Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-based single-component high-transparency full-matte finish paint, which comprises the following steps: cleaning a dispersion cylinder and a shaft disc, accurately weighing emulsion type acrylic copolymer, pouring the emulsion type acrylic copolymer into a production cylinder, and keeping the rotation speed at 500r/min for 5 min; and (2) sequentially and slowly adding the defoaming agent, the film-forming assistant, the cosolvent and the base material wetting dispersant into deionized water at the rotating speed of 700-800 rpm, uniformly stirring, wherein the dispersing time is 10-20 min, and the scraper plate has the detection fineness of less than 45um and no shrinkage cavity. The water-based single-component transparent matte finish paint prepared by adopting the unique flatting agent has very good transparent effect: compared with the prior water-based woodware low-gloss matte transparent finish paint, the paint film has no obvious whitening and covering; the fullness is high, and the hand feeling scratch resistance of the paint film is better than that of the conventional matte paint.

Background
The existing water-based woodware matte finish paint in the furniture market basically adopts various silicon dioxide matting powders or high-viscosity matting emulsions to prepare the matte finish paint, and the problems of poor transparency, haziness, covering of wood grains, unobvious display and the like are caused often because the matting powders and the emulsions have poor compatibility, so that the decoration effect is seriously influenced, and the requirements of customers cannot be met.

The water-based transparent seal primer coating capable of preventing solid wood from cracking and the preparation and construction processes thereof in the patents have the following defects: the paint produced by the construction process has low transparency, and can turn yellow and have short service life after being used for a long time.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a preparation method of a water-based single-component high-transparency full-matte finish paint.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

A preparation method of a water-based single-component high-transparency full-matte finish paint comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 60-80% of emulsion type acrylic copolymer, 2-5% of deionized water, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent, 3-6% of film-forming additive, 0.5-1% of cosolvent, 0.2-0.5% of substrate wetting agent, 0.2-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2% of preservative, 0.3-0.5% of hand feeling agent, 6.0-8.0% of flatting agent, 0.5-1% of anti-yellowing additive and 2-5% of matte powder; 0.5 to 2 percent of anti-settling agent.
The aqueous dispersion of the emulsion type acrylic copolymer is an acrylic emulsion with the glass transition temperature Tg of 38-52 ℃, the minimum film-forming temperature MFT of about 35 ℃ and the solid content of 42 +/-1%.
The defoaming agent is a water-based organic silicon defoaming agent.
The film-forming assistant is at least one of dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether.
The cosolvent is propylene glycol or ethylene glycol.
The base material wetting agent is a silicone.
The thickening agent is an associative polyurethane thickening agent which does not contain alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether APEO and tin compounds.
The preservative is a non-oxidative bactericidal preservative free of formaldehyde and VOC.
The process of the water-based single-component matte finish paint comprises the following steps:

A preparation method of a water-based single-component high-transparency full-matte finish paint comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 75% of emulsion type acrylic copolymer, 4% of deionized water, 0.2% of defoaming agent, 5% of film-forming aid, 1% of cosolvent, 0.4% of substrate wetting agent, 0.4% of thickening agent, 0.2% of preservative, 0.4% of hand feeling agent, 7.0% of flatting agent, 1% of anti-yellowing aid and 4% of matte powder; the anti-settling agent is 1.4 percent.

the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s01: cleaning a dispersion cylinder and a shaft disc, accurately weighing emulsion type acrylic copolymer, pouring the emulsion type acrylic copolymer into a production cylinder, and keeping the rotation speed at 500r/min for 5 min;

4. The preparation method of the waterborne one-component high-transparency full-matte finishing paint according to claim 1, wherein the film-forming assistant is at least one of dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether.
5. The preparation method of the water-based single-component high-transparency full-matte finish paint according to claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is propylene glycol or ethylene glycol.
6. The preparation method of the water-based single-component high-transparency full-matte finishing paint according to claim 1, wherein the base material wetting agent is an organic silicon.
7. The preparation method of the aqueous one-component high-transparency full-matte finish paint according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is an associative polyurethane thickener without alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) and tin compounds.
