Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the first supporting plate 120 and the paper pressing mechanism 200 of the sheet-like medium dispenser 010 according to the embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 5, the platen pressing mechanism 200 of the present embodiment further includes a swinging member 220, and the swinging member 220 is in transmission connection with the platen 210; when the first supporting plate 120 moves to the set position, the first supporting plate 120 cooperates with the swinging member 220, so that the swinging member 220 drives the pressing plate 210 to move to the second position. With this arrangement, the structure of the pressing plate 210 can be simplified by the swinging member 220 to simplify the assembly of the sheet-like medium dispensing apparatus 010.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the first supporting plate 120 is provided with an engaging portion 127, and when the first supporting plate 120 moves to the set position, the engaging portion 127 presses the swinging member 220 to move the swinging member 220, so that the swinging member 220 drives the pressing plate 210 to move to the second position. With the arrangement, when the first supporting plate 120 moves from top to bottom to the set position, the swinging member 220 is pressed, the pressing plate 210 is driven to move to the second position by the movement of the swinging member 220, and further, when the first supporting plate 120 moves to the set position, the pressing plate 210 is stably driven to move to the second position, so that the pressing plate 210 can be used for providing enough pressing force for the sheet media on the first supporting plate 120, further, the sheet media can obtain enough output power, the problem of output failure of the sheet media is solved, and the distribution reliability of the sheet media is improved.
The engaging portion 127 is an engaging plate, one end of which is connected to the first supporting plate 120 and the other end of which extends obliquely upward in a direction away from the first supporting plate 120, so that when the first supporting plate 120 moves to a predetermined position, the engaging plate can press the swinging member 220, thereby driving the pressing plate 210 to move to the second position.
In other embodiments, the paper pressing mechanism 200 is not provided with the swinging member 220, and the first blade 120 directly engages with the pressing plate 210 to drive the pressing plate 210 to move to the second position when the first blade 120 moves to the set position.
Referring to fig. 5, the pressing plate 210 and the swinging member 220 are both rotatably disposed on the frame 100, and the paper pressing mechanism 200 further includes a first elastic member 230, wherein the first elastic member 230 is connected between the pressing plate 210 and the swinging member 220; when the first supporting plate 120 moves to the set position, the first supporting plate 120 drives the swinging member 220 to rotate and act on the first elastic member 230, so that the first elastic member 230 tends to move the pressing plate 210 to the second position. With such an arrangement, when the first supporting plate 120 moves from top to bottom to the set position, the first supporting plate 120 is used to press the swinging member 220 to rotate, and press the first elastic member 230 connected between the swinging member 220 and the pressing plate 210, so that the pressing plate 210 can rotate to the second position under the elastic force of the first elastic member 230, and further ensure that the pressing plate 210 can reliably move to the second position when the first supporting plate 120 moves to the set position, and when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position, the pressure of the pressing plate 210 pressed on the sheet-like medium is increased by the elastic force of the first elastic member 230, so that the friction force between the sheet-like medium and the kicking roller 121 is further increased, the sheet-like medium obtains greater output power, the problem of sheet-like medium output failure is further improved, and the reliability of sheet-like medium distribution is improved.
It should be noted that, if there are more sheet media stacked on the first supporting plate 120, that is, when the thickness of the sheet media stacked on the first supporting plate 120 is thick, the first supporting plate 120 is driven to move to the set position, the first supporting plate 120 presses the swinging member 220, the swinging member 220 swings and acts on the first elastic member 230, the pressing plate 210 has a tendency of moving to the second position under the elastic action of the first elastic member 230, and the pressing plate 210 presses and abuts against the sheet media and the side edge of the stacked sheet media, and plays a role of forcing and limiting the sheet media, so as to make the stacked sheet media more orderly; if the number of the sheet mediums stacked on the first pallet 120 is small, that is, the thickness of the sheet mediums stacked on the first pallet 120 is small, the first pallet 120 is driven to move to the set position, the first pallet 120 presses the swinging member 220, the swinging member 220 swings and acts on the first elastic member 230, the pressing plate 210 moves to the second position under the elastic action of the first elastic member 230, and the sheet mediums are pressed between the pressing plate 210 and the first pallet 120, so that the sheet mediums can obtain sufficient output power. In addition, after the sheet-like medium feeding operation is completed, when the first blade 120 moves to the paper feeding position, the first blade 120 is separated from the swing member 220, the force of the swing member 220 acting on the first elastic member 230 disappears, and the first blade 120 contacts the pressing plate 210 when moving to the paper feeding position, and drives the pressing plate 210 to move to the first position.
