifically, the user may interact with the terminal device, and the terminal device configures a service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction. The specific intended configuration process may be combined with the description of the second embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.

In an embodiment of the present invention, for example, the first-level service attribute includes a service attribute such as life risk, car risk, accident risk, injury risk, and the like. The user can interact with the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can respectively configure the service attributes of the intentions in the preset intent library into first-level service attributes such as life insurance, vehicle insurance, accident insurance, injury insurance and the like when configuring the service attributes for the intentions in the preset intent library according to the first service attribute configuration instruction. Thus, when the first-level business attribute of the policy is determined in the questionnaire configuration, the terminal device can determine the target intention from the intention of the same business attribute as the policy, thereby further improving the efficiency of the questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the invention, the service attribute configuration instruction comprises a second service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute comprises a second hierarchy service attribute, and the first hierarchy service attribute comprises a plurality of second hierarchy service attributes. As shown in fig. 4, in step 303, the terminal device configures a service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, and further includes:
In step 402, the terminal device configures the second-level service attribute for the intention of the service attribute for the first service-level attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, each first-tier traffic attribute comprises a plurality of second-tier traffic attributes. For example, the first-level business attribute vehicle insurance includes a plurality of second-level business attributes such as a new vehicle insurance policy, a vehicle insurance claim, a vehicle insurance doubt and the like, in order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, a target intention is determined from a smaller intention range, a user can interact with a terminal device, and the terminal device continuously configures the second-level business attribute for the intention configured with the first business attribute according to a second business attribute configuration instruction, so that the smaller intention range is divided. In the questionnaire configuration, when the second-level business attribute of the policy is determined, the target intention can be determined directly from the smaller intention range same as the policy business attribute, thereby further improving the efficiency of the questionnaire configuration. For example, when the second-level business attribute of the policy is a car insurance claim, determining that the second-level business attribute is an intention range of the car insurance claim, thereby determining a target attribute from the smaller intention range, and further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a questionnaire configuration system, which is described in the following embodiment. Since the principle of these systems for solving the problems is similar to that of the questionnaire configuration method, the implementation of these systems can be referred to as implementation of the method, and the repetition is omitted.
Fig. 5 shows functional modules of the questionnaire configuration system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of explanation, only the portions relevant to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, which are described in detail below:
referring to fig. 5, the questionnaire configuration system is configured to perform each step in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, and specifically please refer to fig. 1 and the related description in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, which are not described herein. In the embodiment of the present invention, the questionnaire configuration system includes a terminal device 501 and a server 502.
The terminal device 501 is configured to determine a service attribute of the target transaction ticket by extracting a keyword of the target transaction ticket, and send the service attribute of the target transaction ticket to the server.
A server 502, configured to determine, from a preset intent library, an intent set formed by an intent identical to a service attribute of a target transaction order; each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute; the intention is configured by a tagging call with the same intention in the full-scale question bank, the tagging call is configured by configuring tags for the call in the full-scale question bank, and the tags reflect the attribute of the transaction order.
The terminal device 501 is further configured to determine a target intention from the set of intents according to the intention selection instruction.
The terminal device 501 is further configured to match a tagged phone rule included in the target intention with an attribute of the target transaction ticket, and determine a target phone rule corresponding to the target intention, so as to form a questionnaire corresponding to the target transaction ticket.
In the embodiment of the invention, each intention in the preset intention library is configured with service attributes, and the intention is configured by a labeling telephone with the same intention in the full-scale question library, wherein the labeling telephone is configured by configuring labels for telephone in the full-scale question library, and the labels reflect the attributes of the transaction list. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when performing questionnaire configuration, the server 502 determines an intention set from the preset intention library according to the service attribute of the target transaction list, where the service attribute of the intention is the same as that of the target transaction list, so as to reduce the range of intention to be selected, and the terminal device 501 determines the target intention from the intention set with a smaller range of intention, so that the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be improved; the terminal device 501 matches the tagged phone technology contained in the target intention with the attribute of the target transaction list, so that the target phone technology corresponding to the target intention can be determined, the tagged operation of the tag is configured through the dialogue technology, different supervision requirements which change frequently are adapted, and the flexibility of questionnaire configuration is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the questionnaire configuration method is performed in the visual interface of the terminal device 501, and the questionnaire configuration system is further configured to execute each step in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, specifically please refer to fig. 2 and the related description in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, which are not repeated herein. In the embodiment of the invention, the following steps are included: the server 502 is further configured to render each intention in the preset intention library into a drag element on the terminal device visual interface, and render an intention option of each intention in the preset intention library into an anchor point of the drag element on the terminal device visual interface; the anchor point comprises a link anchor point and an end anchor point, wherein the link anchor point is linked between the former dragging element and the latter dragging element, and the end anchor point is linked with the former dragging element.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server 502 renders each intention in the preset intention library into a drag element on the visual interface of the terminal device, and renders the intention option of each intention in the preset intention library into an anchor point of the drag element on the visual interface of the terminal device, so that the use is convenient when the intention is configured, and the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, in the questionnaire configuration system:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to receive a drag instruction for a drag element input by a user on the visual interface, and determine a target intention according to the drag instruction; the target intents include at least a first target intent rendered as a first drag element and a second target intent rendered as a second drag element; linking the first target intent and the second target intent by a linking anchor formed by intent options of the first target intent; the ending anchor formed by the intent options of the second target intent links the second target intent.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 receives the drag instruction for the drag element input by the user on the visual interface, determines the target intention according to the drag instruction, and determines the target intention by performing the drag operation on the drag element by the drag instruction, so that the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the efficiency of the questionnaire configuration, the questionnaire configuration system is further configured to execute each step in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3, and the detailed description of fig. 3 and the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3 will not be repeated here. In the embodiment of the invention, the following steps are included:
The terminal device 501 is further configured to form a labeled conversation for the conversation configuration label in the full-scale question bank according to the label configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 forms a label-based conversation for the conversation configuration label in the full-scale question bank according to the label configuration instruction, so as to be used when configuring the intention, and further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.

