本申请实施例提供一种无线通信方法和设备,能够参照一个上行信号的发射功率,可以按需合理的确定另一信号的发射功率,且无需网络设备直接调度固定的发射功率,可以提升通信性能。该方法包括:终端设备确定目标上行信号的参考上行信号;终端设备根据参考上行信号的发射功率,确定目标上行信号的发射功率;利用确定的发射功率,终端设备发送目标上行信号。
