Background
The method is characterized in that a power distribution network safety operation management system based on IEC61968 standard is researched and realized, the most core is to research and design power distribution network safety operation models which must support related services of power distribution network safety operation, and an extended power distribution network safety operation model based on the IEC61968 standard comprises two parts of contents: and the locking device model and the five-prevention rule model respectively correspond to the forced locking equipment and the five-prevention rule of the related business of the safety operation of the power distribution network.
The locking device is a device for locking primary electric equipment to prevent personal or power production safety accidents caused by misoperation of the electric equipment. For the IEC61968 standard, the locking device is an unknown entity and has an association with existing electrical equipment assets. Therefore, to research a safety operation management and control system and share data and services with other systems, it is necessary to research a lockout of primary electrical equipment and a related model thereof based on the IEC61968 standard, which are collectively referred to as a power distribution network safety operation model. The five-prevention power rule refers to five rules which must be followed in order to ensure the safety of operators and power generation in the process of operating primary electrical equipment in a power system, and is called the five-prevention rule for short.
The five-prevention rule is a core element of the safety operation of the power distribution network, and how to realize the five-prevention rule must be considered when a safety operation system of the power distribution network is researched. Tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of primary electrical equipment of the power distribution network are almost tasks which cannot be completed if operation mutual constraint rules among the specific electrical equipment are edited; even if the rules are edited, the correctness and the task continuity are difficult to ensure due to too many devices, so that the method using the substation five-prevention system cannot be used in the power distribution network.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention provides the operation management and control method based on the IEC61968 standard, and the information in the operation request is analyzed and arranged by using the IEC61968 standard, so that the operation request information can be reasonably planned, managers can obtain alarm information in time, the interruption reason of the interoperation process can be quickly and effectively found out, and the interruption reason can be processed in time, and the continuity and the stability of the information interoperation service can be guaranteed.
Specifically, the operation control method based on the IEC61968 standard provided in this embodiment is applied to an anti-misoperation process of a locking device, and the operation control method includes:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a job request within a preset time period, analyzing effective data in the job request by combining with an IEC61968 standard to obtain a job request type aiming at a locking device, and generating a scheduling operation ticket based on the job type;
performing five-prevention verification based on the scheduling operation ticket to obtain a five-prevention verification result;
and if the five-prevention verification is successful, unlocking the locking device and updating the running state of the power distribution network.
Optionally, the obtaining of the job request within the preset time period, analyzing effective data in the job request by combining with an IEC61968 standard to obtain a job request type for the locking device, and generating a scheduling operation ticket based on the job type includes:
screening data in the operation request to obtain effective data based on IEC61968 standard;
and extracting and recording message contents including a source address, a data destination address and a sending time stamp of the effective data.
Optionally, the message content including a source address, a data destination address, and a sending timestamp of valid data is extracted and recorded, including;
reserving data beginning with XML tags in a request message structure, a response message structure, an event message structure or an error message structure based on IEC61968 standard in the data packet;
reserving the data with the child nodes in the remaining data as Header labels;
reserving the data comprising Verb and Noun labels in the residual data;
and reserving the data of verbs and nouns belonging to IEC61968 standard in the values of the Verb and Noun tags in the residual data to obtain the valid data.
Optionally, the performing five-prevention verification based on the scheduling operation ticket to obtain a five-prevention verification result includes:
performing primary five-prevention verification based on the scheduling operation ticket;
if the five-prevention verification is successful, generating a scheduling order, otherwise, recording the failure reason and verifying again;
generating a switching operation ticket based on a scheduling order to perform secondary five-prevention verification;
and if the five-prevention verification is successful, acquiring the computer key to perform subsequent unlocking operation.
Optionally, if the five-prevention verification succeeds, unlocking the locking device, and updating the operation state of the power distribution network, including:
unlocking the locking device by using a computer key;
after the information returned by the computer key is obtained, the running state of the power distribution network is updated;
and carrying out system synchronization processing based on the updated running state of the power distribution network.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method and the system enable managers to obtain alarm information in time, quickly and effectively find out the interruption reason of the interoperation process, process the interruption reason in time and ensure the continuity and stability of the information interoperation service.

Example one
Specifically, the operation control method based on the IEC61968 standard (international electrotechnical Commission (IEC for short)) established in 1906 and being the earliest non-government international electrotechnical standardization organization established in the world is applied to the anti-misoperation process of the locking device, as shown in fig. 1, and the operation control method includes:

In implementation, the present application provides an operation management and control method based on the IEC61968 standard, which is used to implement the anti-misoperation of the locking device, and specifically, the scheduling operation ticket obtaining process based on the IEC61968 standard, which is provided in step 11, includes:
111. screening data in the operation request to obtain effective data based on IEC61968 standard;
112. and extracting and recording message contents including a source address, a data destination address and a sending time stamp of the effective data.
Wherein, the step of obtaining the specific message content proposed in step 112 includes:

123. generating a switching operation ticket based on a scheduling order to perform secondary five-prevention verification;
124. and if the five-prevention verification is successful, acquiring the computer key to perform subsequent unlocking operation.
After the five-prevention verification succeeds, the locking device needs to be unlocked and the running state of the power distribution network is updated, including:
131. unlocking the locking device by using a computer key;
132. after the information returned by the computer key is obtained, the running state of the power distribution network is updated;
133. and carrying out system synchronization processing based on the updated running state of the power distribution network.
Judging whether the monitoring system has monitored all data packets based on IEC61968 standard transmitted between the information interaction bus and each application system on line, if so, judging that the monitoring system completes the supervision task and sending the judgment information to a closing module;
and after receiving the judgment information sent by the supervision task judgment module, closing a monitoring module and a data acquisition module in the monitoring system.
By using the priority level of the transmission information on the bus, the information transmission of the designated adapter is dynamically suspended or started according to the use condition of the resource in the operation process of the bus, thereby solving the risk of the bus in overload operation and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the bus. When the bus runs over the rated load, a stop instruction is sent to the adapter with the low priority according to the configured priority, the sending and receiving of the messages of all the adapters are stopped, and a start instruction is sent to the adapter again when the bus resources are normal. For example, the priority levels are 1, 2 and 3 from high to low, the message flow control module of the bus may temporarily set the application system to which the message with the low priority level 3 is addressed, and when the previous priority levels 1 and 2 are finished, restart the application system to which the message with the priority level 3 corresponds.
