step S501: an abnormal data sample of the application service in an operational dimension is obtained.
The abnormal data samples in step S501 may be collected in an operation dimension of the application service. The operation dimension may be understood as an operation during use of the application service, and may of course also include an installation operation. The abnormal data may be understood as a disorder encountered in the operation or installation process of the application service, for example, problem data generated by an operation of an application module in a certain page without knowledge about how to proceed, or problem data generated by an application control on a certain application page without knowledge about the operation of the application module, that is, abnormal data.
In this embodiment, the obtaining of the abnormal data may be public opinion data obtained by public opinion monitoring based on big data information generated in the application service, and the collecting of the abnormal data in the public opinion data may be performed. The public opinion data obtained by so-called public opinion monitoring may come from the whole application service, and thus, the obtaining of the abnormal data of the application service in the operation dimension in the step S501 includes obtaining abnormal data in at least one of the following dimensions:
acquiring abnormal data in the error dimension of the operation aiming at the application service;
acquiring abnormal data in dimension of a feedback channel based on the application service line;
and acquiring abnormal data in dimension of the feedback channel under the application service line.
The abnormal data in each dimension can be understood as a kind of data obtained by public opinion monitoring of big data generated by application service. The application service operation error dimension may be understood as an operation error occurring in an application page operation process in the application service, for example: payment date modification errors, payment operations errors, etc. Of course, abnormal data of an application service installation error may be included.
The dimension of the online feedback channel can be understood as abnormal data obtained through a global consultation portal, and the abnormal data can be user evaluation data issued by aiming at a certain application function.
The offline feedback channel dimension may be understood as anomalous data obtained by applying a hot wire phone of a service setting. The offline is not only an operation independent of the network, but also can be understood as an abnormal data, mail, short message, etc. obtained in other ways than based on a feedback platform currently provided by the application service.
It is to be understood that the abnormal data in this embodiment is not limited to the above dimensions, and may also include other public opinion data, for example: public opinion data obtained for the user churn situation and the operation blocking situation monitored by the application service, wherein the user flow is specifically understood to be the situation that the application service is unloaded or is not accessed for a long time without any request help when the problem is encountered in the operation process of the application service. Operation blocking is understood to be a situation in which a user cannot normally perform an operation occurring during an operation of an application service.
The abnormal data may include any one or more of combination of abnormal data content, abnormal data type and location information where the abnormal data occurs. The location information of the abnormal data may be understood as information of the page identifier where the abnormal data occurs.
Step S502: and classifying the abnormal data samples according to the abnormal data content and the page information to obtain classification information of abnormal data corresponding to the page information.
The specific implementation process of the step S502 includes:
step S502-1: respectively extracting the abnormal data content and the data characteristics of the page information;
the data characteristics in step S502-1 can be understood as keywords in the abnormal data content and the page information, for example: the abnormal data may be a transfer failure, the page information may include a page identification and information including the transfer in the page, and the extracted data feature may be the transfer.
Step S502-2: and classifying the abnormal data samples according to the abnormal data content and the page identification according to the data characteristics to obtain data classification information of the abnormal data samples corresponding to the page information.
The purpose of step S502-2 is to classify the abnormal data samples according to the classification requirement, and obtain the data classification information based on the abnormal data samples corresponding to the page identifier. For an application service, the application service may include a plurality of application modules with different function services, where the application modules correspond to different application pages, and thus, different abnormal data samples occur corresponding to the application pages with different functions. The purpose of the classification of step S502-2 is also to obtain the correspondence between different functional pages and the abnormal data that occur.
Step S503: and generating reference information for solving the abnormal data according to the abnormal data in the classified information.
After obtaining the classified abnormal data in step S503, a corresponding solution needs to be generated for the abnormal data, so that the abnormal data can be referred to by the user. In this embodiment, a corresponding solution is generated according to the abnormal data, and an operation interface for solving the occurrence of the abnormal data may be introduced for the abnormal data, for example: the operation interface is a flow for providing normal operation; the processing scheme for the abnormal data generation point can also be adopted. The operation interface may be in the form of audio-video, audio, video, images, text, etc. The operation interface can be inserted and displayed or output based on the current abnormal data page information, or can be displayed or output by using the page after single jump. It will be appreciated that the reference information may also be provided by other means, for example: short messages, application prompts, etc.
Step S504: and providing a reference service database according to the abnormal data and the corresponding reference information.
The specific implementation process of step S504 may include:
constructing a reference service database according to the abnormal data and the corresponding reference information; or storing the abnormal data and the corresponding reference information into a pre-constructed reference service database. That is, the purpose of step S504 is to provide a reference service database to provide corresponding solutions to the anomaly data. The reference information in the reference database can be updated according to a set period or in real time, and when the abnormal data sample changes in the acquisition period or the abnormal data sample acquired in real time changes, the reference service database is correspondingly updated, so that the effectiveness of the reference information in the reference service database is ensured.

The consultation method embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S701: receiving a data access request of an application page based on an application service;
the purpose of step S701 is to receive an operation of a user on an application page of an application service installed on a terminal device, so as to obtain a data access request.
Step S702: determining the current use state of the counsel service control of the application page according to the data access request and the configuration information of the counsel service control;
The purpose of step S702 is to determine the usage status of the advisory services control of the application page for which the data access request is directed. The specific implementation process may be that the configuration information of the counsel service control is pre-generated, or the configuration information is generated while the user initiates the access, and the generating method may refer to the specific process of step S101 to step S103.
Because the configuration information describes the information of the state of the counsel service control in the application page, the current use state of the counsel service control of the application page can be determined according to the configuration information. The specific steps can be as follows:
comparing the page identification in the application page data access request with the page identification describing that the counsel service control is in a visible state in the configuration information;

if the determined use state is visible, receiving operation behavior data aiming at the current consultation service control;
acquiring reference information corresponding to the page identification in a reference service database according to the page identification in the operation behavior data;
the reference information is provided to the terminal device.

comparing the page identification with page identifications in the reference service database;

generating reference information for solving the abnormal data according to the abnormal data in the classified information;
and providing a reference service database according to the abnormal data and the corresponding reference information.
17. The application service advisory method of claim 16, wherein said collecting abnormal data samples for an application service comprises obtaining abnormal data samples for at least one of:
acquiring an abnormal data sample aiming at the application service operation error;
acquiring an abnormal data sample based on the feedback channel on the application service line;
and acquiring an abnormal data sample aiming at the offline feedback channel of the application service.
18. The method for consulting an application service according to claim 16, wherein classifying the abnormal data samples according to abnormal data contents and page information to obtain classification information of abnormal data corresponding to the page information, comprises:
respectively extracting the abnormal data content and the data characteristics of the page information;
and classifying the abnormal data samples according to the abnormal data content and the page identification according to the data characteristics to obtain data classification information of the abnormal data samples corresponding to the page information.
19. The application service consultation method according to claim 16, wherein the providing a reference service database according to the anomaly data and the corresponding reference information includes:
