Abstract
The invention discloses an arrangement method and a structure of a large-span gantry crane of a water inlet of a power station, wherein a large-span bidirectional gantry crane is arranged on a water inlet platform of the power station, an upstream supporting leg of the large-span bidirectional gantry crane is arranged on the upstream side of a sewage cleaning rake hopper groove, a downstream supporting leg is arranged on the downstream side of an overhaul gate groove, and a movable bidirectional trolley or a movable bidirectional trolley plus a fixed lifting mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the overhaul gate groove and used for operating a working trash rack, a standby trash rack, a stoplog gate and an overhaul gate; the downstream side of the large-span bidirectional gantry crane is provided with a rotary crane or a cantilever movable trolley which is used as the opening and closing equipment of the rapid gate for installation, maintenance and use. By adopting the method, the working trash rack, the standby trash rack, the stoplog gate and the maintenance gate of the water inlet of the power station are operated by one large-span bidirectional portal crane, compared with the scheme that two portal cranes are arranged in the traditional way, the size of the water inlet along the water flow direction is effectively reduced, the sum of the total weight of one large-span bidirectional portal crane relative to the bidirectional trash cleaning portal crane and the bidirectional portal crane is light, and the engineering investment is effectively saved.

In addition, a cantilever movable trolley 23 is arranged at the downstream side of the large-span two-way portal crane 2 and is used for installing, overhauling and maintaining the single-cylinder vertical hydraulic press 20 as the opening and closing equipment of the quick gate 19; the maintenance platform 1 is provided with an upstream track 21 and a downstream track 22 corresponding to the positions of the upstream leg 10 and the downstream leg 11 of the long-span bidirectional gantry crane 2, respectively.