the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure, according to the intent configuration instruction, a labeled phone with the same intent in the full-scale question library as the intent, to form a preset intent library.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures, according to the intent configuration instruction, the tagged speech technology with the same intent in the full-scale question library to be intended to form the preset intent library, so as to be used in the questionnaire configuration, and further improve the efficiency of the questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, in the questionnaire configuration system: the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure a service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures service attributes for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, and dividing different service attributes for intention can reduce the range of intention to be selected, thereby further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the service attribute configuration instruction includes a first service attribute configuration instruction, and the service attribute includes a first level service attribute. The questionnaire configuration system is further configured to execute each step in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 4, and specifically please refer to fig. 4 and the related description in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 4, which are not described herein. In the embodiment of the invention, the following steps are included:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure a first-level service attribute for an intention in a preset intention base according to the first service attribute configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures the first-level service attribute for the intention in the preset intention library according to the first service attribute configuration instruction, and divides different service attributes for the intention to reduce the range of intention to be selected when the questionnaire is configured, thereby further improving the efficiency of the questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the service attribute configuration instruction includes a second service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute includes a second level service attribute, and the first level service attribute includes a plurality of second level service attributes, in an embodiment of the present invention:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure the second-tier service attribute for the intention of the service attribute to the first service-tier attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures the second-level service attribute for the intention of the service attribute being the first service-level attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction, and further divides different second-level service attributes for the intention of the service attribute being the first service-level attribute, so as to further reduce the range of intention to be selected when the questionnaire is configured, and further improve the efficiency of the questionnaire configuration.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the questionnaire configuration method is realized when the processor executes the computer program.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program for executing the questionnaire configuration method.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute, and the intention is configured by a labeling technique with the same intention in the full-scale question library, wherein the labeling technique is configured by configuring a label for the technique in the full-scale question library, and the label reflects the attribute of the transaction order. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when performing questionnaire configuration, the server 502 determines an intention set from the preset intention library according to the service attribute of the target transaction list, where the service attribute of the intention is the same as that of the target transaction list, so as to reduce the range of intention to be selected, and the terminal device 501 determines the target intention from the intention set with a smaller range of intention, so that the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be improved; the terminal device 501 matches the tagged phone technology contained in the target intention with the attribute of the target transaction list, so that the target phone technology corresponding to the target intention can be determined, the tagged operation of the tag is configured through the dialogue technology, different supervision requirements which change frequently are adapted, and the flexibility of questionnaire configuration is improved.

