An improved ramie decorticating device comprises a frame (1), a ramie clamping and conveying device (2) and a ramie decorticating mechanism (3) which are arranged on the frame (1), wherein the ramie clamping and conveying device (2) comprises a clamping conveying chain which is matched with each other from the upper side and the lower side to clamp and convey ramie, chain wheels (6) are meshed on the clamping conveying chain, the ramie decorticating mechanism (3) comprises a ramie decorticating roller (7) and a ramie decorticating concave plate (8) arranged on the lower side of the ramie decorticating roller (7), gaps of the ramie decorticating concave plate (8) are arranged below the ramie decorticating roller (7), a ramie decorticating plate (9) is circumferentially distributed on the ramie decorticating roller (7), the frame (1) is arranged above the ramie decorticating concave plate (8) and is provided with a cantilever supporting frame (10), the ramie decorticating roller (7) is arranged on the cantilever supporting frame (10) to form a channel (11) for the ramie to enter the ramie decorticating mechanism (3) without obstacles, an elastic pressing block (13) is arranged on the clamping conveying chain on one side of the rack (1), a concave clamping plate (14) capable of being meshed with the elastic pressing block (13) is arranged on the clamping conveying chain on the other side, the head end and the tail end of the adjacent elastic pressing block (13) and the head end and the tail end of the adjacent concave clamping plate (14) are meshed in a seamless mode in the conveying direction of ramie, the elastic pressing block (13) is arranged on a chain link (19) of the clamping conveying chain, a convex block (15) is arranged at one end of the elastic pressing block (13), a groove (16) is arranged at the other end of the elastic pressing block (13), the groove (16) of the adjacent elastic pressing block (13) is meshed with the convex block (15), therefore, a gap between the adjacent elastic pressing blocks (13) is compensated through the convex block (15) to form a structure similar to a seamless conveying belt, the concave clamping plate (14) comprises a bottom plate (17) and vertical plates (18) arranged on two sides of the bottom plate (17), the vertical plates (18) of the adjacent concave clamping plates (14) are arranged in a staggered mode to form a conveying groove structure, and gaps between the adjacent vertical plates (18) are made up in a staggered mode.

The improved ramie decorticating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower side of the concave decorticating plate (8) is provided with a hydraulic/pneumatic support cylinder (12) which can adjust the gap between the concave decorticating plate (9) and the concave decorticating plate (8), the hydraulic/pneumatic support cylinder (12) is mounted on the frame (1) and the piston rod of the hydraulic/pneumatic support cylinder is connected with the concave decorticating plate (8), and the hydraulic/pneumatic support cylinder (12) is connected with a support pressure regulating valve.

The improved ramie decorticating device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping conveyor chain comprises an upper clamping conveyor chain (4) and a lower clamping conveyor chain (5), the elastic pressing block (13) is mounted on a chain link (19) of the upper clamping conveyor chain (4), and the concave clamping plate (14) is mounted on a chain link (19) of the lower clamping conveyor chain (5).

The improved ramie decorticating device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic pressing block (13) is a rubber pressing block, the concave clamping plate (14) is a hard metal clamping plate, the end of the elastic pressing block (13) engaged with the concave clamping plate (14) adopts a circular arc transition, and the upper end of the upper vertical plate (18) of the concave clamping plate (14) is outwards bent in a circular arc shape.

The improved ramie decorticating device of any one of claims 1-2, further comprising an upper hold-down mechanism (20) and a lower hold-down mechanism (21), wherein the upper hold-down mechanism (20) comprises a hold-down hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder (22), a U-shaped frame (23) and a tension roller (24), the piston rod of the hold-down hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder (22) is connected to the U-shaped frame (23), the tension roller (24) is mounted on the U-shaped frame (23) and abuts against the holding conveyor chain on one side of the frame (1), the lower hold-down mechanism (21) comprises a support plate (25) which can be adjusted up and down, the support plate (25) abuts against the holding conveyor chain on the other side of the frame (1), and a hold-down pressure regulating valve (22) is connected to the hold-down hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder.

An improved ramie decorticating device according to claim 5, characterized in that the support plate (25) is provided with link guide grooves (27) for guiding the links (26) of the holding conveyor chain, and the tensioning roller (24) is provided with link guide collars (28) which can be snapped between the oppositely disposed links (26).

An improved ramie decorticating device according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that the two ends of the chain wheel (6) are pivotally connected to a chain wheel support (29), one end of the chain wheel support (29) is provided with a chain tensioning mechanism, the chain wheel support (29) is slidably connected to the frame (1), the chain tensioning mechanism comprises a chain tensioning hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder (37) mounted on the frame (1), and the piston rod of the chain tensioning hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder (37) is connected to the chain wheel support (29).

The improved ramie decorticating device according to claim 1, wherein two sides of the clamping and conveying chain are provided with arc-shaped covers (30), and two sides of the vertical plate (18) are fixedly connected with wing plates (31) extending into the arc-shaped covers (30); and one chain wheel (6) of the clamping conveying chains on the upper side and the lower side of the rack (1) is connected with a chain wheel driving motor (32), and the clamping conveying chains on the upper side and the lower side of the rack (1) are in friction transmission in the meshing process of the elastic pressing block (13) and the concave clamping plate (14).
