Abstract
本发明涉及一种绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,包括:摩擦剂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、去离子水,还包括:以重量百分比计,占总重量1~3.5%的负氧离子粉,其中,负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素15~28份、儿茶素19~25份、茶多酚10~15份、纳米氧化锌粉20~50份、二氧化硒0.6~2.5份、八钛酸钾3~10份、砷化镓0.5~4份、蛭石粉1~6份、纳米气凝胶粉5~20份。该绿色消炎杀菌牙膏具备抗菌杀菌功能,同时还能长期释放负氧离子,提升实用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工品技术领域,特别涉及一种绿色消炎杀菌牙膏。
背景技术
牙膏是口腔卫生用品,牙膏应具有良好清洁作用,无毒性、有香味、能防龋和使用方便。牙膏的前身是牙粉,早在2000年以前,古罗马就有人用滑石粉刷牙。牙膏是日常生活中常用的清洁用品,是一种洁齿剂,一般呈凝胶状,通常会抹在牙刷上,用于清洁牙齿,用牙膏刷牙可使牙齿表面洁白光亮、保护牙龈,防止龋蛀和口臭。随着科学技术的不断发展,制作工艺以及设备的不断改进和完善,各种类型的牙膏相继问世,产品的质量和档次也在不断提高。
目前,牙膏品种已由单一的清洁型牙膏,发展成为品种齐全、功能多样,上百个品牌的多功能型牙膏,满足了不同层次消费水平的需要。
现有市面上缺乏具备抗菌杀菌功能的牙膏产品,因此,研发一种绿色抗菌杀菌并持续释放负氧离子的牙膏产品,有很大的使用价值和深远意义。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,解决了现有技术中牙膏产品缺乏杀菌功能的技术问题,实现了提供一种具备抗菌杀菌功能的牙膏,同时还能长期释放负氧离子,提升实用性能的技术效果。
本发明提供了一种绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,包括:摩擦剂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、去离子水,还包括:以重量百分比计,占总重量1~3.5%的负氧离子粉,其中,
所述负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素15~28份、儿茶素19~25份、茶多酚10~15份、纳米氧化锌粉20~50份、二氧化硒0.6~2.5份、八钛酸钾3~10份、砷化镓0.5~4份、蛭石粉1~6份、纳米气凝胶粉5~20份。
作为优选,所述负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,所述叶绿素20份、儿茶素20份、茶多酚10份、纳米氧化锌粉30份、二氧化硒1份、八钛酸钾5份、砷化镓1份、蛭石粉3份、纳米气凝胶粉10份。
作为优选,所述负氧离子粉的制备过程包括:
将所述纳米氧化锌、所述二氧化硒、所述八钛酸钾、所述砷化镓、所述蛭石粉进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;
将所述第一中间产物进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;
待所述第二中间产物冷却后,将所述叶绿素、所述儿茶素及所述茶多酚添加到所述第二中间产物中进行第二阶段搅拌;
再将所述纳米气凝胶粉添加到所述第二中间产物中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;
将生理盐水添加所述第三中间产物中进行研磨,获得第四中间产物;
将所述第四中间产物进行干燥,获得所述负氧离子粉。
作为优选,将所述纳米氧化锌、所述二氧化硒、所述八钛酸钾、所述砷化镓、所述蛭石粉置于不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;
将所述第一中间产物置于高温炉中进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;
待所述第二中间产物冷却后,将所述第二中间产物置于不锈钢搅拌罐中,再将所述叶绿素、所述儿茶素及所述茶多酚添加到所述不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第二阶段搅拌;
将所述纳米气凝胶粉添加到所述不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;
将所述第三中间产物置于砂磨机中,添加生理盐水,进行研磨获得第四中间产物;
将所述第四中间产物置于喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥,获得所述负氧离子粉。
作为优选,所述第一阶段搅拌的时间控制为25~60分钟;
所述煅烧的时间控制为7~10小时;
所述第二阶段搅拌的时间控制在25~40分钟;
所述第三阶段搅拌的时间控制在45~100分钟;
所述研磨的时间控制在10~20小时。
