The filter plate grouping and pulling-open mechanism 18 mainly comprises a pulling plate trolley 18, a connecting chain and the like, wherein the pulling plate trolley 18 is arranged on a trolley guide rail of the frame; the plate pulling mode is that four filter plates 12 are divided into one group, each group of filter plates 12 are connected by chains with equal length, the groups are connected by longer chains, and the length of the chains connected with the groups is adjusted to realize group pulling; the plate pulling process comprises the following steps: the pulling plate cloth washing tuning device 16 provided by the invention coordinates the synchronous operation of the mixed double vehicles under the control of a PLC control system; when the pulling plate trolley 18 starts to pull open a group of filter plates 12, the first plate 13 moves forwards, when the pulling plate pause limiter 5 senses a pause sensing point 9 on the first plate, the pulling plate trolley 18 is automatically controlled to stop pulling the plates, and at the moment, the group of filter plates 12 are completely pulled open and discharged and can meet the requirement of cleaning filter cloth; in the process that the filter cloth block-by-block cleaning mechanism cleans a group of filter plates 12 and continues to move backwards, when the pull plate restart limiter 7 senses a pull plate restart sensing point 11, the pull plate trolley 18 is automatically controlled to start to pull open the next group of filter plates 12; the filter plate group-by-group pulling mechanism 18 is more efficient than the filter plate block-by-block pulling mechanism.
The filter cloth block-by-block cleaning mechanism 17 is an online automatic cleaning device for the filter cloth wrapped on the filter plate 12 by using high-pressure water, mainly comprises a support, a movable support, a lifting pipeline, a horizontal washing pipe, a stroke limiting device and a driving part, and is positioned at the upper part of the filter press.
