Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric for sports shoes, which comprises a mesh fabric base layer, wherein a mesh fabric middle layer is arranged at the bottom end of the mesh fabric base layer, a mesh fabric inner layer is connected at the bottom end of the mesh fabric middle layer, outer mesh holes are uniformly formed in the top end of the mesh fabric base layer, and a polyamide fiber fabric is adhered to the top end of the mesh fabric base layer. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric for sports shoes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sports shoes are designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of people participating in sports or traveling, the soles of the sports shoes are different from common leather shoes and rubber shoes, the soles of the sports shoes are soft and rich in elasticity, a certain buffering effect can be achieved, the elasticity can be enhanced during sports, and ankle injuries can be prevented in some cases. Therefore, sports shoes are mostly worn during sports, in order to achieve the effect of light ventilation, large-area mesh cloth is adopted for running shoes and tennis shoes, mesh cloth products are also used for the shoe tongue part of the basketball shoes, and little mesh cloth is used for other parts;
when current sports shoes screen cloth uses on the existing market, the gas permeability is generally all better when sports shoes use, however when containing rainwater or the subaerial motion that carries on of drop of water, external moisture sees through in the screen cloth gets into sports shoes easily, leads to sports shoes to wet, influences user's use.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems that the sports shoes provided by the background technology are generally good in air permeability when in use, but when in sports on the ground containing rainwater or water drops, external moisture easily enters the sports shoes through the mesh cloth, so that the sports shoes are affected with damp and the use of users is affected.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric for sports shoes comprises a mesh fabric base layer, wherein a mesh fabric middle layer is arranged at the bottom end of the mesh fabric base layer, a mesh fabric inner layer is connected to the bottom end of the mesh fabric middle layer, outer mesh holes are uniformly formed in the top end of the mesh fabric base layer, and a polyamide fiber fabric is adhered to the top end of the mesh fabric base layer;
the net cloth middle layer is composed of nylon fiber net cloth, a PTFE film, polyester fiber fabrics and inner net holes, the nylon fiber net cloth is adhered to the bottom end of the net cloth base layer, the PTFE film is adhered to the bottom end of the nylon fiber net cloth, the polyester fiber fabrics are adhered to the bottom end of the PTFE film, and the inner net holes are formed in the top ends of the nylon fiber net cloth and the polyester fiber fabrics at equal intervals.
Preferably, the positions of the inner meshes at the top end of the nylon fiber mesh cloth and the positions of the inner meshes at the top end of the polyester fiber fabric are in one-to-one correspondence, and the thickness of the PTFE film is 0.5 mm.
Preferably, the inner layer of the mesh fabric consists of an antibacterial layer, a deodorant viscose and a sweat-absorbing deodorant layer, the antibacterial layer is adhered to the bottom end of the middle layer of the mesh fabric, the deodorant viscose is coated on the bottom end of the antibacterial layer, and the bottom end of the antibacterial layer is connected with the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer through the deodorant viscose;
the antibacterial layer is composed of a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, antibacterial microcapsules and an antibacterial cotton layer, the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net is adhered to the bottom end of the middle layer of the mesh cloth, the antibacterial microcapsules are uniformly dispersed in the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and the antibacterial cotton layer is adhered to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net.
Preferably, the sweat absorbing and deodorizing layer consists of a polyurethane fiber layer, a sweat absorbing cotton layer, a skin-friendly cotton layer and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns;
the bottom end of the antibacterial layer is adhered with a polyurethane fiber layer, the bottom end of the polyurethane fiber layer is adhered with a sweat absorbing cotton layer, the bottom end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer is adhered with a skin-friendly cotton layer, and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns are uniformly embedded and installed in the polyurethane fiber layer, the sweat absorbing cotton layer and the skin-friendly cotton layer.
Preferably, the diameter of the bamboo charcoal fiber yarn is 0.25mm, and the polyurethane fiber layer and the sweat absorbing cotton layer are adhered to each other through viscose glue, and the sweat absorbing cotton layer and the skin-friendly cotton layer are adhered to each other through viscose glue.
