Abstract
The invention discloses a buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve, and belongs to the technical field of foundation treatment. During engineering construction, the foundation needs to be reinforced, and at this time, pile planting is usually performed. When the steel pile is used, the axial force of pressing the steel pile into the steel pile can cause the steel pile to be bent in the pile planting process due to the overlong pile length, so that the steel pile cannot be driven into the steel pile or the performance of the steel pile is reduced. The invention provides a buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve which comprises an outer sleeve, a buckling-restrained replaceable sleeve core, a connecting sleeve, a fixing bolt, a bolt hole, a limiting thread, a limiting bolt hole and a limiting bolt. Different cylinder cores can be selected according to different types of the steel piles. In the construction process, the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve covers and wraps the part of the steel pile exposed above the ground, so that the steel pile can be prevented from buckling. The invention has simple structure and convenient operation, achieves the aim of preventing buckling through physical restraint, and has good safety and durability.

When the construction is carried out, the pile foundation needs to be driven into the soil, and the pile is generally planted through manual operation or a pile planting machine.
The buckling may be caused due to the overlong length of the steel pile exposed outside the ground in the pile planting process of the steel pile, and the buckling may occur to the steel pile due to the axial force of the pressed steel pile in the pile planting process, so that the steel pile cannot be driven into the ground or the performance of the steel pile cannot be reduced.

The buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve is arranged in sections, and after the part of the steel pile exposed out of the ground is wrapped by the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve of a plurality of sections, a section of steel pile is left on the upper part of the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve without being wrapped by the sleeve; when adopting artifical stake or planting stake machine and exerting pressure at the steel pile top, the steel pile is pressed into the underground down along the space of the removable section of thick bamboo core of buckling restrained, and every time the steel pile presses to exposing sleeve length 20cm, just withdraws a section of the removable steel pile sleeve of buckling restrained until the steel pile design elevation of impressing.
The clearance between the outer sleeve and the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core is 5mm or 1cm, so that the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core can be replaced conveniently; the cross point of the transverse central line and the vertical one-third line of each surface of the outer sleeve is provided with a limiting bolt hole, the outer sleeve and the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core are fixed through a limiting bolt matched with the limiting bolt hole, the limiting bolt is screwed to be in contact with the anti-skid thread, the position of the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core is limited, and the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core and the outer sleeve are prevented from being dislocated.
The outer surface of the upper end of the outer sleeve is provided with anti-skidding threads with the width of 20 cm-30 cm, so that the two sections of buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeves cannot slide when connected.
When the basis is under construction, when using and planting stake machine or artifical the stake of planting, in order to deal with different piling bar types, for example I-shaped steel, channel-section steel etc. can reach the effect that prevents that different piling bars from taking place the bucking through changing the removable section of thick bamboo core of buckling prevention.
The non-adhesive Teflon coating is arranged on the inner side of the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core, and the influence of friction force is reduced when the steel pile is inserted. The anti-skid thread with the width of 20-30 cm is arranged at the transverse center line of the outer side of the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core and works together with the limiting bolt to prevent the buckling-restrained replaceable barrel core and the outer side sleeve from being dislocated.
The thickness of the connecting sleeve is consistent with that of the outer sleeve; the upper side of the connecting sleeve is connected with the position, 20 cm-30 cm away from the bottom, of the lower side of the outer sleeve through welding, the total height of the connecting sleeve is 40 cm-60 cm, the remaining 20 cm-30 cm is connected with the lower buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve, and therefore the two buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeves can be connected into a firm whole.
Each surface of the connecting sleeve is 10 cm-15 cm away from the lower part and a vertical central line, a fixing bolt hole is formed in the fixing bolt hole, the fixing bolt hole is fixed with the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve of other sections through a fixing bolt (4) matched with the fixing bolt hole, the fixing bolt is screwed, the fixing bolt is in contact with the anti-skidding threads, the two buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeves are locked, and the two buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeves are prevented from being dislocated or falling off during construction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: (1) the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve is simple in structure, achieves the buckling-restrained effect through simple physical action, is convenient to understand and operate; (2) the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve is connected with other sections of buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeves through the fixing bolts, can be adjusted according to different pile lengths, and is simple and convenient to construct; (3) the utility model provides a removable piling bar sleeve of buckling restrained, structural durability is high, can use for a long time with low costs, and each spare part and accessory all can be at mill's prefabricated processing, all can replace the maintenance, and is economical reasonable. Therefore, the buckling-restrained replaceable steel pile sleeve has the advantages of low cost, relatively simple structure, convenience in maintenance and replacement, high safety factor and high structural durability.
