The following will describe in detail. The following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred embodiments.
The present embodiment will be described from the perspective of a mobile terminal meeting reminder, which may be integrated in a terminal device, which may include a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a personal computer (PC, personal Computer), and the like.
A mobile terminal meeting reminding method comprises the following steps: setting a conference recording table, wherein the conference recording table comprises a conference number and a conference starting time; calculating a start interval duration corresponding to the conference start time according to the conference record table update time and the conference start time; and setting the conference starting time corresponding to the starting interval duration smaller than or equal to other starting interval durations as conference reminding time.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the mobile terminal conference reminding method is as follows:
step 201, setting a conference recording table, wherein the conference recording table comprises a conference number and a conference starting time.
For example, referring to fig. 3 together, step 301 is executed, the mobile terminal starts to call hardware and software resources to set a plurality of conference reminders, then step 302 is executed, the mobile terminal sets a conference recording table, in which relevant information of a conference to be performed within one day is recorded, the conference recording table is divided into two columns, one column is used for storing a conference number, and one column is used for storing a conference start time of a conference corresponding to the conference number.
When meeting related information is added in the meeting record table, the mobile terminal firstly numbers the meeting, and the numbers of each meeting are different.
Step 202, calculating a start interval duration corresponding to the conference start time according to the conference record table update time and the conference start time.
For example, if the meeting scheduling plan changes, the user inputs new meeting scheduling information, the mobile terminal updates the meeting recording table according to the information input by the user, and records the updated time of the meeting recording table, calculates the time difference between the updated time of the meeting recording table and all the meeting starting times recorded in the meeting recording table according to the updated time of the meeting recording table and the meeting starting time recorded in the meeting recording table, and names the time difference as a starting interval duration to obtain the starting interval duration corresponding to each meeting starting time recorded in the meeting recording table.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, after the meeting record table is established, the user adds a meeting schedule, inputs related information of the newly added meeting in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal executes step 303, newly establishes a meeting record in the meeting record table, the meeting record includes a meeting number and a meeting start time, then executes step 306, records an update time of the meeting record table, namely, the time recorded in the meeting record table, at which the meeting number and the meeting start time are newly established, is recorded as a meeting new time, then executes step 307, calculates time differences between the meeting new time of the meeting record table and all meeting start times recorded in the meeting record table according to the meeting new time of the meeting record table and the meeting start time recorded in the meeting record table, and names the time differences as start interval durations to obtain start interval durations corresponding to each meeting start time recorded in the meeting record table.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, after the conference recording table is established, the user cancels a conference schedule, deletes relevant information of the cancelled conference in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal executes step 305, deletes the conference recording in the conference recording table, where the conference recording includes a conference number and a conference start time, then executes step 306, records a conference recording table update time, that is, a time recorded in the conference recording table, at which the conference number and the conference start time are deleted, and records the conference deletion time, then executes step 307, calculates time differences between the conference deletion time of the conference recording table and all conference start times recorded in the conference recording table according to the conference deletion time of the conference recording table and the conference start time recorded in the conference recording table, and names the time differences as start interval durations, thereby obtaining a start interval duration corresponding to each conference start time recorded in the conference recording table.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 together, after the conference recording table is established, the user changes a conference schedule, resets related information of the changed conference in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal performs step 304, resets related information of the conference to be changed, i.e. a conference start time, in the conference recording table, then performs step 306, records a conference recording table update time, i.e. a time recorded in the conference recording table at which the conference start time is reset, and records the conference update time as a conference reset time, then performs step 307, calculates time differences between the conference reset time of the conference recording table and all conference start times recorded in the conference recording table according to the conference reset time of the conference recording table and the conference start time recorded in the conference recording table, and names the time differences as a start interval duration, thereby obtaining a start interval duration corresponding to each conference start time recorded in the conference recording table.
Step 203, setting the meeting start time corresponding to the start interval duration smaller than or equal to other start interval durations as meeting reminding time.
For example, referring to fig. 3 together, after calculating the start interval duration corresponding to each of the meeting start times recorded in the meeting record table, step 308 is performed, the start interval durations corresponding to all the meeting start times are compared, in which the meeting start time corresponding to the start interval duration less than or equal to other start interval durations is found, that is, the meeting start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration is found, step 309 is performed, the meeting start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration is set as the meeting reminding time, and then step 310 is performed, the meeting number and the meeting start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration in the meeting record table are deleted.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, when the time reaches the set meeting reminding time, the mobile terminal will initiate a notification to the user to remind that a meeting is about to start, then delete the meeting number and meeting starting time corresponding to the minimum starting interval duration in the meeting record table, execute step 311, the mobile terminal will determine whether the meeting record table is empty, if yes, then indicate that all meetings in one day are reminded to be finished, execute step 312, and the mobile terminal ends obtaining the meeting reminding time.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, when the time reaches the set meeting reminding time, the mobile terminal will initiate a notification to the user to remind that a meeting is about to start, then delete the meeting number and meeting starting time corresponding to the minimum starting interval time in the meeting record table, execute step 311, the mobile terminal will determine whether the meeting record table is empty, if not, it indicates that all the meetings set in the meeting record table are not yet reminded to be completed, then need to return to execute step 306 again, record the time of deleting the meeting record in the meeting record table as meeting deleting time, then execute step 307, calculate the time difference between the meeting deleting time of the meeting record table and all the meeting starting times recorded in the meeting record table according to the meeting deleting time of the meeting record table and the meeting starting time recorded in the meeting record table, designating the time difference as a start interval duration, obtaining a start interval duration corresponding to each conference start time recorded in the conference recording table, executing step 308, comparing the start interval durations corresponding to all conference start times, finding out a conference start time corresponding to a start interval duration less than or equal to other start interval durations, that is, finding out a conference start time corresponding to a minimum start interval duration, then executing step 309, setting the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration as a conference reminding time, then executing step 310, deleting a conference number and a conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration in the conference recording table, then executing step 311, re-judging whether the conference recording table is empty, executing step 312, and the mobile terminal finishes acquiring the meeting reminding time.
