The cam 14 of the drive unit may be powered by a drive motor. The cam 14 continues to rotate, and the monitoring state is restored as the protruding portion of the cam 14 gradually moves away from the roller 15 and the elastic force of the elastic piece 17, thereby completing a restart operation.
