Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a method and a device for reminding a meeting at a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is used for recording the meeting to be carried out in one day in a centralized manner by utilizing a meeting record table, so that management and control resources do not need to be allocated to each meeting, users can be reminded in time before each meeting starts, resources for managing the meeting and calling by the mobile terminal are reduced, and the resource utilization rate is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a mobile terminal conference reminding method, which comprises the following steps:
setting a conference recording table, wherein the conference recording table comprises a conference number and conference starting time;
calculating the starting interval duration corresponding to the conference starting time according to the conference record table updating time and the conference starting time;
and setting the conference start time corresponding to the start interval duration less than or equal to the other start interval durations as conference reminding time.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the updating the time of the meeting record table includes:
the conference new time, the conference deletion time and the conference reset time.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the new conference time includes:
and newly establishing the time of a conference record in the conference record table, wherein the conference record comprises the conference number and the conference starting time.

and calculating the time difference between the conference record table updating time and the conference starting time as the starting interval duration, and corresponding to the conference starting time.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the application, after the setting the conference start time corresponding to the start interval duration being less than or equal to the other start interval durations as a conference reminding time, the method further includes:
and deleting the conference start time and the conference number corresponding to the start interval duration less than or equal to other start interval durations in the conference record table.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the present application further provides a device for reminding a meeting at a mobile terminal, including:
the conference recording device comprises a setting unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the setting unit is used for setting a conference recording table, and the conference recording table comprises a conference number and conference starting time;
the calculating unit is used for calculating the starting interval duration corresponding to the conference starting time according to the conference record table updating time and the conference starting time;
and the reminding unit is used for setting the conference starting time corresponding to the starting interval duration less than or equal to other starting interval durations as the conference reminding time.
Similarly, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal device, including:
a memory for storing an application program;
and the processor is used for realizing the steps in any one of the mobile terminal conference reminding methods when the application program is used.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a plurality of instructions, and the instructions are suitable for being loaded by a processor to execute any step of the method for realizing the mobile terminal conference reminding.
The embodiment of the application sets a conference recording table in a mobile terminal, numbers meetings required to be carried out in one day, records the meeting numbers and the corresponding meeting starting time in the conference recording table, when a user updates the conference recording table, calculates the time difference between the updating time of the conference recording table and the starting time of all the meetings in the table, sets the meeting starting time corresponding to the minimum time difference as a meeting reminding time, deletes the meeting numbers and the starting time of the meetings which are just reminded in the conference recording table after reminding the user, updates the conference recording table, and then sets the reminding time of the next meeting according to the updating time until all the contents in the conference recording table are cleared, which indicates that all the meetings in one day are reminded in time, and in the process, independent resources are not allocated for all the meetings for management and control, but all the conferences are managed in a centralized way, so that resources called by the mobile terminal for managing the conferences are reduced, and the resource utilization rate is improved.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a mobile terminal conference reminding method and device. The device can be integrated in a terminal, and the terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an intelligent watch and other equipment.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal sets a conference record table, the conference record table includes a conference number and a conference start time, when a conference is created, deleted and reset, the conference record table is updated, the mobile terminal records the conference record table update time, calculates a time difference between the conference record table update time and all conference start times stored in the conference record table, records the time difference as a start interval duration, compares the start interval durations corresponding to all conference start times, sets the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration as a conference reminding time, and waits until the conference reminding time, the mobile terminal reminds the user of the conference, deletes the conference number and the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration in the conference record table, updates the conference record table, and recalculates the start interval duration according to the new conference record table update time, and acquiring the reminding time of the next meeting, and finishing reminding all the meetings until the content of the meeting record table is empty.
The following are detailed below. It should be noted that the following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred order of the embodiments.
The embodiment will be described from the perspective of a mobile terminal conference reminding device, which may be specifically integrated in a terminal device, where the terminal device may include a notebook Computer, a tablet Computer, a smart phone, a Personal Computer (PC), and the like.
A mobile terminal conference reminding method comprises the following steps: setting a conference recording table, wherein the conference recording table comprises a conference number and conference starting time; calculating the starting interval duration corresponding to the conference starting time according to the conference record table updating time and the conference starting time; and setting the conference start time corresponding to the start interval duration less than or equal to the other start interval durations as conference reminding time.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the mobile terminal conference reminding method is as follows:
step 201, setting a conference record table, wherein the conference record table comprises a conference number and a conference start time.
For example, referring to fig. 3 together, step 301 is executed, the mobile terminal starts to call hardware and software resources to set a plurality of meeting reminders, and then step 302 is executed, the mobile terminal sets a meeting record table, the meeting record table records information about a meeting to be performed in one day, the meeting record table is divided into two columns, one column is used for storing a meeting number, and the other column is used for storing a meeting start time of the meeting corresponding to the meeting number.
When the mobile terminal adds the conference related information in the conference record table, the mobile terminal numbers the conferences first, and the numbers of all conferences are different.
Step 202, calculating the starting interval duration corresponding to the conference starting time according to the conference record table updating time and the conference starting time.
For example, if the meeting schedule plan changes, the user inputs new meeting schedule information, the mobile terminal updates the meeting record table according to the information input by the user, records the update time of the meeting record table at the same time, calculates the time difference between the update time of the meeting record table and the start time of all meetings recorded in the meeting record table according to the update time of the meeting record table and the start time of the meeting recorded in the meeting record table, and names the time difference as the start interval duration to obtain the start interval duration corresponding to each meeting start time recorded in the meeting record table.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3, after the meeting record table is established, the user adds a new meeting schedule, and inputs the related information of the new meeting into the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal performs step 303, a meeting record is newly established in the meeting record table, the meeting record includes the meeting number and the meeting start time, then step 306 is executed, the update time of the meeting record table is recorded, namely, the time of newly establishing the conference number and the conference starting time in the conference record table is recorded as the conference new time, then, step 307 is executed, a time difference between the conference new creation time in the conference record table and the start times of all the conferences recorded in the conference record table is calculated according to the conference new creation time in the conference record table and the start times of the conferences recorded in the conference record table, and the time difference is named as a start interval duration, so as to obtain a start interval duration corresponding to each conference start time recorded in the conference record table.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3, after the meeting log is established, the user cancels a meeting schedule, and deletes information related to the cancelled meeting in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal performs step 305, the meeting record is deleted in the meeting record table, the meeting record includes the meeting number and the meeting start time, then step 306 is executed, the update time of the meeting record table is recorded, that is, the time when the meeting number and the meeting start time are deleted in the meeting record table is recorded as the meeting deletion time, then, step 307 is executed, the time difference between the conference deletion time in the conference record table and the start times of all the conferences recorded in the conference record table is calculated according to the conference deletion time in the conference record table and the start times of the conferences recorded in the conference record table, and the time difference is named as start interval duration, so as to obtain the start interval duration corresponding to each conference start time recorded in the conference record table.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3 together, after the meeting log is established, the user changes a meeting schedule, and resets the related information of the changed meeting in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal performs step 304, resets the related information of the meeting to be changed in the meeting log, i.e., the meeting start time, then step 306 is executed to record the updated meeting record table time, i.e., record the time for resetting the meeting start time in the meeting record table, which is recorded as the meeting reset time, then, step 307 is executed, the time difference between the meeting reset time in the meeting record table and the start times of all the meetings recorded in the meeting record table is calculated according to the meeting reset time in the meeting record table and the start times of the meetings recorded in the meeting record table, and the time difference is named as start interval duration, so as to obtain the start interval duration corresponding to each meeting start time recorded in the meeting record table.
Step 203, setting the conference start time corresponding to the start interval duration less than or equal to the other start interval durations as a conference reminding time.
For example, referring to fig. 3 together, after calculating the start interval duration corresponding to each meeting start time recorded in the meeting record table, step 308 is executed to compare the start interval durations corresponding to all the meeting start times, find out the meeting start times corresponding to the start interval durations that are less than or equal to other start interval durations, that is, find out the meeting start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration, then execute step 309, set the meeting start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration as the meeting reminding time, and then execute step 310 to delete the meeting number and the meeting start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration in the meeting record table.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 together, when the time reaches the set meeting reminding time, the mobile terminal initiates a notification to the user to remind that a meeting is about to start, then deletes the meeting number and the meeting starting time corresponding to the minimum starting interval duration in the meeting record table, execute step 311, the mobile terminal determines whether the meeting record table is empty, if so, indicates that all the meetings in the day are reminded, execute step 312, and the mobile terminal finishes obtaining the meeting reminding time.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 together, when the time reaches the set meeting reminding time, the mobile terminal initiates a notification to the user to remind that a meeting is about to start, then deletes the meeting number and the meeting starting time corresponding to the minimum starting interval duration in the meeting record table, executes step 311, the mobile terminal determines whether the meeting record table is empty, if not, indicates that the meeting set in the meeting record table is not completely reminded, then it needs to return to execute step 306 again, records the time for deleting the meeting record in the meeting record table, and records the time as the meeting deleting time, then executes step 307, calculates the time difference between the meeting deleting time in the meeting record table and all the meeting starting times recorded in the meeting record table according to the meeting deleting time in the meeting record table and the meeting starting time recorded in the meeting record table, and names the time difference as the starting interval duration, obtaining the start interval duration corresponding to each conference start time recorded in the conference record table, executing step 308, comparing the start interval durations corresponding to all the conference start times, finding out the conference start times corresponding to the start interval durations which are less than or equal to other start interval durations, namely finding out the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration, then executing step 309, setting the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration as the conference reminding time, then executing step 310, deleting the conference number and the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration in the conference record table, then executing step 311, re-judging whether the conference record table is empty until the conference record table is empty, executing step 312, and finishing obtaining the conference reminding time by the mobile terminal.