A method for preparing an antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric for sports shoes comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a base layer: selecting nylon fibers and a modifier for melting and mixing, and injecting the mixture into a molding machine for molding to obtain a mesh fabric base layer;
s2, melt preparation: selecting polyamide fibers, nylon fibers and polyester fibers, respectively heating and melting the polyamide fibers, the nylon fibers and the polyester fibers, and injecting the polyamide fibers, the nylon fibers and the polyester fibers into a molding machine for molding to obtain a polyamide fiber fabric, a nylon fiber mesh fabric and a polyester fiber fabric;
s3, preparing a mesh cloth middle layer: selecting a PTFE membrane, a nylon fiber mesh and a polyester fiber fabric, bonding the nylon fiber mesh to the top end of the PTFE membrane, and bonding the polyester fiber fabric to the bottom end of the PTFE membrane to obtain a mesh fabric middle layer;
s4, preparing a cotton layer: soaking selected cotton fibers into the honeysuckle extract solution, drying, adding into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, fully mixing the selected cotton fibers and spandex, adding into the weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a sweat-absorbing cotton layer, adding the selected cotton fibers into the weaving machine, carrying out sanding treatment after warp knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer;
s5, preparation of an antibacterial layer: selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and fully mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers with antibacterial microcapsules, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, respectively adding the polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer;
s6, preparing a sweat absorbing and deodorizing layer: selecting a prepared polyurethane fiber layer, a sweat absorbing cotton layer, a skin-friendly cotton layer and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns, adhering the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns to the surface of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, adhering the polyurethane fiber layer to the top end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, and adhering the skin-friendly cotton layer to the bottom end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer to obtain a sweat absorbing deodorant layer;
s7, preparing an inner layer of the mesh cloth: coating a deodorant viscose on the bottom end of the prepared sweat-absorbing deodorant layer, and adhering a skin-friendly cotton layer on the bottom end of the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer to obtain a mesh fabric inner layer;
s8, coating and bonding: coating viscose on the surface of a mesh base layer, adhering a polyamide fiber fabric on the top end of the mesh base layer, adhering a mesh middle layer on the bottom end of the mesh base layer, adhering a mesh inner layer on the bottom end of the mesh middle layer, and drying in a dryer to obtain the sports shoe mesh.
According to the technical characteristics, in the step S1, the nylon fiber and the modifier are selected to be melted and mixed, and then the mixture is injected into a molding machine for molding, so as to obtain the mesh substrate, wherein the modifier is specifically one of AM-80 rigid nylon flow modifier or CST-60 nylon flow modifier, and the melting temperature of the nylon fiber and the modifier is 100-220 ℃.
According to the technical characteristics, in the step S2, polyamide fiber, nylon fiber and polyester fiber are selected, heated and melted respectively, and then injected into a molding machine for molding, so as to obtain polyamide fiber fabric, nylon fiber mesh fabric and polyester fiber fabric, wherein the heating and melting temperature of the polyamide fiber is 220-.
According to the technical characteristics, in the step S4, selecting cotton fibers to be immersed in the honeysuckle extract solution, drying and then adding the selected cotton fibers into a knitting machine, performing warp knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, selecting cotton fibers to be fully mixed with spandex and then adding the mixture into the knitting machine, performing warp knitting to obtain a sweat-absorbing cotton layer, selecting cotton fibers to be added into the knitting machine, performing sanding treatment after knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer, wherein the ratio of the cotton fibers to the spandex is 100: 4-100:2.
According to the technical characteristics, in the step S5, selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and fully mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers with the antibacterial microcapsules, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, respectively adding the polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers into a knitting machine, knitting to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer, wherein the ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers to the antibacterial microcapsules is 100:20-100: 8.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has scientific and reasonable structure and safe and convenient use:
1. through polyamide fiber surface fabric, nylon fiber screen cloth, PTFE membrane, polyester fiber surface fabric and the internal mesh who sets up, can increase the wear resistance of screen cloth basic unit to promote the gas permeability of screen cloth, can also carry out partial separation to external moisture when ventilative, reduce the invasion of external moisture.
2. Through the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, the antibacterial microcapsule and the antibacterial cotton layer that set up, can reduce the bacterial growing on sports shoes screen cloth surface, reduce because of bacterial growing, influence and harm that cause user's step.
3. Through the polyurethane fiber layer, the sweat absorbing cotton layer, the skin-friendly cotton layer and the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns, sweat contacting with the sports shoe mesh cloth during use can be better absorbed, peculiar smell generated during contact with the sports shoe mesh cloth can be absorbed, sweat accumulation and residual peculiar smell are reduced, and comfort of the sports shoe mesh cloth during use is improved;
4. selecting the cotton fiber and cotton fiber in the ratio of 100: 3, the softness and the sweat absorbing capacity of the sweat absorbing cotton layer can be improved by weaving the spandex after being fully mixed, and the spandex and the antibacterial microcapsules are mixed by 100:15, selecting cotton fibers to be immersed in the honeysuckle extract solution, warp knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, preparing to obtain the antibacterial layer, and improving the antibacterial performance of the prepared mesh cloth, wherein the ratio of the selected cotton fibers to the selected cotton fibers is 100: 3, the sweat-absorbing cotton layer obtained by mixing and warp knitting the spandex can improve the sweat-absorbing and deodorizing performance of the prepared mesh fabric by adhering the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns on the surface of the sweat-absorbing cotton layer.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.