作为优选,所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸钙、二氧化硅、氢氧化铝中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,所述摩擦剂占总重量15~25%。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为十二醇硫酸钠和/或月桂酰肌氨酸钠;以重量百分比计,所述表面活性剂占总重量2~6%。
作为优选,所述保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,所述保湿剂占总重量15~50%。
作为优选,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、瓜尔胶中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,所述增稠剂占总重量0.5~2%。
作为优选,以重量百分比计,所述去离子水占总重量10~50%。
本申请实施例中提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:
通过在摩擦剂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、去离子水这些常规的牙膏原料中添加负氧离子粉,负氧离子粉包含的叶绿素、儿茶素、茶多酚是吸收二氧化碳释放氧气较多的植物,是普通植物的10倍以上。纳米氧化锌是抗氧化材料,二氧化硒是感光材料、八钛酸钾是阻热和隔热材料将感光吸附,砷化镓是超导材料将吸附的紫外线在夜晚也能释放,蛭石粉是膨胀系数较高的材料,纳米气凝胶是多孔纳米材料,将上述材料填满在气凝胶内,发热时依靠蛭石粉的膨胀将紫外线照射叶绿素、茶多酚和儿茶素,实现长期释放负氧离子的功能。这样,解决了现有技术中牙膏产品缺乏杀菌功能的技术问题,实现了提供一种具备抗菌杀菌功能的牙膏,有效杀灭口腔细菌,预防口腔炎症,同时还能长期释放负氧离子,提升实用性能的技术效果。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明提供的一种绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,包括:摩擦剂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、去离子水,还包括:以重量百分比计,占总重量1~3.5%的负氧离子粉,作为一种优选的实施例,负氧离子粉的添加量占总重量的1%,其中,
负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素15~28份、儿茶素19~25份、茶多酚10~15份、纳米氧化锌粉20~50份、二氧化硒0.6~2.5份、八钛酸钾3~10份、砷化镓0.5~4份、蛭石粉1~6份、纳米气凝胶粉5~20份。
纳米氧化锌同时具有纳米材料和传统氧化锌的双重特性,作为一种纳米材料,具有高效的生物学活性、吸收率高、抗氧化能力强、安全稳定等特性,本申请利用了纳米氧化锌的抗氧化性能。
二氧化硒是感光材料;八钛酸钾是阻热和隔热材料将感光吸附;砷化镓是超导材料将吸附的紫外线在夜晚也能释放;蛭石粉是膨胀系数较高的材料;纳米气凝胶是多孔纳米材料,将上述材料填满在孔内。发热时依靠蛭石粉的膨胀将紫外线照射叶绿素、茶多酚和儿茶素,实现长期释放负氧离子的功能。叶绿素、茶多酚和儿茶素吸收二氧化碳释放氧气,氧气中含有丰富大中小阴离子(小阴离子即负氧离子),此小阴离子有吸附分解甲醛、异味、苯和tvoc的功能,还可以杀死各种病毒。
进一步的,摩擦剂为碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸钙、二氧化硅、氢氧化铝中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,摩擦剂占总重量15~25%。表面活性剂为十二醇硫酸钠和/或月桂酰肌氨酸钠;以重量百分比计,表面活性剂占总重量2~6%。保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,保湿剂占总重量15~50%。增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、瓜尔胶中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,增稠剂占总重量0.5~2%。以重量百分比计,去离子水占总重量10~50%。
磨擦剂能够和牙刷共同作用,擦去牙齿表面牙垢,减轻牙渍、牙菌斑、牙结石等外来物质。表面活性剂能快速发泡,既能发泡沫,又能清洗口腔中的污垢。保湿剂可防止牙膏在软管中固化变硬,并使膏体具有光泽等效能。增稠剂用于分散、溶胀于牙膏液相,形成稳定胶体,以悬浮牙膏固相,防止牙膏中固相组分与液相组分分离。
作为一种优选的实施例,该绿色消炎杀菌牙膏包括:以重量百分比计,二氧化硅20%、十二醇硫酸钠3%、山梨醇40%、羧甲基纤维素1%、去离子水35%、负氧离子粉1%。
作为一种优选的实施例,负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素20份、儿茶素20份、茶多酚10份、纳米氧化锌粉30份、二氧化硒1份、八钛酸钾5份、砷化镓1份、蛭石粉3份、纳米气凝胶粉10份。
