Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments may be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the present invention and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus a repetitive description thereof will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in software or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are exemplary only and not necessarily all steps are included. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
The present invention contemplates methods and apparatus for providing dental treatment options to a practitioner while providing treatment items (including, but not limited to, medicaments, appliances, etc. required in dental treatment) to enhance the outpatient efficiency of dental treatment, in view of the manner in which dental treatment typically can be performed directly on teeth (e.g., dental filling is performed directly) at an outpatient time.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a treatment article providing method for dental treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the treatment article providing method for dental treatment includes the steps of:
step S110: a dental keyword combination is determined, the dental keyword combination including one or more dental keywords, the dental keywords being used to describe dental conditions.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, dental keyword combinations may be determined by analysis of dental films (X-ray films of teeth, also referred to as intraoral standard films). For example, dental keywords may be determined from a picture analysis of dental films and added to a dental keyword combination. The image analysis of the dental film can be achieved, for example, by means of a trained classification model. The classification model may be, for example, a neural network model, and the invention is not limited in this regard. In some embodiments, when the pictures of the dental film are analyzed, the tooth surface is found to be missing and nerves are leaked, and then the tooth keywords can be determined to be enamel defects and exposed nerves.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, the dental keywords may be manually entered by a user. For example, input information of a user is received to take the input information of the user as a dental keyword and added to a dental keyword combination. In some implementations, when a user manually enters a dental keyword, a prompt for the dental keyword can be provided through a drop down box so that the dental keyword entered by the user can be used for subsequent matching. For example, when a user inputs enamel, a drop-down box automatically displays a plurality of dental keywords associated with the enamel, among which the user can select to determine the dental keywords.
The above two embodiments may be implemented alone or in combination. For example, in some embodiments, a dental keyword combination may include dental keywords obtained by picture analysis and dental keywords entered by a user, in such embodiments, the determination of the dental keyword combination may also include deduplication of the dental keywords. The present invention may be implemented in a variety of ways, and will not be described in detail herein.
Step S120: and matching the tooth keyword combination with the tooth keyword combination corresponding to each treatment scheme stored in the scheme library, wherein each treatment scheme at least comprises a treatment object.
Specifically, the plan library may be generated from the historical treatment data, for example, the historical treatment plan in the historical treatment data and the corresponding dental keyword combination (the dental keyword extraction may be performed by the system, or may be defined by the user) are stored in the plan library in association with each other. The schema library may be updated and error corrected by self-learning. In other embodiments, the schema library may also be generated in a user-defined manner.
In one particular implementation, the regimen library may include a regimen code, a regimen name, a combination of dental keywords corresponding to the regimen, a patient condition, regimen details, a medication to use, an item to use, an appliance to use, a priority, a number of uses, and the like. Scheme encoding is used to identify different schemes, thereby facilitating querying of schemes. The schema names are used to summarize the schema. The tooth keyword combination corresponding to the scheme is used for providing the query keyword for the query scheme. Patient condition is used to record what condition of the teeth the regimen is applicable. The protocol details are used to detail the specific method of operation of the treatment protocol. The use of drugs for recording the drugs that would normally be used for this treatment regimen may be combined in a variety of ways to meet different customers (e.g., price level, duration of treatment, etc.). The article is used for recording articles used in the treatment process, such as porcelain crowns and the like. The use of the device is used to record the device that needs to be used for the treatment process, such as a syringe, forceps, etc. Wherein, the medicine, the article and the appliance are all classified as the therapeutic article. The priority and the number of uses are used to record the frequency of use of certain schemes to facilitate the presentation ordering of the schemes.
Further, the matching degree of the dental keyword combination is, for example, the ratio of two dental keywords to the same dental keyword. For example, a dental keyword combination includes dental keyword A, dental keyword B, and dental keyword C; the other tooth keyword combination includes a tooth keyword a, a tooth keyword B, and a tooth keyword D, and the matching degree of the two tooth keyword combinations may be, for example, (2+2)/(3+3) =2/3, the denominator is the number of total tooth keywords of the two keyword combinations, and the numerator is the number of identical tooth keywords of the two keyword combinations. In other embodiments, the degree of matching may also be determined by the size of the number of identical dental keywords of only two keyword combinations (the greater the number of identical dental keywords of two keyword combinations, the greater the degree of matching). The above is merely an implementation of matching degree schematically described, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S130: and displaying N treatment schemes with highest matching degree with the determined tooth keyword combination, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Step S140: a user operation of the presented N treatment protocols is received to determine a desired treatment item.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, step S140 may, for example, receive a user selection of one of the N treatment protocols displayed, and determine the treatment item included in the selected treatment protocol as the desired treatment item. That is, the user selects which treatment regimen among the N treatment regimens, which treatment regimen to provide for the treatment items contained in the treatment regimen to be determined as the desired treatment item. Thus, this embodiment allows for a quick determination of the desired treatment item through the selection of the entire treatment regimen.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step S140 may further receive a user selection of a treatment item included in each of the displayed N treatment schemes, and determine the selected at least one treatment item as a desired treatment item. For example, the user may select treatment item A in one treatment regimen and treatment item B in another treatment regimen, thereby determining treatment item A and treatment item B as the desired treatment items. Thus, this embodiment allows for targeted dental treatment by flexible selection of treatment items in a treatment regimen.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, a flexible selection is used when the number of treatment protocols in the protocol library is small, and an overall selection is used when the number of treatment protocols in the protocol library is large. Thereby, the selection mode of different treatment articles is realized according to different situations of the scheme library.