The inner layer 3 of the mesh fabric consists of an antibacterial layer 10, a deodorant viscose 11 and a sweat-absorbing deodorant layer 12, the antibacterial layer 10 is adhered to the bottom end of the middle layer 2 of the mesh fabric, the deodorant viscose 11 is coated on the bottom end of the antibacterial layer 10, and the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer 12 is connected to the bottom end of the antibacterial layer 10 through the deodorant viscose 11;
the antibacterial layer 10 is composed of a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net 13, antibacterial microcapsules 14 and an antibacterial cotton layer 15, the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net 13 is adhered to the bottom end of the middle layer 2 of the mesh cloth, the antibacterial microcapsules 14 are uniformly dispersed in the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net 13, and the antibacterial cotton layer 15 is adhered to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net 13.
The sweat absorbing and deodorizing layer 12 consists of a polyurethane fiber layer 16, a sweat absorbing cotton layer 17, a skin-friendly cotton layer 18 and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns 19;
the bottom of the antibacterial layer 10 is adhered with a polyurethane fiber layer 16, the bottom of the polyurethane fiber layer 16 is adhered with a sweat absorbing cotton layer 17, the bottom of the sweat absorbing cotton layer 17 is adhered with a skin-friendly cotton layer 18, bamboo charcoal fiber filaments 19 are uniformly embedded and installed inside the polyurethane fiber layer 16, the sweat absorbing cotton layer 17 and the skin-friendly cotton layer 18, the diameter of each bamboo charcoal fiber filament 19 is 0.25mm, and the polyurethane fiber layer 16 and the sweat absorbing cotton layer 17 are adhered with each other and the sweat absorbing cotton layer 17 and the skin-friendly cotton layer 18 are adhered with each other through viscose glue, so that the polyurethane fiber layer 16 and the sweat absorbing cotton layer 17 and the skin-friendly cotton layer 18 are stably adhered with each other.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 7, the invention provides a technical scheme, and a method for preparing an antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric for sports shoes comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a base layer: selecting nylon fibers and a modifier for melting and mixing, and injecting the mixture into a molding machine for molding to obtain a mesh fabric base layer;
s2, melt preparation: selecting polyamide fibers, nylon fibers and polyester fibers, respectively heating and melting the polyamide fibers, the nylon fibers and the polyester fibers, and injecting the polyamide fibers, the nylon fibers and the polyester fibers into a molding machine for molding to obtain a polyamide fiber fabric, a nylon fiber mesh fabric and a polyester fiber fabric;
s3, preparing a mesh cloth middle layer: selecting a PTFE membrane, a nylon fiber mesh and a polyester fiber fabric, bonding the nylon fiber mesh to the top end of the PTFE membrane, and bonding the polyester fiber fabric to the bottom end of the PTFE membrane to obtain a mesh fabric middle layer;
s4, preparing a cotton layer: soaking selected cotton fibers into the honeysuckle extract solution, drying, adding into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, fully mixing the selected cotton fibers and spandex, adding into the weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a sweat-absorbing cotton layer, adding the selected cotton fibers into the weaving machine, carrying out sanding treatment after warp knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer;
s5, preparation of an antibacterial layer: selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and fully mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers with antibacterial microcapsules, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, respectively adding the polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer;
s6, preparing a sweat absorbing and deodorizing layer: selecting a prepared polyurethane fiber layer, a sweat absorbing cotton layer, a skin-friendly cotton layer and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns, adhering the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns to the surface of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, adhering the polyurethane fiber layer to the top end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, and adhering the skin-friendly cotton layer to the bottom end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer to obtain a sweat absorbing deodorant layer;
s7, preparing an inner layer of the mesh cloth: coating a deodorant viscose on the bottom end of the prepared sweat-absorbing deodorant layer, and adhering a skin-friendly cotton layer on the bottom end of the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer to obtain a mesh fabric inner layer;
s8, coating and bonding: coating viscose on the surface of a mesh base layer, adhering a polyamide fiber fabric on the top end of the mesh base layer, adhering a mesh middle layer on the bottom end of the mesh base layer, adhering a mesh inner layer on the bottom end of the mesh middle layer, and drying in a dryer to obtain the sports shoe mesh.
In step S1, selecting nylon fibers and a modifier to melt and mix, injecting the mixture into a molding machine to mold to obtain the mesh base layer, wherein the modifier is specifically AM-80 rigid nylon flow modifier, and the melting temperature of the nylon fibers and the modifier is 200 ℃.
