Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle and remote controller remote communication system and a method based on a 5G network, wherein the system comprises a vehicle self remote control signal transceiver, a remote controller, a remote communication terminal, a vehicle signal processing device and a terminal signal processing device, the vehicle signal processing device comprises a remote controller signal transceiver A which is in wireless communication with the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and a 5G communication transceiver which is used for carrying out remote transmission on data, and the terminal signal processing device comprises a remote controller signal transceiver B which is in wireless communication with the remote controller and a data transceiver which is used for carrying out data transmission with the remote communication terminal. According to the invention, a 5G communication network is adopted to build a communication bridge between the remote controller and the remote control signal transceiver of the vehicle, so that remote real-time safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller before starting is realized, and then other people can be authorized to start the vehicle; and the remote controller is not required to be arranged in the vehicle, but on the vehicle owner, so that the safety problem of remotely controlling the vehicle is thoroughly solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle communication, in particular to a vehicle and remote controller remote communication system and method based on a 5G network.
Background
The safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller can not be finished when the vehicle is started or the vehicle is remotely controlled by the remote controller, especially when the vehicle is started, the safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller can be finished only when the remote controller is in the vehicle, otherwise, the vehicle cannot be started.
With the development of smart phones, a mobile phone remote control vehicle becomes popular, and remote starting of the vehicle is the main control content, so that the vehicle can be started by the mobile phone in advance before the vehicle owner gets on the vehicle, thereby realizing the preheating in winter or the cooling in summer, in order to realize the purpose of remotely starting the vehicle, almost no exception exists among all production parties, a remote controller is placed in the vehicle in advance (because the remote controller is not in the vehicle and cannot be started when the vehicle is in use), then the remote control is remotely controlled (such as the power supply of the remote control is controlled) to realize the purpose of remotely starting the vehicle, but the remote control is always unsafe when being placed in the vehicle for a long time (once a thief gets the remote control in the vehicle, the vehicle is lost), therefore, all mobile phone car control products in the market at present have potential safety hazards, and before the 5G era comes, the safety problem is unsolved.
The arrival of the 5G era gives a solution for the people, because the transmission of the 5G network is very quick enough to meet the time limit specified by the communication between the vehicle and the remote controller, so that the people can communicate the remote controller from a short distance and get a longer communication distance by means of the 5G network. One end of the 5G network is placed in the vehicle, the remote controller is arranged at the other end of the 5G network (such as a 5G mobile phone) along with a vehicle owner, the 5G communication network is used as a communication bridge, remote real-time communication between the remote controller and the vehicle is realized, the remote controller not only can remotely control the vehicle, but also can realize remote real-time safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller before starting, and then other people can be authorized or a starting device can be controlled to start the vehicle. And the remote controller is not required to be placed in the vehicle but on the body of the vehicle owner, so that the safety problem of the conventional remote control vehicle is thoroughly solved, and the innovation and the leadership of the invention are realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a vehicle and remote controller remote communication system and method based on a 5G network, so as to enable fast remote communication between a remote control signal transceiver of a vehicle and a remote controller.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle and remote controller remote communication system based on a 5G network, which comprises a vehicle self remote control signal transceiver, a remote controller and a remote communication terminal, and further comprises a vehicle signal processing device and a terminal signal processing device, wherein the vehicle signal processing device comprises a remote controller signal transceiver a which is in wireless communication with the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and a 5G communication transceiver which is used for carrying out remote transmission on data, and the terminal signal processing device comprises a remote controller signal transceiver B which is in wireless communication with the remote controller and a data transceiver which is used for carrying out data transmission with the remote communication terminal; the vehicle signal processing device transmits data transmitted by the vehicle self remote control signal transmitting and receiving device to the remote communication terminal through a 5G network; after receiving the data, the remote communication terminal sends the data to the terminal signal processing device for reduction and sends the reduced data to the remote controller; the remote controller sends out response data after receiving the response data, the response data are sent to the remote communication terminal by the terminal signal processing device and sent to the vehicle signal processing device by the 5G network, the vehicle signal processing device restores the response data and then sends the response data to the vehicle self remote control signal receiving and sending device, and remote communication between the vehicle self remote control signal receiving and sending device and the remote controller is achieved.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle and remote controller remote communication method based on the 5G network, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: the remote controller signal transceiver A receives DATA DATA1 sent by a vehicle remote control signal transceiver, and then the DATA DATA1 is sent out by the 5G communication transceiver through a 5G network;

and step 3: after the remote controller receives the DATA1, the DATA transceiver B sends out response DATA DATA2, which is received by the remote controller signal transceiver B, transmitted to the remote communication terminal through the DATA transceiver and sent out by the 5G network;
and 4, step 4: the 5G communication transceiver receives the DATA sent by the remote communication terminal and then restores response DATA DATA2, and the DATA is sent to the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver device through the remote control signal transceiver A;
and 5: after the vehicle's own remote control signal transmitting/receiving device receives the response DATA2, a remote communication process with the remote controller is completed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention takes the 5G communication network as a communication bridge to realize the remote real-time communication between the remote controller and the vehicle, the remote controller not only can remotely control the vehicle, but also can realize the remote real-time safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller before starting, and then can authorize others or control the starting device to start the vehicle. And the remote controller is not required to be placed in the vehicle, but is positioned on the body of the vehicle owner, so that the safety problem of the prior remote control vehicle is thoroughly solved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a vehicle and remote controller telecommunication system based on a 5G network according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a vehicle own remote control signal transceiver, a remote controller, a telecommunication terminal, a vehicle signal processing device, and a terminal signal processing device.
