Abstract

The application discloses a dictionary information interaction system and a method, wherein the system comprises: the initial issuing module is used for responding to the received issuing instruction and issuing the dictionary information corresponding to at least one selected dictionary issuing task from the first entity to a second entity specified by the corresponding issuing task; a modification request receiving module, configured to receive a modification request of at least one second entity for at least one dictionary data in dictionary information issued from a first entity; an update module for updating the corresponding dictionary data with modification data in response to receiving confirmation of at least one of the modification requests; and the secondary issuing module is used for issuing the updated dictionary information to at least one second entity. The invention enables centralized supervision of dictionary information, standardization of dictionary data and sharing between institutions.

Technical Field

Background
Medical dictionary data is numerous and includes department classifications, employee classifications, funding sources, area codes, units of measure, currency, academic records, job titles, customer information, cost classifications, material dictionaries, asset classifications, asset dictionaries, accounting systems, accounting categories, supplier categories, and so forth. At present, each medical institution usually supervises dictionary data by self, information is not shared, and the problems of data redundancy, data non-uniformity and the like exist.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a dictionary information interaction system and method, which can intensively supervise dictionary information, standardize dictionary data and share the dictionary information and the dictionary data among medical institutions.
To solve the above technical problem, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dictionary information exchange system for exchanging dictionary information between a first entity and at least a second entity, the system comprising:

a modification request receiving module, configured to receive a modification request of at least one second entity for at least one dictionary data in dictionary information issued from a first entity;
an update module for updating the corresponding dictionary data with modification data in response to receiving confirmation of at least one of the modification requests;
and the secondary issuing module is used for issuing the updated dictionary information to at least one second entity.
As an improvement of the system of the present invention, the system further comprises a notification module for sending a notification to the second entity to not accept the modification request in response to receiving a rejection of the modification request.
As another improvement of the system of the present invention, the system further includes a configuration module configured to configure at least one dictionary issuing task, where each issuing task includes at least one second entity corresponding to the issuing task, selection of the issuing dictionary, and/or selection of a dictionary data range.
As a further improvement of the system of the present invention, the system further comprises a modification module for receiving a modification to the selected dictionary issuing task.
As a further improvement of the system, the system further comprises a first display module for displaying the issuing state and/or the issuing time of all dictionary issuing tasks.
As another improvement of the system of the invention, the system further comprises a second display module for displaying the source and the receiving status of all received modification requests.
To solve the above technical problem, according to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dictionary information interaction method for exchanging dictionary information between a first entity and at least one second entity, the method comprising:
in response to receiving the issuing instruction, issuing dictionary information corresponding to at least one selected dictionary issuing task from the first entity to a second entity specified by the corresponding issuing task;
receiving a modification request of at least one second entity to at least one dictionary datum in the dictionary information issued from the first entity;
in response to receiving confirmation of at least one of said modification requests, updating the corresponding dictionary data with modification data;
and issuing the updated dictionary information to at least one second entity.
To solve the above technical problem, according to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the dictionary information interaction method of the present invention.
To solve the technical problem, according to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a computer device is provided, which includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the dictionary information interaction method of the present invention when executing the computer program.
According to the invention, the basic dictionaries used by all medical institutions are uniformly coded and uniformly managed, and the standardization, warehousing and sharing of medical data can be completed, thereby laying a foundation for standardizing the whole medical business process.