Preferably, the pressing plate 210 has a pressing surface, the pressing surface is set to be arc-shaped, when the thickness of the stacked thin sheet medium on the first supporting plate 120 is thick, the first supporting plate 120 moves to a set position to drive the pressing surface of the pressing plate 210 to press the side edge of the thin sheet medium, and when the thin sheet medium is output, the side edge of the thin sheet medium can smoothly move through the arc-shaped pressing surface, so that the smooth output of the thin sheet medium is ensured.
Fig. 6 is an exploded schematic view of a platen mechanism 200 and a limiting member 131 of a sheet medium dispensing device 010 according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 6, the pressing plate 210 and the swinging member 220 are rotatably connected to the frame 100 through a same rotating shaft 232, the first elastic member 230 is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft 232, a first torsion arm of the torsion spring is connected to the swinging member 220, and a second torsion arm of the torsion spring is connected to the pressing plate 210. In this arrangement, the torsion spring can be stably coupled between the pressing plate 210 and the swing member 220, and when the first plate 120 moves to the set position, the swing member 220 is pressed and applied to the torsion spring by the swing of the swing member 220, so that the pressing plate 210 can be stably driven to move to the second position by the secured elastic action of the torsion spring. So configured, the pressing plate 210, the swinging member 220, the rotating shaft 232, and the torsion spring are also formed into one assembly, which is convenient for assembly.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the pressing plate 210 and the swinging member 220 may be respectively connected to the frame 100 by different rotating shafts, and the pressing plate 210 and the swinging member 220 may rotate by different shafts.
The swing member 220 is provided with a mounting groove 221 and a pivot portion 222, the pivot portion 222 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 232, and a torsion spring sleeved on the rotating shaft 232 is located in the mounting groove 221; so configured, the stability of the torsion spring coupled between the swing member 220 and the pressure plate 210 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the swing member 220 includes a first end 223 and a second end 224, and when the first support plate 120 moves to the set position, the first support plate 120 is engaged with the first end 223 of the swing member 220; the pivot joint 222 is located between the first end 223 and the second end 224, and the mounting groove 221 is located between the second end 224 of the swing member 220 and the pivot joint 222; with this arrangement, it is possible to ensure the stability of the torsion spring coupled between the swing member 220 and the pressing plate 210, so that the pressing plate 210 is stably driven to move to the second position by the torsion spring when the first supporting plate 120 drives the swing member 220 to swing.
Referring to fig. 6, the first end 223 of the swinging member 220 is provided with a slot 225, the pressing plate 210 is provided with a connecting column, one of the torsion arms of the torsion spring is inserted into the slot 225, and the other torsion arm abuts against the connecting column; so set up, guarantee the installation stability of torsional spring between swing piece 220 and clamp plate 210, can guarantee that the elastic action of torsional spring can drive clamp plate 210 to the second position motion when swing piece 220 swings.
It should be noted that the connecting column and the rotating shaft 232 are spaced and parallel to each other, so as to ensure that the connecting column and the rotating shaft 232 do not interfere with each other.
In other embodiments, the two torsion arms of the torsion spring may also be plugged, bonded, welded or abutted with the pressing plate 210 and the swinging member 220, respectively.