Step S150: the information of the determined treatment item is sent to a delivery system for delivery of the determined treatment item by the delivery system.
In particular, the transfer system may comprise, for example, a control terminal for receiving information of the determined treatment item and for obtaining the determined position of the treatment item on the item carrier based on the determined information of the treatment item, a gripping device, and a transfer device. Therefore, the control terminal can control the grabbing device to grab the determined treatment articles from the storage rack and place the grabbed treatment articles on the conveying device, and the conveying device determines the conveying position (such as the position of a doctor) based on the control terminal, so that the treatment articles are conveyed to the doctor. The invention is not limited in this regard.
In the method for providing a treatment article for dental treatment according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, on one hand, the treatment schemes in the scheme library are displayed by matching the dental keyword combination with the scheme library, so that the time for providing the treatment schemes is shortened, the time for a doctor to treat a single patient is reduced, and thus the treatment efficiency is increased; on the other hand, by combining software and hardware, after the treatment scheme is provided, the determined treatment articles are conveyed according to the operation of doctors, so that the time for manually conveying the treatment articles is further reduced; in yet another aspect, the effective utilization of medical data is increased by a schema library. Therefore, the method for providing the treatment object for treating teeth saves the time for acquiring tooth information, making a scheme, preparing a medicine appliance and the like by effectively utilizing data, thereby enabling more dental patients to be treated in time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of modifying the treatment plan may be further included after the N treatment plans having the highest degree of matching with the determined tooth keyword combinations are displayed at step S130, as shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a modification of a treatment regimen according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 shows the following steps in total:
step S211: a user modification to the presented N treatment options is received.
Step S212: the modified treatment scheme is taken as a quasi-treatment scheme;
step S213: and receiving approval operation of the quasi-treatment scheme by a user so as to replace the original treatment scheme by the quasi-treatment scheme and store the quasi-treatment scheme into the scheme library.
In this embodiment, a user operation of the displayed N treatment protocols is received at step S140 shown in fig. 1 to determine a desired treatment item, which is determined based on the modified treatment protocol. Thereby, updating of the treatment plan in the plan library can be achieved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the step of adding new treatment regimens may be further included after the step S130 of displaying the N treatment regimens having the highest degree of matching with the determined tooth keyword combination, as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a flow chart of an additional treatment regimen according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S221: receiving a new treatment scheme added by a user;
step S222: taking the newly added treatment scheme as a quasi-treatment scheme; :
step S223: an approval operation of the quasi-treatment plan by a user is received to store the quasi-treatment plan in the plan library.
In this embodiment, the user' S operation of the displayed N treatment options is received at step S140 shown in fig. 1 to determine the required treatment item, which is determined based on the newly added treatment option. Thus, an increase in treatment protocols in the protocol library can be achieved. In this embodiment, the flexible selection of treatment items can also be used as a way to automatically add new treatment options.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the efficiency of the user's acquisition of the displayed treatment regimen may be further improved from the visual display aspect of the user. For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a flow chart illustrating a treatment regimen according to an embodiment of the present invention. Step S130 of fig. 1 shows that the N treatment regimens with the highest degree of matching to the determined dental keyword combination may include the following steps: step S310: displaying the tooth keyword combinations corresponding to the N treatment schemes by icons; in response to the user' S selection operation of the displayed icon, step S320 enlarges the selected icon and displays the desired treatment item included in the treatment plan corresponding to the icon within the display range of the selected icon. Therefore, doctors can know the corresponding conditions of all treatment schemes through the tooth key word combination conveniently. Further, in this embodiment, the displayed treatment schemes may be displayed in order from high to low according to the number of times of use of each treatment scheme, and the user may scroll the displayed treatment schemes through touch or mouse operation. In addition, the displayed desired treatment item may also be scrolled by touch or mouse operation in step S320. The display rolling direction of the treatment scheme is vertical to the display rolling direction of the required treatment object. For example, the display scroll direction of the treatment plan is landscape and the display scroll direction of the desired treatment item is portrait.
In a variation of the above embodiment, fig. 5 shows a flow chart illustrating a treatment regimen according to another specific embodiment of the present invention. The step S130 further includes the following steps after displaying the tooth keyword combinations corresponding to the N treatment schemes as icons: step S330: responding to the selection operation of the user on the tooth keywords in the displayed icons, acquiring N treatment schemes containing the selected tooth keywords in the corresponding tooth keyword combinations in the N treatment schemes, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; step S340: the n treatment regimens are shown in a list. Therefore, doctors can know the corresponding conditions of all treatment schemes through the tooth keywords conveniently. Further, in this embodiment, the displayed treatment schemes may be displayed in the list in order from high to low according to the number of times of use of each treatment scheme, and the user may scroll the displayed treatment schemes through long-press touch (pressure touch) or mouse operation.
The above is merely illustrative of various implementations of the invention, and various embodiments may be implemented alone or in combination, the invention not being limited thereto.
