Abstract

The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described below by combining the embodiment and the attached drawings of the specification. Example 1

In the embodiment, the vertical support 10 and the horizontal support 11 are made of aluminum materials; the soundproof glass 20 and the door panel 21 are both PC strength plates.
When used, the ultrasonic grinding apparatus is first placed on the operation table 40, and then the sound insulating apparatus is housed outside the ultrasonic grinding apparatus. The door plate 21 is pulled downward, so that the sound insulation device forms a relatively closed space under the cooperation of the operation table 40, and the noise generated by the ultrasonic grinding device can be prevented from being diffused to the outside.
The balancing weight 305 is provided with a clamping groove, the sliding rail 300 comprises two protruding strips and a groove between the protruding strips, the clamping groove is clamped on one of the protruding strips, the balancing weight 305 is tightly attached to the other protruding strip, friction force can be increased, the door plate 21 is prevented from automatically moving downwards when needing to be positioned, and the positioning effect is improved.
The counterweight block 305 has a certain gravity, friction exists between the counterweight block 305 and the slide rail 300, friction also exists between the rope 302 and the pulley 300, and the three forces are mutually matched to share the weight of the door panel 21. The door plate 21 can be stopped at any position by an operator according to use requirements, the operation is simple, the use difficulty and the working strength are reduced, and the operation is convenient and fast.
When the counterweight 305 is positioned at the lower part of the slide rail 300, the door panel 21 moves upwards, and the door of the soundproof cover is opened; when the weight 305 is located at the upper portion of the slide rail 300, the door panel 21 moves down and the door of the soundproof cover is closed.
Example 2
In addition to embodiment 1, the door braking mechanism 30 may be a spring set having an upper end connected to the lateral bracket 11 and a lower end connected to the door panel 21, the spring set includes a plurality of springs disposed in parallel, and different springs are selected according to the moving distance of the door panel 21.

the door plate (21) is arranged at the front end of the sound-proof shield in a sliding mode, the sliding rail (300) is installed on the inner wall of the rear end of the sound-proof shield, the balancing weight (305) is arranged on the sliding rail (300) in a sliding mode, the first pulley (301) is arranged at the upper end of the sliding rail (300), and the first pulley (301) is located above the balancing weight (305); or the first pulley (301) is arranged on the inner wall of the sound insulation cover, and the first pulley (301) is positioned above the sliding rail (300);
the second pulley (303) is positioned on the door panel (21), one end of the rope (302) is connected to the counterweight block (305), the other end of the rope (302) is connected to the door panel (21), and the rope (302) passes through the first pulley (301) and the second pulley (303);
when the counterweight block (305) is positioned at the lower part of the slide rail (300), the door plate (21) moves upwards, and the door of the soundproof cover is opened; when the counterweight block (305) is positioned at the upper part of the slide rail (300), the door panel (21) moves downwards, and the door of the soundproof cover is closed.

An acoustic insulation device as set forth in claim 4 wherein: the soundproof cover comprises a support frame and soundproof glass (20) with edges clamped in the support frame; the sliding rail (300) is installed on the inner wall of the rear end of the support frame, and the door panel (21) is installed at the front end of the support frame in a sliding mode.
7. An acoustic insulation device as set forth in claim 6 wherein: the support frame comprises a vertical support (10) and a transverse support (11) connected with the vertical support (10), and is a quadrilateral body formed by the vertical support (10) and the transverse support (11);
clamping grooves are formed in the edge portions of the vertical support (10) and the transverse support (11), and the edge of the sound insulation glass (20) is located in the clamping grooves;
the sliding rail (300) is arranged on the inner wall of the vertical support (10) positioned at the rear end of the support frame.
8. An acoustic insulation device as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the vertical support (10) and the transverse support (11) are fixed together through a detachable connecting piece (12).
9. A sound insulating apparatus as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the connecting piece (12) is L-shaped.
10. An acoustic insulation device as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the vertical support (10) and the transverse support (11) are both made of aluminum materials; the sound insulation glass (20) and the door panel (21) are both PC endurance plates.