Referring to fig. 5, the platen 200 of the present embodiment further includes a second elastic member 231, the second elastic member 231 is connected between the platen 210 and the frame 100, and when the platen 210 is located at the second position, the second elastic member 231 is configured to make the platen 210 have a tendency to continuously approach the kicking roller 121; with this arrangement, the second elastic member 231 can ensure that the pressing plate 210 can provide sufficient pressing force to the sheet-like media stacked on the first pallet 120, so that the sheet-like media can obtain sufficient output power.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the sheet-like medium dispensing device 010 from the first perspective when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the sheet-like medium dispensing device 010 from a second perspective with the pressing plate 210 located at a second position according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the sheet-type media dispenser 010 from a second perspective in a first position of the pressing plate 210 according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of the sheet-like medium dispensing device 010 from the third perspective when the pressing plate 210 is located at the first position according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, the pressing plate 210 has a first connecting portion 211, the frame 100 has a second connecting portion 103, the second elastic member 231 is connected between the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 103, and the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 103 are distributed on the same connection line, and the connection line and the rotating shaft 232 are distributed at intervals; when the pressing plate 210 is at the second position, as shown in fig. 8, one end of the second elastic member 231 is connected to the stationary second connecting portion 103, and the other end is connected to the first connecting portion 211 on the pressing plate 210, at this time, the second elastic member 231 generates a moment (a clockwise moment shown in fig. 8 with the rotating shaft 232 as a center) for driving the pressing plate 210 to rotate around the rotating shaft 232 so as to continuously approach the kicking roller 121, so that the pressing plate 210 presses on the kicking roller 121 (if there is a sheet-like medium, presses on the sheet-like medium); when the pressing plate 210 is located at the first position, the second elastic member 231 is further configured to make the pressing plate 210 have a tendency to continue to be away from the kicking roller 121, specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the second elastic member 231 forms a moment (a moment in a counterclockwise direction with the rotating shaft 232 as a circle center in fig. 9) for the pressing plate 210 to drive the pressing plate 210 to rotate around the rotating shaft 232 so as to continue to be away from the kicking roller 121, so that the pressing plate 210 can be ensured to be away from the kicking roller 121 when the first pallet 120 is not located at the set position, and the pressing plate 210 is prevented from interfering with the movement of the first pallet 120.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 7, the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 103 are distributed on the same connection line, and the connection line and the rotating shaft 232 are distributed at intervals, that is, the connection line between the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 103 is configured to be arranged at intervals with the rotating shaft 232, so that when the pressing plate 210 does not need to move to the second position, the pressing plate 210 is ensured to be stably located at the first position, thereby preventing the pressing plate 210 from interfering with the sheet-like medium stacked on the first supporting plate 120, and also preventing the pressing plate 210 from interfering with the movement of the first supporting plate 120.
The first connecting portion 211 of the present embodiment is the connecting column, and the second connecting portion 103 is the connecting column disposed on the rack 100; the second elastic member 231 is a tension spring, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively sleeved on the connecting column of the press plate 210 and the rack 100.
It should be noted that, the pressing plate 210 of this embodiment is provided with two first connecting portions 211, and the two first connecting portions 211 are distributed at intervals along the width direction of the pressing plate 210, one of the first connecting portions 211 is matched with the second connecting portion 103, that is, the second elastic member 231 is connected between one of the first connecting portions 211 and the second connecting portion 103, the other first connecting portion 211 is used for abutting against the torsion spring serving as the first elastic member 230, and the first elastic member 230 and the second elastic member 231 are respectively connected with the pressing plate 210 by two sides of the pressing plate 210, when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position, it can be ensured that the pressing plate 210 is stressed uniformly, and the problem of deformation caused by uneven stress is avoided.
In other embodiments, the first connection portion 211 and the second connection portion 103 may also be connection holes respectively disposed on the pressing plate 210 and the frame 100, and two ends of the second elastic member 231 respectively cooperate with the two connection holes, so that the second elastic member 231 is connected between the pressing plate 210 and the frame 100. In other embodiments, the second elastic member 231 may also be a bungee cord or an elastic strip of glue, etc.
