Abstract

Preferably, the rotary bearing seat is a rotary bearing, a slewing bearing or a turntable bearing; the inner disc is connected with the lifter, and the outer disc is connected with the center of the flange structure of the lower frame plate.

The rotary bearing seat 7 is arranged as a rotary bearing, a slewing bearing or a turntable bearing; the inner disc is connected with the lifter 2, and the outer disc is connected with the center of the flange structure 8 of the lower frame plate 10.
The included angle between the conical surface of the flange structure 8 and the vertical line is set to be 10-15 degrees; while the height of the flange structure 8 is set to 8-12cm.
The wire winding rod 5 is arranged into a PVC plastic rod structure; the three wire collecting rods 5 are arranged, and the three wire collecting rods 5 are uniformly spaced and positioned on the same circumference of the upper frame plate 4; and the convex rod 11 and the wire unloading rod 12 are correspondingly provided with three groups.
The lower end face of the upper frame plate 2 is also provided with a rod groove 13, and the wire unloading rod 12 is placed in the rod groove 13 after being moved upwards; the lower end part of the wire winding rod 5 is also provided with an inclined surface 9 corresponding to the conical surface of the flange structure 8; the inclined surface 9 is inclined at the same angle as the tapered surface.
The device can conveniently fulfill the aim of unloading the cable after the cable is wound up through the outward-expansion type winding rod; when in use, the flange structure is integrally inserted into the wire-collecting contour to integrally expand the lower end of the wire-collecting rod; the flange structure of the lower frame plate is connected with the lifter through the rotary bearing seat, and the lifter only takes charge of the up-and-down movement of the lower frame plate and the wire unloading rod, but does not prevent the rotation of the lower frame plate; under the limit of the rod groove and the limit of the two layers of the conical surface of the wire unloading rod, the wire collecting motor can drive the upper frame plate, the wire collecting hub, the lower frame plate and the wire unloading rod to rotate to complete wire collection after the wire collecting motor is started; when the wire winding is completed and the cable is wound on the wire winding hub, the lower frame plate is only required to move downwards through the lifter, the flange structure is withdrawn from the wire winding hub, the wire winding rod is retracted, the lower end of the wire winding hub is restored to the normal outer diameter size from the outer expansion, and the coil wound on the wire winding hub is very easy to be detached from the hub at the moment, so that the problem that the coil is difficult to detach due to the influence of friction force on the wire winding hub is solved.