In step S2, polyamide fibers, nylon fibers and polyester fibers are selected, heated and melted respectively, and then injected into a molding machine for molding, so as to obtain a polyamide fiber fabric, a nylon fiber mesh fabric and a polyester fiber fabric, wherein the heating and melting temperature of the polyamide fibers is 230 ℃, and the heating and melting temperature of the polyester fibers is 250 ℃.
In step S4, selecting cotton fibers to be immersed in the honeysuckle extract solution, drying and then adding into a knitting machine, knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, selecting cotton fibers to be fully mixed with spandex and then adding into the knitting machine, knitting to obtain a sweat-absorbing cotton layer, selecting cotton fibers to be added into the knitting machine, and performing sanding treatment after knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer, wherein the ratio of the cotton fibers to the spandex is 100: 3.
in the step S5, selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and fully mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers with the antibacterial microcapsules, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, respectively adding the polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers into a knitting machine, performing warp knitting to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer, wherein the ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers to the antibacterial microcapsules is 100: 15.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 7, the invention provides a technical scheme, and a method for preparing an antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric for sports shoes comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a base layer: selecting nylon fibers and a modifier for melting and mixing, and injecting the mixture into a molding machine for molding to obtain a mesh fabric base layer;
s2, melt preparation: selecting polyamide fibers, nylon fibers and polyester fibers, respectively heating and melting the polyamide fibers, the nylon fibers and the polyester fibers, and injecting the polyamide fibers, the nylon fibers and the polyester fibers into a molding machine for molding to obtain a polyamide fiber fabric, a nylon fiber mesh fabric and a polyester fiber fabric;
s3, preparing a mesh cloth middle layer: selecting a PTFE membrane, a nylon fiber mesh and a polyester fiber fabric, bonding the nylon fiber mesh to the top end of the PTFE membrane, and bonding the polyester fiber fabric to the bottom end of the PTFE membrane to obtain a mesh fabric middle layer;
s4, preparing a cotton layer: soaking selected cotton fibers into the honeysuckle extract solution, drying, adding into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, fully mixing the selected cotton fibers and spandex, adding into the weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a sweat-absorbing cotton layer, adding the selected cotton fibers into the weaving machine, carrying out sanding treatment after warp knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer;

s3, preparing a mesh cloth middle layer: selecting a PTFE membrane, a nylon fiber mesh and a polyester fiber fabric, bonding the nylon fiber mesh to the top end of the PTFE membrane, and bonding the polyester fiber fabric to the bottom end of the PTFE membrane to obtain a mesh fabric middle layer;
s4, preparing a cotton layer: soaking selected cotton fibers into the honeysuckle extract solution, drying, adding into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, fully mixing the selected cotton fibers and spandex, adding into the weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a sweat-absorbing cotton layer, adding the selected cotton fibers into the weaving machine, carrying out sanding treatment after warp knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer;
s5, preparation of an antibacterial layer: selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and fully mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers with antibacterial microcapsules, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, respectively adding the polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers into a weaving machine, carrying out warp knitting to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer;
s6, preparing a sweat absorbing and deodorizing layer: selecting a prepared polyurethane fiber layer, a sweat absorbing cotton layer, a skin-friendly cotton layer and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns, adhering the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns to the surface of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, adhering the polyurethane fiber layer to the top end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, and adhering the skin-friendly cotton layer to the bottom end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer to obtain a sweat absorbing deodorant layer;
s7, preparing an inner layer of the mesh cloth: coating a deodorant viscose on the bottom end of the prepared sweat-absorbing deodorant layer, and adhering a skin-friendly cotton layer on the bottom end of the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer to obtain a mesh fabric inner layer;
s8, coating and bonding: coating viscose on the surface of a mesh base layer, adhering a polyamide fiber fabric on the top end of the mesh base layer, adhering a mesh middle layer on the bottom end of the mesh base layer, adhering a mesh inner layer on the bottom end of the mesh middle layer, and drying in a dryer to obtain the sports shoe mesh.
In step S1, selecting nylon fibers and a modifier, melting and mixing, and injecting into a molding machine for molding to obtain a mesh substrate, wherein the modifier is specifically a CST-60 nylon flow modifier, and the melting temperature of the nylon fibers and the modifier is 220 ℃.

In the step S5, selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and fully mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers with the antibacterial microcapsules, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, respectively adding the polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers into a knitting machine, performing warp knitting to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer, wherein the ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers to the antibacterial microcapsules is 100: 8.
