Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the invention and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for providing a dental treatment item (including but not limited to drugs, appliances, etc. required in dental treatment) while providing a dental treatment plan to a doctor, in consideration of a treatment manner different from other departments in which dental treatment can be directly performed on teeth (e.g., direct dental filling) generally at an outpatient clinic, so as to improve outpatient efficiency of dental treatment.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a treatment article providing method for tooth treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the treatment article providing method for dental treatment includes the steps of:
step S110: determining a dental keyword combination, wherein the dental keyword combination comprises one or more dental keywords, and the dental keywords are used for describing dental conditions.
In particular, in some embodiments of the present invention, dental keyword combinations may be determined by analysis of dental films (X-ray films referring to teeth, also known as intraoral standard films). For example, dental keywords may be determined from a picture analysis of a dental film and added to a dental keyword combination. The picture analysis of the dental film may be achieved, for example, by a trained classification model. The classification model may be, for example, a neural network model, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, when analyzing the pictures of the dental film to find that the tooth surface is missing and the nerves are leaked out, the key word of the tooth can be determined as the defect of enamel and the exposure of the nerves.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, the dental keywords may be manually entered by the user. For example, input information of the user is received to be used as a dental keyword and added to the dental keyword combination. In some implementations, when the user manually enters the dental keyword, a prompt for the dental keyword may be provided through a drop-down box so that the dental keyword entered by the user may be used for subsequent matching. For example, when the user inputs enamel, the drop-down box automatically displays a plurality of dental keywords related to enamel, among which the user can select to determine the dental keywords.
The above two embodiments can be implemented separately or in combination. For example, in some embodiments, the dental keyword combination may include dental keywords obtained by picture analysis and dental keywords input by the user, in which embodiments the determination of the dental keyword combination may also include deduplication of the dental keywords. The present invention can be implemented in many different ways, which are not described herein.
Step S120: and matching the tooth keyword combination with the tooth keyword combination corresponding to each treatment scheme stored in a scheme library, wherein each treatment scheme at least comprises a treatment article.
Specifically, the plan library may be generated from the historical treatment data, for example, the historical treatment plan in the historical treatment data and the corresponding tooth keyword combination (extraction of the tooth keyword may be performed by the system, or may be defined by the user) may be stored in the plan library in association. The solution library can be updated and corrected by self-learning. In other embodiments, the recipe library may also be generated in a user-defined manner.
In one implementation, the recipe library may include recipe codes, recipe names, dental keyword combinations corresponding to the recipes, patient conditions, recipe details, medication, items used, appliances used, priorities, and usage times, etc. The schema encoding is used to identify different schemas, thereby facilitating querying of the schemas. The recipe name is used to summarize the recipe. The tooth keyword combination corresponding to the scheme is used for providing query keywords for the query scheme. The patient's condition is used to record what conditions the teeth are appropriate for the regimen. Protocol details are used to document the specific protocol of the treatment protocol. The medicines used for recording the medicines which are usually used by the treatment scheme can be combined in various ways, and different customers (such as price, treatment duration and the like) can be satisfied. The use item is used to document items used during the treatment process, such as porcelain crowns and the like. The use of the instrument for registering the instrument to be used for the treatment procedure, e.g. a syringe, forceps etc. Wherein the medicine, the article and the apparatus are all belonged to the treatment article. The priority and number of uses are used to record the frequency of use of certain schemes to facilitate the display ordering of the schemes.
Further, the matching degree of the dental keyword combination is, for example, a ratio of two dental keyword combinations in which the same dental keyword is present. For example, a dental keyword combination includes dental keyword a, dental keyword B, and dental keyword C; if another dental keyword combination includes dental keyword a, dental keyword B, and dental keyword D, the matching degree of the two dental keyword combinations may be (2+2)/(3+3) ═ 2/3, the denominator is the number of total dental keywords of the two keyword combinations, and the numerator is the number of identical dental keywords of the two keyword combinations. In other embodiments, the matching degree may also be determined only by the size of the number of identical dental keywords of the two keyword combinations (the greater the number of identical dental keywords of the two keyword combinations, the greater the matching degree). The foregoing describes the implementation of the matching degree only schematically, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S130: and displaying N treatment plans with the highest matching degree with the determined tooth keyword combination, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Step S140: user operation of the presented N treatment plans is received to determine the required treatment items.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, step S140 may receive a selection of one of the presented N treatment plans from the user, for example, and determine the treatment items included in the selected treatment plan as the required treatment items. That is, the user selects which treatment plan among the N treatment plans, and the treatment item included in which treatment plan is provided is determined as the required treatment item. Thus, the embodiment can quickly realize the determination of the required treatment article through the selection of the whole treatment scheme.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step S140 may further receive a selection of a treatment item included in each of the presented N treatment plans by the user, and determine at least one of the selected treatment items as a required treatment item. For example, the user may select treatment item a in one treatment protocol and treatment item B in another treatment protocol, thereby identifying treatment item a and treatment item B as the desired treatment items. Thus, the embodiment can be used for targeted dental treatment through flexible selection of treatment items in the treatment scheme.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, the flexible selection is used when the number of treatment protocols in the protocol library is small, and the whole treatment protocol selection is used when the number of treatment protocols in the protocol library is large. Thereby, different treatment article selection modes are realized according to different situations of the scheme library.