Claims (9)

1. A questionnaire configuration method, comprising:
the terminal equipment determines the service attribute of the target transaction list by extracting the keyword of the target transaction list and sends the service attribute of the target transaction list to the server;
the server determines an intention set formed by intents with the same business attribute as the target transaction list from a preset intention library; each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute; the intention is configured by a tagging call with the same intention in the full-scale question bank, the tagging call is configured by configuring tags for the call in the full-scale question bank, and the tags reflect the attribute of the transaction list;
the terminal equipment determines a target intention from the intention set determined by the server according to the intention selection instruction;
the terminal equipment matches the tagged phone technology contained in the target intention with the attribute of the target transaction list, and determines the target phone technology corresponding to the target intention so as to form a questionnaire corresponding to the target transaction list;
the questionnaire configuration method further comprises the following steps:
the terminal equipment forms a labeled conversation for the conversation configuration label in the full-quantity question bank according to the label configuration instruction;
the terminal equipment configures tagged speech technology with the same intention in the full-quantity question library into the intention according to the intention configuration instruction to form a preset intention library.
2. The questionnaire configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the questionnaire configuration method is performed in a visual interface of a terminal device, the questionnaire configuration method further comprising:
the server renders each intention in the preset intention library into a dragging element on the visual interface of the terminal equipment, and renders the intention option of each intention in the preset intention library into an anchor point of the dragging element on the visual interface of the terminal equipment; the anchor point comprises a link anchor point and an end anchor point, wherein the link anchor point is linked between the former dragging element and the latter dragging element, and the end anchor point is linked with the former dragging element.
3. The questionnaire configuration method according to claim 2, wherein the terminal device determines a target intention from the intention set according to the intention selection instruction, comprising:
the terminal equipment receives a dragging instruction aiming at a dragging element and input by a user on a visual interface, and determines a target intention according to the dragging instruction; the target intents include at least a first target intent rendered as a first drag element and a second target intent rendered as a second drag element; linking the first target intent and the second target intent by a linking anchor formed by intent options of the first target intent; the ending anchor formed by the intent options of the second target intent links the second target intent.
4. The questionnaire configuration method of claim 1, wherein the questionnaire configuration method further comprises:
and the terminal equipment configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction.

The questionnaire configuration method according to claim 4, wherein the service attribute configuration instruction includes a first service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute includes a first level service attribute, and the terminal device configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, including:
and the terminal equipment configures the first-level business attribute for the intention in the preset intention library according to the first business attribute configuration instruction.

The questionnaire configuration method according to claim 5, wherein the service attribute configuration instruction further comprises a second service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute further comprises a second level service attribute, and the first level service attribute comprises a plurality of second level service attributes, and the terminal device configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, comprising:
and the terminal equipment configures the second-level business attribute for the intention of the business attribute for the first business-level attribute according to the second business attribute configuration instruction.
7. A questionnaire configuration system, comprising:
terminal equipment and a server;
the terminal equipment is used for determining the service attribute of the target transaction list by extracting the keyword of the target transaction list and sending the service attribute of the target transaction list to the server;
the server is used for determining an intention set formed by intents with the same business attribute as the target transaction list from a preset intention library; each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute; the intention is configured by a tagging call with the same intention in the full-scale question bank, the tagging call is configured by configuring tags for the call in the full-scale question bank, and the tags reflect the attribute of the transaction list;
the terminal equipment is also used for determining a target intention from the intention set according to the intention selection instruction;
the terminal equipment is also used for matching the tagged phone technology contained in the target intention with the attribute of the target transaction list, and determining the target phone technology corresponding to the target intention so as to form a questionnaire corresponding to the target transaction list;
the terminal equipment is also used for forming a labeled conversation for the conversation configuration label in the full-volume question bank according to the label configuration instruction; and configuring the labeled speech technology with the same intention in the full-scale question library as the intention according to the intention configuration instruction to form a preset intention library.
8. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the questionnaire configuration method of any of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the questionnaire configuration method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