The results of testing the nonwoven fabrics of the invention made according to examples 2-4 are given in the following table:

According to the detection results in the table above, when the modifier is selected as an AM-80 rigid nylon flow modifier, the melting temperature of the nylon fiber and the modifier is 200 ℃, the heating and melting temperature of the polyamide fiber is 230 ℃, the heating and melting temperatures of the polyester fiber are 250 ℃, the ratio of the cotton fiber to the spandex is 100: 3, when the ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene fibers to the antibacterial microcapsules is 100:15, the prepared mesh cloth for the sports shoes has the best antibacterial performance, sweat absorption capacity and air permeability.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric of the sports shoe is used, the polyamide fiber fabric 5 attached to the top end of the mesh fabric base layer 1 can increase the wear resistance of the mesh fabric base layer 1, the nylon fiber mesh fabric 6, the PTFE film 7, the polyester fiber fabric 8 and the inner mesh holes 9 are arranged, the air permeability of the mesh fabric can be improved through the inner mesh holes 9 formed in the outer sides of the nylon fiber mesh fabric 6 and the polyester fiber fabric 8, and the external moisture can be partially blocked through the arranged PTFE film 7, so that the invasion of the external moisture is reduced;
the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net 13, the antibacterial microcapsules 14 and the antibacterial cotton layer 15 are arranged, so that the bacterial growth on the surface of the sports shoe net cloth can be reduced, and the influence and harm to the steps of a user due to the bacterial growth can be reduced;
through the polyurethane fiber layer 16, the sweat absorbing cotton layer 17, the skin-friendly cotton layer 18 and the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns 19, sweat contacting with the sports shoe mesh cloth during use can be well absorbed, peculiar smell generated when the sports shoe mesh cloth contacts with the sports shoe mesh cloth can be absorbed, sweat accumulation and residual peculiar smell are reduced, and comfort of the sports shoe mesh cloth during use is improved;
when the antibacterial and odor-resistant mesh fabric of the sports shoe is prepared, firstly, nylon fibers and a modifier are selected to be melted and mixed at the temperature of 200 ℃ and injected into a molding machine for molding to obtain a mesh fabric base layer, then, polyamide fibers are selected to be melted at the temperature of 230 ℃, nylon fibers are melted at the temperature of 200 ℃ and polyester fibers are melted at the temperature of 250 ℃, and the polyamide fibers, the nylon fiber mesh fabric and the polyester fiber fabric are respectively injected into the molding machine for molding to obtain a polyamide fiber fabric, a nylon fiber mesh fabric and a polyester fiber fabric;
selecting a PTFE film, a nylon fiber mesh cloth and a polyester fiber fabric, bonding the nylon fiber mesh cloth to the top end of the PTFE film, bonding the polyester fiber fabric to the bottom end of the PTFE film to obtain a mesh cloth middle layer, then selecting cotton fibers to be immersed in the honeysuckle extract solution, drying and then adding the cotton fibers into a weaving machine, and weaving to obtain an antibacterial cotton layer, wherein the ratio of the selected cotton fibers to the selected cotton fibers is 100: 3, adding the fully mixed spandex into a knitting machine, performing warp knitting to obtain a sweat absorbing cotton layer, selecting cotton fibers, adding the cotton fibers into the knitting machine, and performing sanding treatment after warp knitting to obtain a skin-friendly cotton layer;
selecting polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and antibacterial microcapsules to be fully mixed according to the ratio of 100:15, selecting polyurethane fibers and the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene fibers to be knitted to obtain a polyurethane fiber layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net, and adhering an antibacterial cotton layer to the bottom end of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber net to obtain an antibacterial layer;
selecting a prepared polyurethane fiber layer, a sweat absorbing cotton layer, a skin-friendly cotton layer and bamboo charcoal fiber yarns, adhering the bamboo charcoal fiber yarns to the surface of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, adhering the polyurethane fiber layer to the top end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer, and adhering the skin-friendly cotton layer to the bottom end of the sweat absorbing cotton layer to obtain a sweat absorbing deodorant layer;
coating the prepared bottom end of the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer with deodorant viscose, adhering a skin-friendly cotton layer to the bottom end of the sweat-absorbing deodorant layer to obtain a mesh fabric inner layer, finally coating the surface of a mesh fabric base layer with viscose, adhering a polyamide fiber fabric to the top end of the mesh fabric base layer, adhering a mesh fabric middle layer to the bottom end of the mesh fabric base layer, adhering the mesh fabric inner layer to the bottom end of the mesh fabric middle layer, and drying in a dryer to obtain the sports shoe mesh fabric.