Referring to fig. 6, a roller 212 is rotatably disposed on the pressing plate 210 of this embodiment, when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position, the roller 212 is opposite to the kicking roller 121, and an axis of the roller 212 is parallel to an axis of the kicking roller 121, so that when only one sheet-like medium remains in the first accommodating chamber 110, the kicking roller 121 rotates to drive the sheet-like medium to be output to the paper output port 101, the roller 212 rotates around its axis relative to the sheet-like medium, and the roller 212 and the kicking roller 121 are commonly used for outputting the sheet-like medium from the paper output port 101. By providing the roller 212 on the platen 210, the sliding friction between the platen 210 and the sheet-like medium is converted into rolling friction, so that the resistance of the platen 210 to the sheet-like medium during the feeding is reduced, and the load of the second driving mechanism 112 for driving the kicking roller 121 to rotate is also reduced.
In this embodiment, when the pressing plate 210 is at the second position, the rotation axis of the roller 212 and the rotation axis of the kicking roller 121 are parallel or substantially parallel to each other, so that the sheet-like medium can be smoothly discharged from the discharge port 101.
Referring to fig. 6, the pressing plate 210 has an opening 213, the roller 212 is rotatably disposed in the opening 213, and a portion of the roller 212 extends out of the opening 213; with this arrangement, when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position and the roller 212 is opposed to the kicking roller 121, the roller 212 can be pressed against the sheet-like medium stacked on the first blade 120, and the sheet-like medium can obtain sufficient output power.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the rack 100 includes a base 130 and a limiting member 131 adjustably connected to the base 130, the limiting member 131 is located at one side of the first supporting plate 120, that is, the limiting member 131 is located at one side perpendicular to the moving direction of the first supporting plate 120, and the limiting member 131 is used for limiting the position of the sheet-like medium on the first supporting plate 120; referring to fig. 2, the pressing plate 210 is movably connected to the limiting member 131, and the limiting member 131 is provided with an accommodating groove 132; when the pressing plate 210 is located at the first position, the pressing plate 210 is located in the accommodating groove 132; when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position, the pressing plate 210 extends out of the receiving groove 132 and presses against the first supporting plate 120. With this arrangement, when the sheet medium does not need to be dispensed, the pressing plate 210 can be accommodated in the accommodating groove of the stopper 131, so that the pressing plate 210 is prevented from interfering with the stacking of the sheet medium on the first blade 120, and the pressing plate 210 is also prevented from interfering with the movement of the first blade 120. So set up, can also drive clamp plate 210 synchronous motion in the position of adjusting locating part 131, need not adjust the position of clamp plate 210 again alone, simplified operating procedure, it is more convenient to use.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate 210 is rotatably connected to the limiting member 131 through the rotating shaft 232, so that the pressing plate 210 is movably connected to the frame 100, and the pressing plate 210 can rotate between the first position and the second position.
The second connecting portion 103 is disposed on the stopper 131, so that the pressing plate 210 and the stopper 131 are connected by the second elastic member 231, thereby improving the stability of the pressing plate 210 when the pressing plate 210 is located at the first position and the second position, i.e., ensuring that the pressing plate 210 located at the first position does not interfere with the stacking of the sheet-like media on the first supporting plate 120 and the movement of the first supporting plate 120. So set up, can also drive clamp plate 210 and second elastic component 231 synchronous motion together in the position of adjusting locating part 131, need not adjust the position of second elastic component 231 again alone, further simplified the operating procedure, it is more convenient to use.