进一步的,参见附图1,负氧离子粉的制备过程包括:
S1:将设定配比的纳米氧化锌、二氧化硒、八钛酸钾、砷化镓、蛭石粉进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;
S2:将第一中间产物进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;
S3:待第二中间产物冷却后,将叶绿素、儿茶素及茶多酚添加到第二中间产物中进行第二阶段搅拌;
S4:再将纳米气凝胶粉添加到第二中间产物中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;
S5:将生理盐水添加第三中间产物中进行研磨,获得第四中间产物;
S6:将第四中间产物进行干燥,获得负氧离子粉。
作为一种优选的实施例,负氧离子粉的制备过程包括:
S1:将设定配比的纳米氧化锌、二氧化硒、八钛酸钾、砷化镓、蛭石粉置于不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;
S2:将第一中间产物置于高温炉中进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;
S3:待第二中间产物冷却后,将第二中间产物置于不锈钢搅拌罐中,再将叶绿素、儿茶素及茶多酚添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第二阶段搅拌;
S4:将纳米气凝胶粉添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;
S5:将第三中间产物置于砂磨机中,添加生理盐水,进行研磨获得第四中间产物;
S6:将第四中间产物置于喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥,获得负氧离子粉。
进一步的,第一阶段搅拌的时间控制为25~60分钟;煅烧的时间控制为7~10小时;第二阶段搅拌的时间控制在25~40分钟;第三阶段搅拌的时间控制在45~100分钟;研磨的时间控制在10~20小时。
下面通过具体实施例来详细介绍负氧离子粉的制备过程,所有原料都以重量份计算:
实施例1
S1:将纳米氧化锌粉28份、二氧化硒1份、八钛酸钾4份、砷化镓0.6份、蛭石粉1.5份置于不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;第一阶段搅拌的时间控制为30分钟;
S2:将第一中间产物置于高温炉中进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;煅烧的时间控制为8小时;
S3:待第二中间产物冷却后,将第二中间产物置于不锈钢搅拌罐中,再将叶绿素19份、儿茶素20份、茶多酚10份添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第二阶段搅拌;第二阶段搅拌的时间控制在35分钟;
S4:将纳米气凝胶粉8份添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;第三阶段搅拌的时间控制在70分钟;
S5:将第三中间产物置于砂磨机中,添加生理盐水12份,进行研磨获得第四中间产物;研磨的时间控制在12小时;
S6:将第四中间产物置于喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥,获得负氧离子粉。
实施例2
S1:将纳米氧化锌粉30份、二氧化硒1份、八钛酸钾5份、砷化镓1份、蛭石粉3份置于不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;第一阶段搅拌的时间控制为30分钟;
S2:将第一中间产物置于高温炉中进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;煅烧的时间控制为8小时;
S3:待第二中间产物冷却后,将第二中间产物置于不锈钢搅拌罐中,再将叶绿素20份、儿茶素20份、茶多酚10份添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第二阶段搅拌;第二阶段搅拌的时间控制在30分钟;
S4:将纳米气凝胶粉10份添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;第三阶段搅拌的时间控制在60分钟;
S5:将第三中间产物置于砂磨机中,添加生理盐水15份,进行研磨获得第四中间产物;研磨的时间控制在12小时;
S6:将第四中间产物置于喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥,获得负氧离子粉。
实施例3
S1:将纳米氧化锌粉35份、二氧化硒1.3份、八钛酸钾5.5份、砷化镓1.5份、蛭石粉3.5份置于不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;第一阶段搅拌的时间控制为40分钟;
S2:将第一中间产物置于高温炉中进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;煅烧的时间控制为9小时;