The vehicle self remote control signal transceiver is a device for communicating the vehicle self with a remote controller. The vehicle remote controller is a handheld vehicle remote control device. The remote communication terminal can be a device for 5G communication, such as a 5G mobile phone.
The vehicle signal processing device comprises a remote controller signal transceiver A which is in wireless communication with the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and a 5G communication transceiver which is used for remotely transmitting data. The terminal signal processing device comprises a remote controller signal transceiver B which is in wireless communication with a remote controller and a data transceiver which is in data transmission with a remote communication terminal. The vehicle signal processing device and the terminal signal processing device are similar in structure, the vehicle signal processing device is used for being mounted on a vehicle and connected with a vehicle-mounted system, and the terminal signal processing device is connected with a remote communication terminal.
The remote controller signal transceiver A can replace a remote controller to carry out bidirectional communication with a remote control signal transceiver of the vehicle; the 5G communication transceiver can transmit the data received by the remote controller signal transceiver A through a 5G network; the 5G communication transceiver may transmit the received data to the remote controller signal transceiver a (2).
The remote controller signal transceiver B can replace a vehicle self remote control signal transceiver to carry out bidirectional communication with a vehicle remote controller; the remote communication terminal can perform bidirectional communication with the 5G communication transceiver through the 5G network.
The data transceiver can transmit the data received by the remote controller signal transceiver B to the remote communication terminal; the data transceiver may transmit data received from the remote communication terminal to the remote controller signal transceiver B.
The vehicle signal processing device transmits data transmitted by the vehicle self remote control signal transmitting and receiving device to the remote communication terminal through a 5G network; after receiving the data, the remote communication terminal sends the data to the terminal signal processing device for reduction and sends the reduced data to the remote controller; the remote controller sends out response data after receiving the response data, the response data are sent to the remote communication terminal by the terminal signal processing device and sent to the vehicle signal processing device by the 5G network, the vehicle signal processing device restores the response data and then sends the response data to the vehicle self remote control signal receiving and sending device, and remote communication between the vehicle self remote control signal receiving and sending device and the remote controller is achieved.
In one embodiment, the remote communication terminal is a 5G mobile phone capable of performing bidirectional communication with a 5G communication transceiver through a 5G network.
The embodiment of the invention builds a remote communication bridge between the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and the remote controller on the basis of the existing vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and the remote controller, thereby realizing remote control of the vehicle, realizing remote real-time safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller before starting, and further authorizing others or controlling the starting device to start the vehicle; and the remote controller is not required to be placed in the vehicle but on the body of the vehicle owner, so that the safety problem of the conventional remote control vehicle is thoroughly solved, and the innovation and the leadership of the invention are realized.
Referring to fig. 3, a vehicle and remote controller remote communication method based on a 5G network according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 1: the remote controller signal transceiver A receives DATA DATA1 sent by a vehicle remote control signal transceiver, and then the DATA DATA1 is sent out by the 5G communication transceiver through a 5G network;
step 2: after receiving the data sent by the 5G communication transceiver, the remote communication terminal forwards the data to the data transceiver; the DATA DATA1 is restored through the DATA transceiver, and the DATA DATA1 is sent to the remote controller by the remote controller signal transceiver B;
and step 3: after the remote controller receives the DATA1, the DATA transceiver B sends out response DATA DATA2, which is received by the remote controller signal transceiver B, transmitted to the remote communication terminal through the DATA transceiver and sent out by the 5G network;
and 4, step 4: the 5G communication transceiver receives the DATA sent by the remote communication terminal and then restores response DATA DATA2, and the DATA is sent to the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver device through the remote control signal transceiver A;
and 5: after receiving the response DATA DATA2, the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver completes a remote communication process (remote real-time safety certification) with the remote controller, and after the safety certification is passed, a remote communication bridge between the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and the remote controller is built. The rapid communication of the 5G network ensures that the remote data communication between the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and the remote controller is completed within the effective time (the response time between the vehicle self remote control signal transceiver and the remote controller needs to be in the ms level).
As an embodiment, step 5 is followed by:
and (3) authorization step: the remote controller sends authorization information, the authorization information is received by the remote controller signal transceiver B, then is transmitted to the remote communication terminal through the data transceiver and is sent out by the 5G network; the 5G communication transceiver receives the data sent by the remote communication terminal and then sends the data to the remote controller signal transceiver A, and then the data is sent to the vehicle remote control signal transceiver A by the remote controller signal transceiver A, so that a user can authorize others or control the starting device to start the vehicle when the remote controller is not in the vehicle.
When the vehicle signal processing device is specifically implemented, the vehicle signal processing device is placed in a vehicle, the remote controller is arranged at the other end of the 5G network (such as a 5G mobile phone) along with a vehicle owner, the 5G communication network is used as a communication bridge, remote real-time communication between the remote controller and the vehicle is realized, the remote controller can remotely control the vehicle, remote real-time safety certification between the vehicle and the remote controller before starting can also be realized, and then other people can be authorized or the starting device can be controlled to start the vehicle. And the remote controller is not required to be placed in the vehicle but on the body of the vehicle owner, so that the safety problem of the conventional remote control vehicle is thoroughly solved, and the innovation and the leadership of the invention are realized.
