Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The life difficulty of the vision-impaired people caused by the vision-impaired people seriously affects the life quality of the people, for example, when the vision-impaired people take a sale, the people do not conveniently select meals and the like due to the vision reasons, so that the experience feeling is poor.
Generally, visually impaired people usually obtain relevant information for taking out according to a voice broadcasting mode, and the broadcasting content and voice playing speed for introducing the taking out are preset. Therefore, when a takeout that is interested by visually impaired people is broadcasted, a user may not accurately know desired takeout information due to a fast broadcasting speed, or when a takeout that is not interested by visually impaired people is broadcasted, the user may tend to quickly skip contents of voice broadcasting, or when the user is not clearly heard for various reasons, the user may tend to repeatedly broadcast a takeout voice. Therefore, the experience of the visually impaired people is seriously influenced by the playing form of the take-away voice at present. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for adjusting a voice playing manner to solve the above problems.
In order to more clearly show the method for adjusting the voice playing form provided by the embodiment of the present application, an application scenario of the method for adjusting the voice playing form provided by the embodiment of the present application is first introduced. The method for adjusting the voice playing form provided by the embodiment of the application is generally applied to adjusting scenes in a takeaway voice playing speed form which a user listens to, and can also be applied to adjusting scenes in a voice playing form in videos which the user watches, and the like.
An application scenario of the method for adjusting a voice playing form provided in the embodiment of the present application is not specifically limited, and the following specifically illustrates, by way of example, a scenario of a takeaway voice playing speed form that is provided in the embodiment of the present application and is listened to by a user, and the method for adjusting a voice playing form provided in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail.
When the method for adjusting the voice playing form provided by the embodiment of the Application is applied to a scene of adjusting a takeout voice playing speed form listened to by a user, the service information is takeout information, the target information is played takeout information, the target page is a page for taking out provided by a takeout merchant, and the target Application is generally related applications for providing takeout service, such as a takeout APP (Application program).
It should be noted that a specific execution subject of the method for adjusting a voice playing form provided in the embodiment of the present application is generally a server. The server is a computing device for providing data services such as data processing services and data storage services for the user, and the specific implementation manner is generally a server or a server cluster. The user side is a user side corresponding to the user and running the target application, that is, the user side is an electronic device corresponding to the user and equipped with the target application, and common electronic devices generally include, but are not limited to, the following: cell-phone, panel computer, notebook computer. The following describes a specific implementation subject of the method for adjusting the voice playing form provided by the embodiment of the present application as a server.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 4, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a first scenario of a method for adjusting a voice playing mode according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 1 includes: a client and a server.
First, it is necessary to determine whether the user is a visually impaired user.
The vision disorder user refers to a user who has a problem that the structure or function of the visual organs (eyeball optic nerve and brain visual center) is partially or completely obstructed due to congenital or acquired reasons, and cannot (or is very difficult) recognize the vision of the external things through treatment.
The method for judging whether the user at the user side is the vision disorder user can be as follows: and judging according to the behavior data and the physiological characteristic data of the user acquired by the camera.
For example, if the eye state of the user is collected and is motionless for a long time, or the blink frequency is obviously low, or the eyes do not directly face the takeout page for a long time, the user is the visually impaired user.
For another example, it is collected that the way in which the user uses the mobile phone is prone to ear placement, or the distance between the user and the mobile phone is long, or according to a messy click track, sliding track, etc. of the user on the take-away application program, it can be said that the user belongs to a visually impaired user.
The method for judging whether the user at the user side is the user with the visual impairment can also be as follows: the mode is specially set for the vision-impaired user by judging whether the mobile phone of the user enters a specific mode at present, such as a voice-over mode. Therefore, if the user terminal is detected to use the voice-over mode, it is indicated that the user belongs to the visually impaired user.
The method for judging whether the user at the user side is the user with the visual impairment can also be as follows: and judging according to the historical behavior data of the user in the application program, or obtaining the historical behavior data of the user in other application programs after obtaining the authorization of the user, and further judging whether the user is a visually impaired user.
For example, according to the historical takeaway order data of the user, if the place where the remark is placed to take away is obvious, or the historical ordering time exceeds a certain threshold, or the error rate of the historical ordering, and the like, it can be stated that the user belongs to a visually impaired user.
For another example, after permission of the user, the user may obtain related data according to other application programs, for example, data such as a crutch or other goods suitable for the visually impaired user and purchased by the user may be obtained according to an order of the user on the shopping APP, or data such as placing an express delivery in a conspicuous place and remarked on an express delivery may indicate that the user belongs to the visually impaired user.
Secondly, it needs to be determined whether the user's trigger operation for the takeout page is an operation for instructing adjustment of the takeout information playing mode.
Since the user belongs to the user with visual impairment, in order to facilitate the user to accurately adjust the voice playing form, the user needs to be given accurate guidance, and then the user executes the triggering operation according to the guidance, thereby realizing the adjustment of the voice playing form.
