4. The data box system for journal posting and contribution screening of claim 3, wherein parsing the contribution to generate the contribution summary further comprises:
extracting a picture which is close to a preset size in the manuscript, converting the picture into a black and white picture, and taking the black and white picture as the background of the manuscript abstract;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and receiving the picture in the manuscript selected by the contributor, converting the picture into a black and white picture with a preset size, and using the black and white picture as the background of the manuscript abstract.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the contribution data box is further configured to record publishing information of the contribution corresponding to the contribution information, and the method further comprises the following steps:
when the contribution data box screens out the contribution information based on the contribution requirement, recording the time of receiving the contribution requirement and the address of the journal data box;
when the journal data box acquires the manuscript from the contributor data box according to the contribution information, recording the current time and the address of the journal data box;
when the journal data box issues the manuscript, the issuing time and the journal number are recorded.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein said contribution data box is further configured to periodically clean said contribution information for more than a specified period of time;
the prescribed time includes: the first preset time pre-stored in the contribution data box and/or the second preset time exceeding the preset time of the contributor.
7. The data box system for journal posting and manuscript screening of claim 1, wherein a template of a journal is stored in the journal data box, and the selected journal is edited based on the template to generate an original journal; and receiving the amendment of the periodical edition to the periodical initial draft and generating a published draft.
8. The data box system for journal posting and contribution screening of claim 1, wherein the contribution requirements include pictures;
the contribution data box analyzes the picture required by the manuscript to obtain a first picture characteristic;
the contribution data box analyzes the pictures in the contribution information to obtain second picture characteristics;
matching the first picture characteristic with a second picture characteristic, and extracting the contribution information after the matching is successful;
and after the contribution data box performs characteristic matching on all the contribution information in the contribution data box and the pictures required by the manuscripts, sending all the successfully matched contribution information to the periodical data box.

The data box system for journal posting and manuscript screening of claim 8, wherein the picture of manuscript requirement is parsed to obtain a first picture feature; analyzing the pictures in the contribution information to obtain second picture characteristics; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
reducing or amplifying the picture to a preset size and converting the picture into a gray picture;
performing discrete cosine transform on the gray level picture to obtain a coefficient matrix, calculating the average value of each coefficient in the coefficient matrix, setting the coefficient to be 0 when the coefficient in the coefficient matrix is larger than the average value, and setting the coefficient to be 1 when the coefficient in the coefficient matrix is smaller than or equal to the average value to obtain a characteristic matrix of the gray level picture;
and taking the feature matrix of the picture as the first picture feature or the second picture feature.
10. The data box system for journal posting and contribution screening of claim 1, wherein the posting information further includes a first validation code,
after the journal data box sends the manuscript requirement to the contribution data box;
the contribution information screened by the contribution data box based on the contribution requirement is obtained, wherein when the address of the journal data box sending the contribution requirement does not accord with the address of the journal data box in the contribution information, the first verification code in the contribution information is removed;
when the journal data box receives the contribution information selected by the journal editor, judging whether the contribution information contains the first verification code; when the first verification code exists, acquiring the manuscript from the contributor data box according to the contribution information; when the first validation code is not present, the contribution data box sending a notification to the contributor data box; the notification includes a second verification code;
based on the second verification code, the contributor data box is connected with the journal data box, and the contributor data box sends the primary manuscript to the journal data box.
