A thermosetting and UV curing composite adhesive comprises the following formula: 20-40 parts of modified acrylate, 20-40 parts of terminal NCO polyurethane acrylate, 20-30 parts of acrylate monomer, 4-6 parts of photoinitiator, 0.2-1 part of photosensitizer, 4-6 parts of auxiliary agent and 20-50 parts of terminal OH acrylate or terminal OH acrylate oligomer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding modified acrylate, OH-terminated acrylate or OH-terminated acrylate oligomer, acrylate monomer, photoinitiator, photosensitizer and auxiliary agent in a reaction kettle in parts by weight, and stirring uniformly at room temperature; (2) and (3) sealing at low temperature and storing in dark place, adding NCO polyurethane acrylate at the end when in use, and stirring uniformly to obtain the thermal curing type and UV curing composite adhesive.