For example, according to a voice instruction "please adjust the voice playing form" sent by the user, the server enters a state of correspondingly adjusting the voice playing form, and then adjusts the voice playing form according to the triggering operation of the user. Or the system actively reminds the user whether the voice playing mode needs to be adjusted, if the feedback of the user is obtained, the voice playing mode is adjusted according to the triggering operation of the user, for example, the system plays whether the function of adjusting the voice playing mode needs to be provided or not. Or according to other operations of the user, the method is not limited as long as the server can sense that the user needs the function of adjusting the voice playing form. The key protection of the application is the triggering operation of the user aiming at the voice playing form adjustment.
The trigger operation in this embodiment mainly includes two types of operations: touch-type triggering operation or voice-controlled triggering operation, although both may exist. As described in detail below.
The first type: touch trigger operation
It should be noted that the touch trigger operation may be understood as an operation of the visually impaired user adjusting the playback form of the voice by touching the screen. Preferably, the touch trigger operation includes a single-point trigger operation or a multi-point trigger operation.
The voice playing mode can be adjusted by aiming at a single-point contact mode, and the method can be realized by at least one of the following modes:
A. the voice playing mode is adjusted by the sliding direction of a finger on the screen.
If the user sets up the upward sliding in advance to increase the playing speed, and the reverse direction is to decrease the playing speed. Therefore, when the finger slides upwards to increase the playing speed and slides downwards to decrease the playing speed, the finger circles the screen to realize circular playing. Of course, the finger may slide downward to increase the playing speed and slide upward to decrease the playing speed, or circle clockwise to increase the playing speed and circle counterclockwise to decrease the playing speed. The voice playing speed can also be adjusted by sliding the finger on the screen left and right or in other directions, which is not limited as long as the voice playing form can be adjusted.
B. The voice playing form is adjusted by the sliding speed of one finger on the screen.
If the sliding speed of one finger of the user on the screen corresponding to the preset voice playing speed is assumed to be a, when the sliding speed of one finger of the user on the screen is smaller than a, the voice playing speed is decreased, and conversely, when the sliding speed of one finger of the user on the screen is larger than a, the voice playing speed is increased.
C. The voice playing form is adjusted through the contact area between one finger and the screen.
If the contact area between one finger of the user and the screen corresponding to the preset voice playing speed is b, when the contact area between one finger of the user and the screen is smaller than b, the voice playing speed is decreased, and conversely, when the contact area between one finger of the user and the screen is larger than b, the voice playing speed is increased.
In order to facilitate the visual disorder user to more conveniently adjust the voice playing mode, the fingerprint areas of two fingers of the user can be input in advance, the fingerprint areas serve as preset areas, when the user places one finger on the screen, namely, the contact area is smaller than the preset area, which is equivalent to the reduction of the voice playing speed, and on the contrary, when the user places three fingers on the screen, namely, the contact area is larger than the preset area, which is equivalent to the increase of the voice playing speed.
And the user can also input the fingerprint areas of the two fingers of the user in advance according to the voice prompt, so that the contact areas of the two fingers and the screen can be obtained. One is a first preset contact area (corresponding to an increase in playback speed) when the finger is placed flat, and the other is a second preset contact area (corresponding to a decrease in playback speed) when the finger is placed upright. Therefore, when the contact area of the user and the screen is detected to be matched with the first preset contact area, the voice playing speed is increased, and otherwise, when the contact area of the user and the screen is detected to be matched with the second preset contact area, the voice playing speed is reduced.
It should be noted that, since a plurality of applications exist on the mobile phone terminal of the user, the preset area may be set not only for a certain application but also for all applications on the mobile phone for the convenience of the user.
D. The voice playing form is adjusted by the pressure between one finger and the screen.
If the pressure value between one finger of the user and the screen corresponding to the preset voice playing speed is assumed to be c, when the pressure value between one finger of the user and the screen is smaller than c, the voice playing speed is decreased, and conversely, when the pressure value between one finger of the user and the screen is larger than c, the voice playing speed is increased. Or, when the user presses the screen with one finger, it is equivalent to playing the voice cyclically.
E. The voice playing form is adjusted through the contact duration between one finger and the screen.
If the contact time length between one finger of the user and the screen corresponding to the preset voice playing speed is assumed to be d, when the contact time length between one finger of the user and the screen is smaller than d, the voice playing speed is decreased, and conversely, when the contact time length between one finger of the user and the screen is larger than d, the voice playing speed is increased. Or, when the contact time between one finger of the user and the screen is 5S, the playing is equivalent to playing the voice circularly.
F. The voice playing form is adjusted through the number of clicks between one finger and the screen.
If the user clicks the screen once, the voice playing speed is decreased, and if the user clicks two times, the voice playing speed is increased, or if the user clicks three times, the voice is played circularly.
Aiming at the multipoint contact type voice playing form adjustment, the method can be realized by at least one of the following modes:
A. the voice playing form is adjusted by the number of fingers of the user contacting the screen.
For example, assuming that the number of fingers of the user contacting the screen corresponding to the preset voice playing speed is e (2 or 3, etc.), when the number of fingers of the user contacting the screen is less than e, the voice playing speed is decreased, whereas when the number of fingers of the user contacting the screen is greater than e, the voice playing speed is increased, or when the number of fingers of the user contacting or contacting the screen is 2, the voice is played circularly.
