As shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure the synchronous lifting and lowering of the chains 32 at the two ends of the carrying cart 4, the chain wheels 31 at the upper ends of the two tracks 21 can be connected by a synchronizing shaft 34, and the synchronizing shaft 34 is connected with the chain wheels 31 through keys.
As shown in fig. 3, an openable and closable protective door 62 is provided on a side surface of the protective guard 6 near the inner side to facilitate the opening of the worker for carrying the material on the carrying cart 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the limiting mechanism 5 includes a support member 51, a rotating lever 52, and a positioning pin 53, the support member 51 is fixedly connected to the guard rail 6, the rotating lever 52 is rotatably connected to the support member 51 by a horizontal shaft, and the positioning pin 53 passes through the guard rail 6 and the rotating lever 52. For this, as shown in fig. 4, a latch plate 61 may be fixedly provided on the guard rail 6; the rotating rod 52 comprises a first rod 521, a second rod 522 and a third rod 523 which are sequentially connected and combined in a Z shape, the first rod 521, the second rod 522 and the third rod 523 are arranged horizontally, the first rod 521 is hinged to the supporting piece 51, the second rod 522 is parallel to and attached to the latch plate 61, the positioning pin 53 penetrates through the second rod 522 and the latch plate 61, the connecting rope 54 is arranged at one end, close to the protective door 62, of the positioning pin 53, and the other end of the connecting rope 54 is fixedly connected with the protective door 62. When a worker opens the guard door 62, the guard door 62 is rotated inward to be opened, the guard door 62 drives the connecting rope 54 to pull the positioning pin 53 out of the latch plate 61 and the second rod 522, so that the rotating rod 52 can rotate freely relative to the guard rail 6, and the worker is prevented from forgetting to pull out the positioning pin 53.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a positioning pin 53 on the floor passes through the second rod 522 and the bolt plate 61 on the target floor, then the motor 1 is started, the motor 1 drives the chain wheel 31 to rotate, so that the chain 32 is driven to move, and the carrying trolley 4 is driven to ascend; when the carrying trolley 4 abuts against the first rod 521 for limiting, the motor 1 stops running, the worker opens the protective door 62, the protective door 62 drives the connecting rope 54 to pull the positioning pin 53 out of the latch plate 61 and the second rod 522, and the rotating rod 52 can freely rotate relative to the protective guard 6.