In this embodiment, the position of the limiting member 131 is adjustably connected to the base 130, so that the position of the limiting member 131 relative to the base 130 can be adjusted, and sheet media with different sizes can be neatly stacked on the first supporting plate 120; the adjustment direction of the stopper 131 is: perpendicular to the direction of motion of the first blade 120. Optionally, the position of the limiting member 131 and the base 130 may be adjustably connected by disposing a plurality of threaded holes on the base 130 at intervals along the adjusting direction, providing through holes on the limiting member 131, using a fastener to pass through the through holes on the limiting member 131 to connect with any one of the plurality of threaded holes, and selecting different threaded holes to adjust the position of the limiting member 131. The position of the position limiting member 131 and the position of the base 130 can be adjustably connected by arranging a long slot extending along the adjusting direction on the base 130, arranging an inserting part on the position limiting member 131, inserting the inserting part into the long slot, and moving the inserting part along the long slot to adjust the position of the position limiting member 131. In other embodiments, a driving assembly may be further disposed on the base 130, and the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the limiting member 131, and is used for driving the limiting member 131 to slide relative to the base 130, so as to adjust the position of the limiting member 131 relative to the base 130. The specific structures of the limiting member 131, the base 130 and the driving assembly are similar to those of the related art, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 1, the sheet medium dispensing device 010 of the present embodiment includes two paper pressing mechanisms 200, where the two paper pressing mechanisms 200 are oppositely disposed at two sides of the first accommodating cavity 110; further, the two paper pressing mechanisms 200 are arranged oppositely and at intervals, i.e. in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first supporting plate 120 and perpendicular to the direction in which the sheet-like medium is output from the paper output port 101. With such an arrangement, when the first supporting plate 120 moves to the set position, the pressing plates 210 of the two paper pressing mechanisms 200 can be driven to move to the second position at the same time, and then the two oppositely distributed pressing plates 210 can be used for stably pressing the two sides of the sheet-like media stacked on the first supporting plate 120, so that the sheet-like media can obtain sufficient output power, and the stress balance of the sheet-like media can be ensured, so that the sheet-like media can be more stably and smoothly output.
Referring to fig. 1, the base 130 of the present embodiment is movably provided with two limiting members 131, and the two limiting members 131 are distributed at intervals along a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first supporting plate 120 and a direction perpendicular to the sheet-like medium output direction from the paper output port 101, so that the pressing plates 210 of the two paper pressing mechanisms 200 can be rotatably connected with the corresponding limiting members 131 and synchronously move along with the two limiting members 131 when the two limiting members 131 are adjusted.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the sheet-like medium distribution device 010 may be provided with only one paper pressing mechanism 200 and the limiting members 131, or may be further provided with at least two paper pressing mechanisms 200 and a corresponding number of limiting members 131 at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first supporting plate 120 and the direction in which the sheet-like medium is output from the paper output port 101.
The working process of the sheet medium dispensing device 010 according to this embodiment includes: when the sheet-like media need to be input into the first accommodating cavity 110, the first supporting plate 120 is driven to move to the paper input position, so that the sheet-like media input into the first accommodating cavity 110 from the paper input port 102 can be stacked on the first supporting plate 120; when the sheet medium in the first accommodating chamber 110 needs to be output, the first supporting plate 120 is driven to move to a set position, so that the matching portion 127 of the first supporting plate 120 presses the swinging member 220, the swinging member 220 is driven to swing, the swinging member 220 acts on the first elastic member 230, the pressing plate 210 is driven to move to the second position by the elastic action of the first elastic member 230, the pressing plate 210 moving to the second position can provide enough pressing force for the sheet medium, the sheet medium clamped between the pressing plate 210 and the kicking roller 121 obtains enough pressing force, the kicking roller 121 rotates, and the sheet medium in contact with the kicking roller 121 can be driven to be output smoothly.
In summary, the frame 100 of the sheet-like medium dispensing apparatus 010 according to the embodiment of the present invention is movably connected with the pressing plate 210, and the pressing plate 210 has a first position far away from the kicking roller 121 and a second position close to the kicking roller 121, when the pressing plate 210 is located at the second position, the pressing plate 210 enters the receiving cavity and is opposite to the kicking roller 121, and the pressing plate 210 is configured to apply pressure to the sheet-like medium located between the pressing plate 210 and the kicking roller 121; thus, when the sheet medium is fed out by using the sheet medium dispensing device 010, the kicking roller 121 can drive the sheet medium to be fed out smoothly by providing a sufficient pressing force to the sheet medium by the pressing plate 210 moving to the second position, and therefore, the problem of feeding failure of the sheet medium is solved, and the reliability of sheet medium dispensing is improved.
