In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, as shown in fig. 3, the method for questionnaire configuration further includes:
and step 302, the terminal equipment configures the labeling dialogs with the same intention in the full-scale question library into the intention according to the intention configuration instruction to form a preset intention library.
In order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, tagged words with the same intention in the full-scale question bank can be configured as the intention in advance, so as to form a preset intention bank for use in subsequent questionnaire configuration. Specifically, the user interacts with the terminal device, and the terminal device may configure the intention for the tagged words with the same intention according to the intention configuration instruction. The specific intended configuration process may be referred to the description of the first embodiment of the present invention and will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment configures the tagged words with the same intention in the full-scale question library into the intention through the intention configuration instruction, and a preset intention library is formed in advance, so that the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, as shown in fig. 3, the method for questionnaire configuration further includes:

In order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, each intention in the preset intention library can be configured with a business attribute in advance, so that the intentions with the same business attribute can be classified, and the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be further improved. Specifically, the user may interact with the terminal device, and the terminal device configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction. The specific intended configuration process may be combined with the description of the second embodiment of the present invention and will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction so as to be used during questionnaire configuration, and the questionnaire configuration efficiency can be further improved.
Fig. 4 shows an implementation flow of step 303 in the questionnaire configuration method provided by the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and the details are as follows:
in an embodiment of the present invention, to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the service attribute configuration instruction includes a first service attribute configuration instruction, and the service attribute includes a first-level service attribute. As shown in fig. 4, in step 303, the terminal device configures a service attribute for each intention in a preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, where the configuring includes:

In the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the first-level service attributes include service attributes such as people's life insurance, car insurance, accident insurance, and injury insurance. The user can interact with the terminal device, and when the terminal device configures the service attribute for the intention in the preset intention library according to the first service attribute configuration instruction, the terminal device can configure the service attribute of the intention in the preset intention library as the first-level service attribute of people's life insurance, car insurance, accident insurance, injury insurance and the like. In this way, when the first-level service attribute of the policy is determined during questionnaire configuration, the terminal device can determine the target intention from the intentions with the same service attribute as the policy, thereby further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the service attribute configuration instruction includes a second service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute includes a second-level service attribute, and the first-level service attribute includes a plurality of second-level service attributes. As shown in fig. 4, in step 303, the terminal device configures a service attribute for each intention in a preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, and further includes:
and step 402, the terminal equipment configures a second-level service attribute for the intention that the service attribute is the first service level attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction.
In an embodiment of the invention, each first-level service attribute comprises a plurality of second-level service attributes. For example, the first-level service attribute car insurance includes a plurality of second-level service attributes such as a new car insurance ticket, a car insurance claim, a car insurance suspicion and the like, in order to further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration, a target intention is determined from a smaller intention range, a user can interact with the terminal device, the terminal device continues to configure the second-level service attributes for the intention configured with the first service attributes according to a second service attribute configuration instruction, and the smaller intention range is divided. In the questionnaire configuration, when the second-level business attribute of the policy is determined, the target intention can be directly determined from the smaller intention range which is the same as the business attribute of the policy, thereby further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration. For example, when the second-level business attribute of the insurance policy is an automobile insurance claim, the second-level business attribute is determined to be the intention range of the automobile insurance claim, so that the target attribute is determined from the smaller intention range, and the efficiency of questionnaire configuration is further improved.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a questionnaire configuration system, which is described in the following embodiments. Because the principle of solving the problems of these systems is similar to the questionnaire configuration method, the implementation of these systems can be referred to the implementation of the method, and the repeated details are not repeated.
Fig. 5 shows functional modules of a questionnaire configuration system provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and detailed as follows:
referring to fig. 5, the questionnaire configuration system is configured to perform each step in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and please refer to fig. 1 and the related description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 specifically, which is not described herein again. In the embodiment of the present invention, the questionnaire configuration system includes terminal device 501 and server 502.
The terminal device 501 is configured to determine a service attribute of the target transaction order by extracting the keyword of the target transaction order, and send the service attribute of the target transaction order to the server.
The server 502 is used for determining an intention set formed by intentions with the same service attribute as the target trading order from a preset intention library; each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute; the intention is configured by the tagging words with the same intention in the full-scale question bank, the tagging words are configured by the tags of the words in the full-scale question bank, and the tags reflect the attributes of the transaction list.
The terminal device 501 is further configured to determine a target intention from the intention set according to the intention selection instruction.
The terminal device 501 is further configured to match the tagged dialogs included in the target intent with the attributes of the target transaction order, and determine a target dialogs corresponding to the target intent, so as to form a questionnaire corresponding to the target transaction order.