Embodiments and examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scope of applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description given hereinafter. It should be understood, however, that the detailed description and the specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration only.
Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of a preferred embodiment of a dictionary information interaction system according to the present invention. The system comprises:
the configuration module 102 is configured to configure at least one dictionary issuing task. The first entity incorporates a variety of dictionaries including, for example and without limitation, department categories, employee categories, funding sources, region codes, cost categories, material dictionaries, asset categories, asset dictionaries, accounting systems, accounting categories, vendor categories, and the like. Each dictionary includes a plurality of fields. Take an accounting subject system dictionary as an example, which includes fields such as system code, accounting subject code, superior code, accounting subject name, subject full name, subject category code, subject level, etc. Different dictionary issuing tasks can be configured according to different objects, purposes and the like, one dictionary can be issued at a time, a plurality of dictionaries can be issued, all fields of one dictionary can be issued, partial fields of one dictionary can be issued, and the dictionary can be issued to one second entity or a plurality of second entities. The specific content of the issued task, such as at least one second entity corresponding to the issued task, the issued dictionary and/or the dictionary data range, may be configurable, for example, determined by selection.
The initial issuing module 104 is configured to, in response to receiving an issuing instruction, issue dictionary information corresponding to at least one selected dictionary issuing task from a first entity to a second entity specified by a corresponding issuing task. And after receiving the transmitted dictionary information, the second entity confirms that the transmitted dictionary information is received, and sends a modification request and suggested modification data to the first entity when determining that part of the dictionary data needs to be modified.
A modification request receiving module 106, configured to receive a modification request of at least one second entity for at least one dictionary datum in the dictionary information sent from the first entity. The first entity determines whether to make the corresponding modification after receiving the modification request.
An update module 108 for updating the respective dictionary data with the modification data in response to receiving the confirmation of the at least one modification request.
A notification module 110, configured to send a notification to the second entity not to accept the corresponding modification request in response to receiving the rejection of the modification request.
The secondary issuing module 112 is configured to issue the updated dictionary information to at least one second entity, so as to unify and share the standardized dictionary data.
In other embodiments, the system of the present invention further comprises: the modification module is used for selecting the configured dictionary to issue the tasks, checking the specific content of the tasks, receiving the modification of the specific content and storing the modification; and/or the first display module is used for displaying the issuing states (whether the tasks are issued) and/or the issuing time and/or the initiator and the like of all the dictionary issuing tasks so as to facilitate overview and statistics; and/or a second display module for displaying the source (such as the second entity name) of all received modification requests and the status of whether the modification requests are accepted.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of a dictionary information interaction method for exchanging dictionary information between a first entity and at least one second entity according to the present invention.
In step S202, in response to receiving the issuing instruction, the dictionary information corresponding to at least one selected dictionary issuing task is issued from the first entity to the second entity specified by the corresponding issuing task, respectively.
In step S204, a modification request of at least one second entity for at least one dictionary datum in the dictionary information issued from the first entity is received;
in step S206, in response to receiving confirmation of at least one of the modification requests, the corresponding dictionary data is updated with modification data.
In step S208, the updated dictionary information is sent to at least one second entity.
The various embodiments described herein, or certain features, structures, or characteristics thereof, may be combined as suitable in one or more embodiments of the invention. Additionally, in some cases, the order of steps depicted in the flowcharts and/or in the pipelined process may be modified, as appropriate, and need not be performed exactly in the order depicted. The present invention may be used in conjunction with any suitable operating system.

Claims (10)

1. A dictionary information interaction system for exchanging dictionary information between a first entity and at least a second entity, said system comprising:
the initial issuing module is used for responding to the received issuing instruction and respectively issuing the dictionary information corresponding to at least one selected dictionary issuing task from the first entity to a second entity specified by the corresponding issuing task;
a modification request receiving module, configured to receive a modification request of at least one second entity for at least one dictionary data in dictionary information issued from a first entity;
an update module for updating the corresponding dictionary data with modification data in response to receiving confirmation of at least one of the modification requests;
and the secondary issuing module is used for issuing the updated dictionary information to at least one second entity.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
a notification module to send a notification to a second entity to not accept the modification request in response to receiving a rejection of the modification request.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the configuration module is used for configuring at least one dictionary issuing task, and each issuing task comprises at least one second entity corresponding to the issuing task, selection of the issuing dictionary and/or selection of a dictionary data range.
4. The system of claim 4, further comprising:
and the modification module is used for receiving the modification of the selected dictionary issuing task.
5. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the first display module is used for displaying the issuing states and/or issuing time of all dictionary issuing tasks.
6. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

7. A dictionary information interaction method for exchanging dictionary information between a first entity and at least one second entity, the method comprising:
in response to receiving the issuing instruction, issuing dictionary information corresponding to at least one selected dictionary issuing task from the first entity to a second entity specified by the corresponding issuing task;
receiving a modification request of at least one second entity to at least one dictionary datum in the dictionary information issued from the first entity;
in response to receiving confirmation of at least one of said modification requests, updating the corresponding dictionary data with modification data;
and issuing the updated dictionary information to at least one second entity.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
in response to receiving a denial of the modification request, sending a notification to a second entity not to accept the modification request.
9. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and configuring at least one dictionary issuing task, wherein each issuing task comprises at least one second entity corresponding to the issuing task, selection of an issuing dictionary and/or selection of a dictionary data range.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
modifications to the selected dictionary issuance task are received.