In order to better implement the above method, an embodiment of the present invention may further provide a mobile terminal conference reminding device, where the mobile terminal conference reminding device may be integrated in a network device, and the network device may be a terminal or another device.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the mobile terminal conference reminding device may include a setting unit 401, a calculating unit 402, and a reminding unit 403, as follows:
(1) setting unit 401
A setting unit 401, configured to set a conference record table, where the conference record table includes a conference number and a conference start time.
For example, the setting unit 401 sets a conference record table in the mobile terminal, sets two columns in the conference record table, which are respectively a conference number and a conference start time, and are used for storing conference information to be performed in one day, when the conference information is newly created in the conference record table, the setting unit 401 firstly numbers the conference, and simultaneously ensures that the numbers of each conference are different from each other, and then adds the conference number and the conference start time of the newly created conference into the conference record table.
Optionally, when deleting the conference record in the conference record table, the setting unit 401 may delete the conference number and the corresponding conference start time of the relevant conference in the conference record table.
Alternatively, when a conference is reset in the conference record table, the setting unit 401 deletes the conference start time of the related conference, which is stored in the conference record table, first, and then adds a new conference start time again.
(2) Computing unit 402
A calculating unit 402, configured to calculate a start interval duration corresponding to the conference start time according to the conference record table update time and the conference start time.
For example, when the conference record table is updated, the calculating unit 402 records the update time of the conference record table, and then calculates the time difference between the update time and all the conference start times stored in the conference record table, to obtain the time difference corresponding to each conference start time, and records the time difference as the start interval duration.
(3) Reminding unit 403
A reminding unit 403, configured to set the conference start time corresponding to the start interval duration being less than or equal to the other start interval durations as a conference reminding time.
For example, after the calculating unit 402 obtains the start interval duration corresponding to the conference start time, the reminding unit 403 compares all the start interval durations, and sets the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration as the conference reminding time, and meanwhile, the reminding unit 403 sends a request for deleting the conference number and the conference start time corresponding to the minimum start interval duration to the setting unit 401, so that the setting unit 401 deletes the conference record.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 5, the terminal may include a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit 501, a memory 502 including one or more computer-readable storage media, an input unit 503, a display unit 504, a sensor 505, an audio circuit 506, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module 507, a processor 508 including one or more processing cores, and a power supply 509. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal structure shown in fig. 5 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the RF circuit 501 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, for receiving downlink information of a base station and then sending the received downlink information to the one or more processors 508 for processing; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, RF circuit 501 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 501 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Message Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 502 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 508 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 502. The memory 502 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the terminal, etc. Further, the memory 502 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 502 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 508 and the input unit 503 access to the memory 502.
The input unit 503 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, in one particular embodiment, the input unit 503 may include a touch-sensitive surface as well as other input devices. The touch-sensitive surface, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 508, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 508. In addition, touch sensitive surfaces may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. The input unit 503 may include other input devices in addition to the touch-sensitive surface. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 504 may be used to display information input by or provided to the user and various graphical user interfaces of the terminal, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 504 may include a Display panel, and optionally, the Display panel may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface may overlay the display panel, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 508 to determine the type of touch event, and then the processor 508 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel according to the type of touch event. Although in FIG. 5 the touch-sensitive surface and the display panel are two separate components to implement input and output functions, in some embodiments the touch-sensitive surface may be integrated with the display panel to implement input and output functions.
The terminal may also include at least one sensor 505, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel and/or the backlight when the terminal is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured in the terminal, detailed description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 506, a speaker, and a microphone may provide an audio interface between the user and the terminal. The audio circuit 506 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to a speaker, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output; on the other hand, the microphone converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, which is received by the audio circuit 506 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 508, and then transmitted to, for example, another terminal via the RF circuit 501, or the audio data is output to the memory 502 for further processing. The audio circuit 506 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of peripheral headphones with the terminal.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 507, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 5 shows the WiFi module 507, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 508 is a control center of the terminal, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the terminal and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 502 and calling data stored in the memory 502, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 508 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 508 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 508.
The terminal also includes a power supply 509 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically connected to the processor 508 via a power management system that may be used to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption. The power supply 509 may also include any component such as one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, the terminal may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 508 in the terminal loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 502 according to the following instructions, and the processor 508 runs the application programs stored in the memory 502, thereby implementing various functions: setting a conference record table, recording the conference record table updating time such as the conference new creation time, the conference deletion time, the conference reset time and the like, calculating the starting interval duration corresponding to the conference starting time according to the conference record table updating time and the conference starting time, and setting the conference starting time corresponding to the starting interval duration less than or equal to other starting interval durations as the conference reminding time.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
The method and the device for reminding the mobile terminal meeting provided by the embodiment of the application are introduced in detail, a specific example is applied in the text to explain the principle and the implementation mode of the application, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the technical scheme and the core idea of the application; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
