In the result display module, the evaluation result display is based on evaluation scoring result data, and the analysis result of the situation of the leader class of each department and the analysis result of the personal situation of the leader cadre are displayed from different dimensions by applying a big data analysis technology. Ranking and score statistics are visually displayed in the form of diagrams and graphs, and the leadership is subjected to multi-scientific and multi-dimensional statistical analysis by adopting an analysis idea from the whole to the local and from important data to non-important data. Through statistical analysis of evaluation result data and combination of actual business requirements of a company, an evaluation report meeting the actual requirements and capable of truly reflecting the real construction situation of the leadership and cadre team is generated, real and effective data support is provided for management of the leadership and cadre team, and construction of the leadership and cadre team is further enhanced.
The paperless evaluation system of the embodiment adopts java language, is based on J2EE architecture, and applies the most stable technical architecture platform at present, and the design of the B/S architecture has low requirement on the client; the front end is designed and developed by adopting HTML, Jquery and LayUI, so that a user can perform examination and evaluation preparation work by simply operating.
The paperless evaluation system of the embodiment supports not only a field evaluation mode (an information intranet and an evaluation private network), but also a full extranet evaluation, does not need to establish the evaluation private network, and can be adopted if a user needs to solve the problem of difficulty in organizing a field meeting.
The paperless evaluation system comprises an evaluation preparation module, a field evaluation module and a result display module, wherein the evaluation preparation module comprises a scoring item maintenance module, an evaluation index maintenance module, a batch management module, an evaluation roster management module and an evaluation table configuration module, and paperless and automatic evaluation is realized;
meanwhile, the evaluation items and the evaluation indexes are configured, free collocation of evaluation standards and flexible collocation of evaluation index evaluation are realized, standardization and analysis automation of an evaluation process are realized, and evaluation information is exported in an on-site evaluation module based on an evaluation private network in an off-line encryption file mode to start evaluation work, so that the result is encrypted in a cadre evaluation form.
The paperless evaluation system of the embodiment finally enables the evaluation work to form scientificity, standardization, normalization, fairness, justice, publicity, confidentiality and high efficiency to a certain extent, fully exerts the excitation, guidance, constraint and supervision effects of the evaluation, and provides guarantee for constructing a management system which is through from top to bottom, fully covered, controlled in the whole process and high in cooperation efficiency and organizing personnel teams.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (10)

1. A paperless assessment system, comprising:
the system comprises an evaluation preparation module, a quality evaluation module and a quality evaluation module, wherein the evaluation preparation module comprises a rating item maintenance module, an evaluation index maintenance module, a batch management module, an evaluation roster management module and an evaluation table configuration module;
the scoring item maintenance module is used for maintaining scoring item names, scoring item details and scores, sequencing the scoring item details in a user-defined mode, configuring with evaluation indexes and realizing free collocation of the evaluation standards;
the evaluation index maintenance module is used for maintaining index names and evaluation, supporting the addition of multi-level indexes, movably sequencing the indexes, configuring with evaluation scoring items and realizing flexible collocation of evaluation index evaluation;
the batch management module is used for initiating an appraisal batch according to actual needs and maintaining batch information;
the evaluation roster management module is used for importing the information of the evaluation objects in batches through a standard template according to the evaluation requirements of the current batch, and checking and modifying the information;
the evaluation table configuration module is used for visually configuring and displaying basic information of the evaluation table and maintaining the basic information of the evaluation table;
a field evaluation module to: exporting evaluation information through an offline file encryption mode based on an evaluation private network, and starting evaluation work;
a result presentation module to: and displaying the evaluation results of the current batch in an imaging manner, and generating an evaluation report.
2. The paperless assessment system of claim 1, wherein the assessment preparation module further comprises:
and the evaluation password management module is used for maintaining the number of various personnel and exporting the generated evaluation passwords according to departments.

The paperless evaluation system according to claim 2, wherein the evaluation-participating password management module generates the evaluation-participating password by maintaining the number of the evaluation-participating persons corresponding to each category according to the category of the evaluation-participating person and referring to each basic unit or the situation of the department.

The paperless evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the evaluation table configuration module comprises an evaluation table visual configuration display module configured to visually display the maintained evaluation items and evaluation indexes, dynamically configure the evaluation contents according to the evaluation requirements, and implement the on-demand modification of the evaluation modes of the evaluation indexes in different batches.

The paperless evaluation system of claim 4, wherein the evaluation table configuration module further comprises an evaluation table basic information maintenance module, which is used for maintaining basic information of the name, the number, the category, the object to be evaluated, the category and the mode of evaluation of the evaluation table, flexibly establishing the maintenance of the evaluation relationship among the object to be evaluated, the person to be evaluated and the evaluation table, designing the corresponding weight according to different objects to be evaluated, and flexibly configuring the evaluation relationship and the weight.

The paperless evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the field evaluation module comprises an evaluation private network construction module, an evaluation monitoring module, and an evaluation scoring module; the evaluation private network building module is used for carrying out evaluation work on site by a basic unit according to the arrangement of the evaluation work and building an evaluation private network on site;
the evaluation monitoring module is used for monitoring an evaluation process and tracking the completion progress and integrity of the basic unit or department of the evaluation;
and the evaluation scoring module is used for displaying all evaluation tables corresponding to the current batch of evaluations, responding to mouse click events and recording corresponding scores, and submitting the evaluation tables in batches after all the evaluation tables are finished.
7. The paperless evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the result display module analyzes the actual report template of the user, and realizes one-key generation and secondary adjustment of the evaluation report in a mode of combining a chart and a text description.
8. The paperless evaluation system of claim 1, wherein in the scoring item maintenance module, scoring types in the scoring item specification include a scoring class, a single-choice class, a multiple-choice class, and an edit class;