B. The voice playing mode is adjusted through the contact operation between a plurality of fingers of the user and the screen.
For example, the speed of voice playing is adjusted according to the pressure between the fingers and the screen, for example, the speed of voice playing is adjusted according to the contact areas between the fingers and the screen, for example, the speed of voice playing is adjusted according to the contact duration between the fingers and the screen, for example, the speed of voice playing is adjusted according to the sliding direction between the fingers and the screen, for example, the speed of voice playing is adjusted according to the condition that one finger of the user is unchanged and the other finger of the user adopts any one of the above methods to adjust the speed of voice. Of course, the above two or more modes can be combined, and the implementation is not limited. Since the above implementation has been explained in detail in the single-point touch adjustment, the difference is only in the number of fingers of the user, and therefore, the description is not repeated here.
C. And adjusting the voice playing mode through the times of shaking the mobile phone by the user.
For example, when the user shakes the mobile phone once, the voice playing speed is reduced, when the user shakes the mobile phone twice, the voice playing speed is increased, and when the user shakes the mobile phone three times, the voice is played in a circulating manner. Or, when the user shakes the mobile phone once, the voice playing is equivalent to the voice playing in a circulating mode.
E. And adjusting the voice playing mode by adjusting the amplitude of the mobile phone by the user.
For example, when the user lifts the mobile phone upward, it is equivalent to increasing the voice playing speed, and when the user puts the mobile phone downward, it is equivalent to decreasing the voice playing speed. Or when the user circles the mobile phone clockwise, the voice playing speed is increased, and when the user circles the mobile phone counterclockwise, the voice playing speed is decreased. Or, when the user performs the circling operation on the mobile phone, the voice playing is equivalent to the voice playing in a circulating way.
It should be noted that the single-point contact adjustment and the multi-point contact adjustment are not only implemented by the operation of the user's finger, but also implemented by other objects, such as a touch pen, and the like, and are not limited again.
The second type: voice activated trigger operation
The voice control type triggering operation refers to the adjustment of the playing mode of the takeaway voice according to the voice generated by the user.
Preferably, the voice-controlled triggering operation includes: the voice command operation sent by the user or the voice operation sent by the user by utilizing the limb action.
Wherein the voice command issued by the user is operated.
If the voice content of the user related to the adjustment of the playing form is identified, if the playing speed of the takeout voice is increased, and if the voice is played circularly, the voice is played circularly.
The user operates with the sound emitted by the limb movement.
For example, when the user takes a hand once, it is equivalent to decrease the voice playback speed, and when the user takes a hand twice, it is equivalent to increase the voice playback speed. Or when the user takes a clap once, the method is equivalent to playing the takeaway voice circularly.
It should be further noted that the preset data involved in the contact type triggering operation or the voice control type triggering operation all need to be entered into the mobile phone terminal by the user in advance. For example, the system reminds the user whether an operation for adjusting the voice playing form needs to be recorded or not through voice, and what operation needs to be recorded, such as sliding upwards to increase the voice playing speed and the like.
It should be further noted that, there is no sequence between the two steps of determining whether the user is a visually impaired user and determining whether the triggering operation of the user on the takeout page is an operation for instructing to adjust the takeout information playing mode. That is, it may be determined whether the user is a visually impaired user, and then whether the user's trigger operation on the takeaway page is for adjusting the voice playing mode. Or judging whether the triggering operation of the user on the takeaway page is used for adjusting the voice playing mode or not, and then judging whether the user is a vision-impaired user or not.
It should be noted that, since the user pays more attention to the delivery related information when taking out, the voice playing information can be divided into the delivery information and the non-delivery information, and therefore, the server plays the delivery information at a speed lower than the preset voice playing speed and plays the non-delivery information at a speed higher than the preset voice playing speed. Wherein, the delivery information can be understood as: detailed take-out information, ordering reminding information, delivery duration information and the like. Non-delivery information may be understood as: the introduction information of the merchant, the information pushed by the system and the like.
Before this, it is necessary to ask the user whether the adjustment of the playing form of the delivery information and the non-delivery information is needed, and if the user answers positively, the delivery information and the non-delivery information on the page are played at the slower and faster playing speeds, respectively.
The whole process of adjusting the voice playing form according to the triggering operation of the user on the takeout page is described above. According to the embodiment, the voice playing mode of the service information in the online-to-offline service application is adjusted according to the triggering operation of the vision disorder user, and the experience of the vision disorder person is improved.
First embodiment
A method for adjusting a voice playing mode is provided in a first embodiment of the present application, and is described below with reference to fig. 5.
Since the content of the present embodiment is similar to that described in the foregoing scenario embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to part of the description of the method for adjusting the voice playing manner provided in the scenario embodiment of the present application. The method embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
Step S501, detecting whether the triggering operation of the vision disorder user for the online-to-offline service application running on the terminal is the adjusting operation of the voice playing mode of the service information in the online-to-offline service application.
It should be noted that the online-to-offline service application may be a certain takeaway application program, and the service information in the online-to-offline service application may be takeaway information on a certain takeaway application program, and the like.
