Because the vehicle-mounted communication terminal directly acquires the target state information and sends the target state information to the query terminal after the query instruction passes the verification, the driver does not need to feed back the target state information of the vehicle to the query terminal in a short message or telephone mode and the like, and the problems that inconvenience and driving danger are easily brought to the driver by the mode that a third-party query terminal acquires the vehicle state information in the prior art are solved; meanwhile, the inquiry commands of permanent authorization and permanent rejection are recorded by using the command verification table, so that the operation that the driver authorizes or does not authorize the inquiry command of the same inquiry terminal every time is omitted, and convenience is brought to the driver.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a system for querying vehicle status information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the system for querying vehicle status information according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a query terminal 10, a cloud processing platform 20 and a vehicle-mounted communication terminal 30, where the cloud processing platform 20 includes a third-party processor 21 and a TSP that communicate with each other.
After the query terminal 10 sends a query instruction to the cloud processing platform 20 through an output module of the query terminal, the third-party server 21 receives the query instruction and processes the query instruction, so as to generate a configuration file which can be recognized by the vehicle-mounted communication terminal 30, wherein the configuration file is configured with a target state information identifier and a current query source identifier; then the third-party server 21 transfers the configuration file to the TSP, the TSP transfers the configuration file to the vehicle-mounted communication terminal 30, then the vehicle-mounted communication terminal 30 reads, analyzes and obtains the configuration file, and extracts the target state information from the vehicle after the authorization and the agreement of the driver, then the extracted target state information is sent to the third-party server 21 through the TSP, and then the third-party server 21 converts the target state information into the signal type which can be identified by the query terminal 10 and sends the signal type to the query terminal 10, thereby completing the whole information transfer process.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a work flow of the system for querying vehicle status information according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the work flow includes steps S401 to S419:
in step S401, the inquiry terminal registers the inquiry software to bind the inquiry terminal with the vehicle, specifically, the inquiry terminal is bound with a vehicle communication terminal (Telematics BOX, TBOX) in the vehicle;
in step S402, the output module of the query terminal sends a query information request instruction, i.e., a query instruction, to the third-party server, where the query information request instruction may be sent by voice input, text input, or by turning on a dedicated software click command button, and the target state information of the query request may include one or more functions of information such as a vehicle position, a driving track, a vehicle speed, a time to meet, road condition information, a traffic state, weather of a location of the vehicle, a driver state, and the like, so as to meet daily requirements of the client;
in step S403, after the query information request command is transmitted to the third-party server, the third-party server converts the query information request command into an information code that can be identified by the TSP according to an information interaction protocol with the TSP, and then proceeds to step S404, where the information code is generated to the TSP;
in step S405, after receiving the information code, the TSP generates a configuration file of the required information, that is, a configuration file with a target status information identifier, and sends the configuration file to the vehicle-mounted communication terminal;
in step S406, the in-vehicle communication terminal identifies the configuration file and transmits the configuration file to the multimedia host of the vehicle;
in step S407, the vehicle-mounted communication terminal controls the multimedia host of the vehicle to display the query source and inquire the opinion for the driver to confirm whether to authorize the query of the target status information; if the vehicle-mounted communication terminal receives the authorization instruction, the step S408 is carried out, and the vehicle-mounted communication terminal collects the target state information and uploads the information to the TSP; if the vehicle-mounted communication terminal controls to receive the unauthorized command, the step S414 is executed;
in step S409, the TSP generates a file information code after receiving the target state information uploaded by the in-vehicle communication terminal, and then proceeds to step S410 to transmit the file information code to a third-party server;
in step S411, the third-party server analyzes and converts the file information code after receiving the file information code, generates target state information that can be identified by the query terminal, and then enters step S412, and the third-party server sends the target state information to the query terminal, so that the target state information can be visually displayed on a display interface of the query terminal, and meanwhile, voice broadcasting can be performed;
in step S414, the in-vehicle communication terminal generates a rejection notification, uploads the rejection notification to the TSP, and proceeds to step S415;
in step S415, the TSP generates an access denied information code after receiving the denial notification, and proceeds to step S416, the TSP transmits the generated access denied information code to the third party server;
in step S417, the third-party server performs parsing and format conversion after receiving the access denied information code, generates a denial notification that can be identified by the query terminal, and then enters step S418, where the third-party server sends the denial information to the query terminal, so that access denied can be displayed on the display interface of the query terminal.

In the device of the embodiment of the invention, when receiving the query instruction sent by the query terminal through the cloud processing platform through the receiving module 51, the verifying module 52 verifies the authority of the query instruction according to the target state information identifier and the current query source identifier in the query instruction; when the query instruction passes the verification, the feedback module 53 acquires the target state information of the vehicle according to the target state information identifier, and feeds the target state information back to the query terminal through the cloud processing platform. Because the vehicle-mounted communication terminal directly acquires the target state information and sends the target state information to the query terminal after the query instruction is verified, the driver does not need to feed back the target state information of the vehicle to the query terminal in a short message or telephone mode, and the like, convenience is brought to the driver, and the problems that inconvenience and driving danger are easily brought to the driver in the prior art due to the fact that a third-party query terminal acquires the vehicle state information are solved.
Optionally, in the apparatus for querying vehicle status information, the verification module 52 includes:
the first request unit is used for sending the current query source identifier and the target state information identifier to the vehicle for display by the vehicle and initiating an information query request to the vehicle;
and the first monitoring unit is used for monitoring a response instruction which is fed back by the vehicle and aims at the information sending request, and determining a verification result according to the response instruction.
Optionally, in the device for querying vehicle status information, the cloud processing platform includes a third-party server and an automobile remote server, the query terminal and the automobile remote server are in communication with the third-party server, and the automobile remote server is in communication with the vehicle-mounted communication terminal;
the feedback module 53 is specifically configured to, when the query instruction passes verification, obtain target state information of the vehicle according to the target state information identifier, and forward the target state information to the third-party server via the automobile remote server, so that the third-party server analyzes and converts the target state information and feeds the target state information back to the query terminal for playing.

the query unit is used for querying a preset instruction verification table according to the target state information identifier and the current query source identifier; the instruction verification table records the corresponding relation among the state information identifier, the query source identifier and the verification result; the verification result comprises verification passing and verification failing;
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a corresponding verification result if the verification result corresponding to the target state information identifier and the current query source identifier is queried;
the second request unit is used for sending the current query source identifier and the target state information identifier to the vehicle for display and initiating an information query request to the vehicle if the verification result corresponding to the target state information identifier and the current query source identifier is not queried;
and the second monitoring unit is used for monitoring a response instruction which is fed back by the vehicle and aims at the information inquiry request, and determining a verification result according to the response instruction.
Optionally, in the device for querying vehicle state information, the feedback module 53 is further configured to generate a rejection notification and send the rejection notification to the cloud processing platform when the query instruction fails to verify, so that the cloud processing platform feeds back the rejection notification to the query terminal.

and monitoring a response instruction which is fed back by the vehicle and aims at the information sending request, and determining a verification result according to the response instruction.

The method for querying vehicle state information according to claim 1, wherein the cloud processing platform comprises a third-party server and an automobile remote server, the query terminal and the automobile remote server are in communication with the third-party server, and the automobile remote server is in communication with the vehicle-mounted communication terminal;
when the query instruction passes the verification, acquiring target state information of the vehicle according to the target state information identifier, and sending the target state information to the cloud processing platform for the cloud processing platform to feed back to the query terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

and monitoring a response instruction which is fed back by the vehicle and aims at the information inquiry request, and determining a verification result according to the response instruction.