In the embodiment of the invention, each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a business attribute, and the intention is configured by a labeling technique with the same intention in the full-scale question library, the labeling technique is configured by a label for the technique in the full-scale question library, and the label reflects the attribute of the transaction list. Therefore, when the questionnaire configuration is performed, the server 502 determines an intention set from the preset intention library according to the service attribute of the target transaction order, the service attribute of the intention in the intention set is the same as the service attribute of the target transaction order, so that the intention range to be selected is narrowed, the terminal device 501 determines the target intention from the intention set with a smaller intention range, and the questionnaire configuration efficiency can be improved; the terminal device 501 matches the tagged dialect contained in the target intention with the attribute of the target transaction list, so that the target dialect corresponding to the target intention can be determined, the tagging operation of the tag is configured through the dialect, different frequently-changing supervision requirements are met, and the flexibility of questionnaire configuration is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the questionnaire configuration method is performed in a visual interface of the terminal device 501, and the questionnaire configuration system is further configured to perform each step in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, specifically refer to fig. 2 and related descriptions in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again. In the embodiment of the invention: the server 502 is further configured to render each intention in the preset intention library as a dragged element on the terminal device visualization interface, and render an intention option of each intention in the preset intention library as an anchor point of the dragged element on the terminal device visualization interface; the anchor point comprises a link anchor point and an end anchor point, the link anchor point is linked between a previous dragging element and a next dragging element, and the end anchor point is linked with the previous dragging element.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server 502 renders each intention in the preset intention library as a dragging element on the terminal device visualization interface, and renders an intention option of each intention in the preset intention library as an anchor point of the dragging element on the terminal device visualization interface, so as to be used when configuring the intention, and the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, in the questionnaire configuration system:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to receive a drag instruction for the drag element, which is input by the user on the visualization interface, and determine a target intention according to the drag instruction; the target intent includes at least a first target intent rendered as a first drag element and a second target intent rendered as a second drag element; a link anchor formed by the intent option of the first target intent links the first target intent and the second target intent; an end anchor formed by the intent options of the second target intent links the second target intent.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 receives a drag instruction for the drag element, which is input by the user on the visualization interface, determines the target intention according to the drag instruction, and performs a drag operation on the drag element through the drag instruction to determine the target intention, so that the efficiency of questionnaire configuration can be further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the questionnaire configuration system is further configured to perform each step in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, and please refer to fig. 3 and the related description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3 specifically, which is not described herein again. In the embodiment of the invention:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure tags for the dialogs in the full-scale question bank according to the tag configuration instruction to form tagged dialogs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 forms tagged dialogs for the dialogs configuration tags in the full-scale question bank according to the tag configuration instruction, so as to be used when configuring intents, thereby further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, in the questionnaire configuration system:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure tagging dialogs with the same intention in the full-scale question library as the intention according to the intention configuration instruction, so as to form a preset intention library.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures the tagged words with the same intention in the full-scale question library into the intention forming preset intention library according to the intention configuration instruction, so as to be used when configuring the questionnaire, thereby further improving the efficiency of configuring the questionnaire.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, in the questionnaire configuration system: the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure a service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures a service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, and divides different service attributes for the intentions, so as to narrow the scope of the intentions to be selected, thereby further improving the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, to further improve efficiency of questionnaire configuration, the service attribute configuration instruction includes a first service attribute configuration instruction, and the service attribute includes a first-level service attribute. The questionnaire configuration system is further configured to execute each step in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, specifically please refer to fig. 4 and the related description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, which is not described herein again. In the embodiment of the invention:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure a first-level service attribute for the intention in the preset intention library according to the first service attribute configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures a first-level service attribute for the intention in the preset intention library according to the first service attribute configuration instruction, and divides different service attributes for the intention to narrow the range of the intention to be selected when configuring the questionnaire, thereby further improving the efficiency of configuring the questionnaire.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the service attribute configuration instruction includes a second service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute includes a second-level service attribute, and the first-level service attribute includes a plurality of second-level service attributes, in an embodiment of the present invention:
the terminal device 501 is further configured to configure a second-tier service attribute for the intention that the service attribute is the first service-tier attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 501 configures a second-tier service attribute for the intention of the service attribute being the first service-tier attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction, and further divides the intention of the service attribute being the first service-tier attribute into different second-tier service attributes, so as to further narrow the range of intentions to be selected during questionnaire configuration, and further improve the efficiency of questionnaire configuration.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the questionnaire configuration method when executing the computer program.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the above questionnaire configuration method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a business attribute, and the intention is configured by a tagging technique with the same intention in the full-scale question library, the tagging technique is configured with a tag for the language in the full-scale question library, and the tag reflects the attribute of the transaction order. Therefore, when the questionnaire configuration is performed, the server 502 determines an intention set from the preset intention library according to the service attribute of the target transaction order, the service attribute of the intention in the intention set is the same as the service attribute of the target transaction order, so that the intention range to be selected is narrowed, the terminal device 501 determines the target intention from the intention set with a smaller intention range, and the questionnaire configuration efficiency can be improved; the terminal device 501 matches the tagged dialect contained in the target intention with the attribute of the target transaction list, so that the target dialect corresponding to the target intention can be determined, the tagging operation of the tag is configured through the dialect, different frequently-changing supervision requirements are met, and the flexibility of questionnaire configuration is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A questionnaire configuration method, comprising:
the terminal equipment determines the service attribute of the target transaction list by extracting the keywords of the target transaction list and sends the service attribute of the target transaction list to the server;
the server determines an intention set formed by intentions with the same service attribute as the target transaction list from a preset intention library; each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute; the intention is configured by the tagging technology with the same intention in the full-scale question bank, the tagging technology is configured by the tags of the language technology in the full-scale question bank, and the tags reflect the attributes of the transaction list;
the terminal equipment determines a target intention from an intention set determined by the server according to the intention selection instruction;
and the terminal equipment matches the tagged dialogs contained in the target intention with the attributes of the target trading list, determines the target dialogs corresponding to the target intention, and forms a questionnaire corresponding to the target trading list.
2. The questionnaire configuration method of claim 1, wherein the questionnaire configuration method is performed in a visualization interface of a terminal device, and the questionnaire configuration method further comprises:
the server renders each intention in the preset intention library into a dragging element on a terminal equipment visual interface, and renders an intention option of each intention in the preset intention library into an anchor point of the dragging element on the terminal equipment visual interface; the anchor point comprises a link anchor point and an end anchor point, the link anchor point is linked between a previous dragging element and a next dragging element, and the end anchor point is linked with the previous dragging element.
3. The questionnaire configuration method of claim 2, wherein the terminal device determines the target intent from the set of intentions according to the intent selection instruction, comprising:
the terminal equipment receives a dragging instruction aiming at a dragging element input by a user on a visual interface, and determines a target intention according to the dragging instruction; the target intent includes at least a first target intent rendered as a first drag element and a second target intent rendered as a second drag element; a link anchor formed by the intent option of the first target intent links the first target intent and the second target intent; an end anchor formed by the intent options of the second target intent links the second target intent.
4. The questionnaire configuration method of claim 1, wherein the questionnaire configuration method further comprises:
the terminal equipment configures the label for the phonetics in the full-scale question bank according to the label configuration instruction to form a labeled phonetics;
and the terminal equipment configures the labeling dialects with the same intention in the full-scale question library into the intention according to the intention configuration instruction to form a preset intention library.
5. The questionnaire configuration method of claim 1, wherein the questionnaire configuration method further comprises:
and the terminal equipment configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction.
6. The questionnaire configuration method of claim 5, wherein the service attribute configuration instruction comprises a first service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute comprises a first-level service attribute, and the terminal device configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, comprising:
and the terminal equipment configures a first-level service attribute for the intention in the preset intention library according to the first service attribute configuration instruction.

The questionnaire configuration method of claim 6, wherein the service attribute configuration instruction further comprises a second service attribute configuration instruction, the service attribute further comprises a second-tier service attribute, the first-tier service attribute comprises a plurality of second-tier service attributes, and the terminal device configures the service attribute for each intention in the preset intention library according to the service attribute configuration instruction, comprising:
and the terminal equipment configures the second-level service attribute for the intention that the service attribute is the first service level attribute according to the second service attribute configuration instruction.
8. A questionnaire configuration system, comprising:
a terminal device and a server;
the terminal equipment is used for determining the service attribute of the target transaction list by extracting the keywords of the target transaction list and sending the service attribute of the target transaction list to the server;
the server is used for determining an intention set formed by intentions with the same service attributes as the target transaction list from a preset intention library; each intention in the preset intention library is configured with a service attribute; the intention is configured by the tagging technology with the same intention in the full-scale question bank, the tagging technology is configured by the tags of the language technology in the full-scale question bank, and the tags reflect the attributes of the transaction list;
the terminal equipment is also used for determining a target intention from the intention set according to the intention selection instruction;
and the terminal equipment is also used for matching the tagged dialogs contained in the target intention with the attributes of the target trading list, and determining the target dialogs corresponding to the target intention so as to form a questionnaire corresponding to the target trading list.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the questionnaire configuration method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the questionnaire configuring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
