Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to high-stability 40% dimethoate emulsifiable concentrate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the production and sale of agricultural chemicals in the world, the organophosphorus agricultural chemicals occupy the leading position, the yield accounts for more than half of the total yield of the agricultural chemicals, while the quality of domestic organophosphorus agricultural chemicals, no matter raw materials, intermediates and products, is poorer, and most of the quality of raw materials has larger difference compared with the products in developed countries, thereby affecting the export quantity and greatly lowering the price of the products in developed countries. Dimethoate, a pesticide, is a pure white needle-packed crystal, has the solubility of 39 g/L (room temperature) in water, is easy to be absorbed by plants and transported to the whole plant, is relatively stable in an acid solution, is rapidly hydrolyzed in an alkaline solution, and is one of varieties with wide final application and large yield in absorbing pesticides in organophosphorus.
The main formulation of dimethoate is missible oil, one is 40% EC, the other is 50% EC, and a plurality of mixed preparations are available, such as: dimethoate + cypermethrin, dimethoate + endosulfan, dimethoate + chlorpyrifos, dimethoate + fenvalerate, dimethoate + deltamethrin, dimethoate + phenthoate and the like. Dimethoate is a strongly polar compound and therefore has poor stability.
Disclosure of Invention

The preparation method of the high-stability 40% dimethoate missible oil comprises the following steps
S1, adding 100 parts of 96% dimethoate raw powder into 20 parts of Solvesso-100 and 35 parts of Solvesso-150 of solvent, stirring, heating to 280 ℃ at the heating rate of 15 ℃/min, uniformly mixing, and keeping the temperature for 4 hours;
s2, adding 3 parts of Nongru 0203B and 5 parts of Nongru 0204+5 parts of Nongru 0204C, continuously and uniformly mixing, and keeping the temperature at 260 ℃ for 2 hours;
s3, adding 27 parts of organic silicon polyoxyethylene ether compound, 19 parts of octyl phenol polyether and 30 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, uniformly mixing, and keeping the temperature at 235 ℃ for 7.5 hours;
s4, cooling to room temperature, filtering, standing in the shade for 11 hours, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the enhanced stabilizer added in the invention can obviously improve the stability of the dimethoate missible oil and obstruct the surface activity, when the dimethoate missible oil is decomposed for a period of time, the decomposition product covers the surface, and the contact of the active component and the dimethoate missible oil is obstructed, thereby reducing the decomposition rate;
(2) the emulsifier, the solvent and the enhanced stabilizer are all in a compound dosage form, and the effect is better than that of adding dimethoate missible oil in a single dosage form.