Step S150: sending information of the determined therapeutic items to a delivery system for delivery of the determined therapeutic items by the delivery system.
Specifically, the conveying system may include, for example, a control terminal for receiving information on the determined treatment items and acquiring the determined positions of the treatment items on the rack based on the information on the determined treatment items, a gripping device, and a conveying device. Therefore, the control terminal can control the gripping device to grip the determined treatment object from the object placing rack and place the gripped treatment object on the conveying device, and the conveying device determines a delivery position (such as the position of a doctor) based on the control terminal so as to convey the treatment object to the doctor. The invention is not so limited.
In the treatment item providing method for dental treatment of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, on one hand, the treatment plans in the plan library are presented through matching of the dental keyword combination with the plan library, thereby speeding up the provision time of the treatment plans, reducing the time for a doctor to treat a single patient, and thus increasing the treatment efficiency; on the other hand, after the treatment scheme is provided, the determined treatment article is conveyed according to the operation of a doctor in a software and hardware combined mode, so that the time for manually conveying the treatment article is further reduced; in yet another aspect, the effective utilization of medical data is increased by a solution library. Therefore, the treatment article providing method for dental treatment provided by the invention can save the time for acquiring dental information, making a scheme, preparing a medicine appliance and the like by effectively utilizing the data, so that more dental patients can be treated in time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the step S130 of presenting the N treatment plans with the highest matching degree with the determined tooth keyword combination, a step of modifying the treatment plans may be further included, as shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a modified treatment protocol according to a specific embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows the following steps together:
step S211: and receiving the modification operation of the user on the displayed N treatment schemes.
Step S212: treating the modified treatment plan as a quasi-treatment plan;
step S213: and receiving the approval operation of the user on the quasi-treatment scheme so as to replace the quasi-treatment scheme with the original treatment scheme and store the quasi-treatment scheme into the scheme library.
In this embodiment, the user' S manipulation of the presented N treatment plans is received at step S140 shown in fig. 1 to determine the required treatment items, which are determined based on the modified treatment plan. Thus, an update of the treatment protocols in the protocol library may be achieved.
In other embodiments of the present invention, a step of adding new treatment plans may be further included after displaying the N treatment plans with the highest matching degree with the determined tooth keyword combination in step S130, as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of an add-on therapy regimen in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S221: receiving a newly added treatment scheme of a user;
step S222: taking the newly added treatment scheme as a quasi-treatment scheme; :
step S223: and receiving the approval operation of the user on the quasi-treatment scheme so as to store the quasi-treatment scheme into the scheme library.
In this embodiment, the operations of the user on the presented N treatment plans are received in step S140 shown in fig. 1 to determine the required treatment items, which are determined based on the newly added treatment plan. Thereby, an increase of treatment protocols in the protocol library can be achieved. In this embodiment, the flexible selection of treatment items can also be used as a way to automatically add new treatment plans.
In some embodiments of the invention, the efficiency of the user in obtaining the presented treatment plan may be further enhanced from the perspective of the user. For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a flow chart illustrating a treatment protocol according to an embodiment of the present invention. Step S130 shown in fig. 1 shows that the N treatment plans with the highest degree of matching with the determined tooth keyword combinations may include the following steps: step S310: displaying the tooth keyword combinations corresponding to the N treatment schemes by icons; in response to the selection operation of the user on the displayed icon, step S320 enlarges the selected icon, and displays the required treatment items included in the treatment plan corresponding to the icon within the display range of the selected icon. Therefore, doctors can conveniently know the corresponding situation of each treatment scheme through the combination of the tooth keywords. Further, in this embodiment, the treatment plans may be displayed in a sequence from high to low, and the user may scroll the displayed treatment plans through touch or mouse operation. In addition, in step S320, the displayed desired treatment object may be scrolled by touch or mouse operation. The display scrolling direction of the treatment plan is perpendicular to the display scrolling direction of the desired treatment items. For example, the display scrolling direction of the treatment plan is the landscape direction and the display scrolling direction of the desired treatment item is the portrait direction.
In a variation on the above embodiment, FIG. 5 shows a flow chart illustrating a treatment protocol according to another embodiment of the present invention. The step S130 further includes the following steps after the tooth keyword combinations corresponding to the N treatment plans are displayed by icons: step S330: responding to the selection operation of the user on the tooth keywords in the displayed icon, and acquiring N treatment plans including the selected tooth keywords in the corresponding tooth keyword combination in the N treatment plans, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; step S340: the n treatment regimens are shown in a list. Therefore, doctors can conveniently know the corresponding situation of each treatment scheme through the tooth keywords. Further, in this embodiment, the treatment plans may be displayed in a list in order from high to low, and the user may scroll the displayed treatment plans through long-press touch (pressure touch) or mouse operation.
The above description is only illustrative of various implementations of the present invention, and various embodiments may be implemented alone or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
