Abstract

本发明提供了一种便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜,属于医疗器械。本发明是在现有喉镜的基础上在喉镜柄及喉镜片上设有供氧管,喉镜柄上的供氧管与喉镜片上的供氧管卡接,并在喉镜柄供氧管上设有手控氧气阻断阀,之所以将阀体设在手柄上是为了便于操作。本发明的优点是使用时无场合限制要求,比如对电源的需要,能够达到及时抢救病人。由于体积小、操作方便,并便于野外抢救,成本低便于制造。

Description

便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜
本发明便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜,属于医疗器械。
喉镜是用于全麻诱导和现场心肺复苏进行气管插管时显露声门的工具。目前现场心肺复苏开放气道主要通过以下方法来实施完成的:
1口对口人工呼吸:优点是迅速,但耗费体力,效果不够确实,易造成疾病的传染2食管堵塞式通气管:食管堵塞式通气管使用方便,易于普及。并发症有误入气管致窒息和胃膨胀。套囊未放松前拔管可引起食管撕裂伤,在呼吸道反射尚未恢复的病人拔管后可能发生胃内容物返流,对此类病人拔管前应先做气管插管。本法最大的缺点是面罩不易与面部紧密吻合,发生通气不足和高二氧化碳血症。
3气管插管:气管插管后使气道得到控制,不致发生误吸和胃膨胀。可进行间歇正压人工通气,也可直接进行气管内吸引,气管插管无疑是心肺复苏时保持气道通畅的可靠方法。由于气管插管有一定的技术难度和需要一定时间(最好不超过15~20秒),同时又易受如体胖、颈短或喉结过高的影响,有时喉头虽已显露,但无法看清声门,造成气管插管困难,若此间无通气期时间延长,势必加重组织缺氧,使病情进一步恶化而发生意外。为了降低死亡率和提高抢救的成功率,本发明人在专利号:88203809.5公开了一种多功能喉镜,该专利对现有喉镜作了改进,增加了储药罐和供氧管,目的是赋予喉镜在气管插管时既能通气供氧又能向声门雾化麻醉,但在使用中该喉镜的缺陷是在现场心肺复苏进行气管插管过程中,不能产生脉冲,进行喷射通气供氧,如需要则必须增加一种开放式喷射呼吸机的专用设备配套使用,其原理是利用呼吸机电磁阀的一开一闭,使气流被阻断后产生脉冲,然后通过喉镜片上的供氧管在显露声门过程中进行声门前喷射通气供氧,从而使胸廓起伏达到气体交换的目的。开放式喷射呼吸机在现场抢救过程中需要蓄能电池,具有体积大、笨重、制作成本高,不便于携带等缺点,这样无形当中限制了喉镜在现场抢救过程中的灵活机动性。虽然在开放式喷射呼吸机上为防止电磁阀失灵,增设了手控氧气阻断阀装置,但手控氧气阻断阀须有一名助手来配合进行操作,在插管过程中使用不便。
本发明的目的是根据上述现有技术不足,特提出了一种便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜。本发明实现由以下方式完成:
本发明包括喉镜柄、喉镜片、喉镜片装于喉镜柄下,喉镜柄由喉镜柄外壳、供氧管和电池筒构成,本发明技术方案实现是由喉镜柄、喉镜片;喉镜片装于喉镜柄下,喉镜片上装有观察灯和供氧管,其特征在于喉镜柄上设置有供氧管,并于喉镜片上的供氧管卡接联通,在供氧管上设有手控氧气阻断阀。在氧气管上设置的手控氧气阻断阀是安装在供氧管上,在供氧管上的手控氧气阻断阀是指手动二位二通阀,喷气口的直径0.6~2mm,最佳为1.63mm,喷气口距离喉镜片顶端1~2.5cm。

以下结合附图通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
传统喉镜是由喉镜柄、喉镜片、电池、电极、导线、灯泡组成。本发明的喉镜由喉镜柄外壳3和装在喉镜柄外壳3内的供氧管15和电池筒4组成喉镜柄。喉镜片7装于喉镜柄下,卡在喉镜柄底座6下,喉镜片7装有观察灯10和供氧管8喉镜片7尾部有一凹槽,凹槽17内垫有密封圈(18)于供氧管15底端氧气出口卡接联通,供氧管8的喷气口9开口于喉镜片前端1-2.5cm,喷气口的直径0.6~2mm,氧气开关钮2与阀体传动杆11相连,阀体传动杆11绕过电池筒4控制氧气阀阀芯12,氧气控制阀阀体14装在供氧管15上,氧气控制阀阀芯12尾部装有复位弹簧13,在供氧管15尾部开有螺纹,由螺母16锁紧,喉镜柄外壳3装在上卡盖1和下卡盖5之间,上卡盖1和下卡盖5之间有螺杆19锁紧固定。鉴于喉镜片根据年龄大小需要更换不同型号的镜片,所以供氧管15与供氧管8卡接联通,达到互换的目的。
手控氧气阻断阀按理论可以安装在供氧管的任何部位,但从实用的角度考虑最好安装在手柄上,这样便于操作。
本发明所述的喉镜需与可调压式小氧气瓶配合使用,便于随身携带,同时还可将附件:简易呼吸器、手动吸引器、气管导管、牙垫等一并携带。在抢救患者时首先打开氧源调整压力,成人0.12~2MPa,儿童0.08~0.1MPa,新生儿0.04~0.06MPa。然后左手持喉镜,将喉镜柄与喉镜片之间连接成90度,此时电源气源接通,在修正头位下,用右手拇、食、中三指提下颌并启口,同时拔开下唇。将喉镜沿口角左侧置入口腔,将舌推向左,使喉镜片移至正中位,此时可见到悬雍垂(为显露声门的第一标志),慢慢推进喉镜使其顶端抵达舌根,稍上提喉镜,可看到会厌边缘(为显露声门的第二标志)此时用左手食指按动本发明喉镜柄上的按钮使氧气气流产生脉冲,即可边显露声门边进行声门前喷射通气供氧,即使遇到体胖、颈短喉结过高的病人有时喉头虽已显露,但无法看清声门,此时气流也可顺声门方向进入体内进行气体交换。本喉镜消除了气管插管过程中的无通气期,提高了气管插管的安全可靠性和抢救的成功率。在操作过程中具有迅速开放气道,恢复通气供氧的功能,手控频率可选择在12~35次/分。在抢救过程中一旦发生食物返流,即可在明视下一边吸引,一边通气供氧,供氧和吸引可交替进行。尤其对抢救新生儿的窒息,本发明更显出优于其它喉镜的功能。

Claims (4)

1、一种便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜,包括喉镜柄、喉镜片、喉镜片装于喉镜柄下,喉镜片上装有观察灯和供氧管;其特征在于喉镜柄上设置有供氧管,与喉镜片上的供氧管卡接,并在供氧管上设有手控氧气阻断阀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜,其特征在于供氧管上设置的手控氧气阻断阀是安装在手柄上的供氧管道上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜,其特征是安装在供氧管上的手控氧气阻断阀是指手动二位二通阀。
4、根据权利要求1所述的便携式手控喷射通气供氧喉镜,其特征在于供氧管的直径为0.6~2mm,喷气口距离喉镜片顶端1~2.5cm。