S3:待第二中间产物冷却后,将第二中间产物置于不锈钢搅拌罐中,再将叶绿素21份、儿茶素22份、茶多酚11份添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第二阶段搅拌;第二阶段搅拌的时间控制在35分钟;
S4:将纳米气凝胶粉13份添加到不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;第三阶段搅拌的时间控制在80分钟;
S5:将第三中间产物置于砂磨机中,添加生理盐水16份,进行研磨获得第四中间产物;研磨的时间控制在15小时;
S6:将第四中间产物置于喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥,获得负氧离子粉。

1.一种绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,包括:摩擦剂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、去离子水,其特征在于,还包括:以重量百分比计,占总重量1~3.5%的负氧离子粉,其中,
所述负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素15~28份、儿茶素19~25份、茶多酚10~15份、纳米氧化锌粉20~50份、二氧化硒0.6~2.5份、八钛酸钾3~10份、砷化镓0.5~4份、蛭石粉1~6份、纳米气凝胶粉5~20份。
2.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,所述负氧离子粉包括以下组分:以重量份计,所述叶绿素20份、儿茶素20份、茶多酚10份、纳米氧化锌粉30份、二氧化硒1份、八钛酸钾5份、砷化镓1份、蛭石粉3份、纳米气凝胶粉10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,所述负氧离子粉的制备过程包括:
将所述纳米氧化锌、所述二氧化硒、所述八钛酸钾、所述砷化镓、所述蛭石粉进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;
将所述第一中间产物进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;
待所述第二中间产物冷却后,将所述叶绿素、所述儿茶素及所述茶多酚添加到所述第二中间产物中进行第二阶段搅拌;
再将所述纳米气凝胶粉添加到所述第二中间产物中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;
将生理盐水添加所述第三中间产物中进行研磨,获得第四中间产物;
将所述第四中间产物进行干燥,获得所述负氧离子粉。
4.如权利要求3所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,
将所述纳米氧化锌、所述二氧化硒、所述八钛酸钾、所述砷化镓、所述蛭石粉置于不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第一阶段搅拌,获得第一中间产物;
将所述第一中间产物置于高温炉中进行煅烧,获得第二中间产物;
待所述第二中间产物冷却后,将所述第二中间产物置于不锈钢搅拌罐中,再将所述叶绿素、所述儿茶素及所述茶多酚添加到所述不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第二阶段搅拌;
将所述纳米气凝胶粉添加到所述不锈钢搅拌罐中进行第三阶段搅拌,获得第三中间产物;
将所述第三中间产物置于砂磨机中,添加生理盐水,进行研磨获得第四中间产物;
将所述第四中间产物置于喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥,获得所述负氧离子粉。
5.如权利要求4所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,
所述第一阶段搅拌的时间控制为25~60分钟;
所述煅烧的时间控制为7~10小时;
所述第二阶段搅拌的时间控制在25~40分钟;
所述第三阶段搅拌的时间控制在45~100分钟;
所述研磨的时间控制在10~20小时。
6.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸钙、二氧化硅、氢氧化铝中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,所述摩擦剂占总重量15~25%。
7.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二醇硫酸钠和/或月桂酰肌氨酸钠;以重量百分比计,所述表面活性剂占总重量2~6%。
8.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,所述保湿剂占总重量15~50%。
9.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、瓜尔胶中的一种或多种的组合;以重量百分比计,所述增稠剂占总重量0.5~2%。
10.如权利要求1所述的绿色消炎杀菌牙膏,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述去离子水占总重量10~50%。