FIG. 11 is a sectional view of a cash recycling apparatus 030 according to an embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 11, the present embodiment further provides a cash recycling device 030, which includes the sheet-like medium dispensing device 010.
The cash recycling device 030 can stably output the sheet medium by the sheet medium dispensing device 010.
Specifically, the cash recycling device 030 includes a coin depositing device 320, a coin discharging device 321, a temporary storage device 322, a banknote recognition device 323, and a banknote cassette 020, and at least one of the coin depositing device 320, the coin discharging device 321, the temporary storage device 322, and the banknote cassette 020 includes the above-described sheet-like medium dispensing device 010.
Further, referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the cash recycling device 030 includes a cash cassette 020, and the cash cassette 020 includes a sheet medium dispensing device 010; when the banknote cassette 020 of this embodiment outputs the sheet medium by the sheet medium dispensing device 010, the swing member 220 can be pressed by the first blade 120 moved to the set position, so that the swing member 220 drives the pressing plate 210 to move to the second position, and further, the pressing plate 210 moved to the second position can provide a pressing force to the sheet medium stacked on the first blade 120, so that the sheet medium can obtain a sufficient output power.
Referring to fig. 4, a banknote box 020 is provided with a first entrance 310, a conveying passage 311, a second entrance 312 and a second accommodating cavity 313 which are communicated in sequence; the first accommodating chamber 110 is close to the first inlet/outlet 310, the paper inlet 102 can communicate with the first inlet/outlet 310, and the sheet-like medium can enter the first accommodating chamber 110 through the first inlet/outlet 310 and the paper inlet 102; the discharge port 101 communicates with the conveyance path 311, and the first entrance 310 can communicate with the conveyance path 311, so that the sheet-like medium in the first housing chamber 110 can be discharged through the discharge port 101, the conveyance path 311, and the first entrance 310.
Referring to fig. 4, the second accommodating cavity 313 is located below the first accommodating cavity 110, and the second accommodating cavity 313 is used for accommodating a sheet medium; the second port 312 can communicate with the conveyance path 311; when the second inlet/outlet 312 communicates with the conveying path 311 and the first inlet/outlet 310 communicates with the conveying path 311, the sheet-like medium can be introduced into or discharged from the second accommodating chamber 313 through the second inlet/outlet 312 and the conveying path 311. In the banknote box 020 of this embodiment, the first accommodating chamber 110 and the second accommodating chamber 313 are respectively configured to store sheet media with different sizes, for example, banknotes with different denominations, in other embodiments, a plurality of accommodating chambers may also be provided in the banknote box 020, which is not described in this embodiment again.
Referring to fig. 4, a second supporting plate 314 is movably disposed in the second accommodating chamber 313, a second guiding plate 315 is disposed at the second entrance 312, and the second guiding plate 315 is used for guiding the sheet-like media entering the second accommodating chamber 313 from the second entrance 312 to be stacked on the second supporting plate 314. The second guide plate 315 is rotatably connected to the frame 100 via a pivot shaft to facilitate the stacking of the sheet-like media on the second supporting plate 314 in the second receiving cavity 313.
It should be noted that the first access 310, the conveying passage 311, the second access 312, the second accommodating chamber 313, the second supporting plate 314 and the second guiding plate 315 of the banknote cassette 020 are similar to those of the related art in structure and operation principle, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 4, the paper separating roller 123 and the paper kicking roller 121 extend into the second accommodating cavity 313, the banknote cassette 020 further includes a third driving mechanism 316 in transmission connection with the second support plate 314, and the third driving mechanism 316 is used for driving the second support plate 314 to move along the direction in which the sheet-like media are stacked on the second support plate 314. When the sheet-like medium in the second housing chamber 313 needs to be discharged, the second blade 314 is driven by the third drive mechanism 316 to move in a direction approaching the second guide plate 315, so that the sheet-like medium is pressed between the second blade 314 and the second guide plate 315, and the kicker roller 121 and the separator roller 123 feed the sheet-like medium into the transport path 311 from the second entrance 312, and then the sheet-like medium is transported from the transport path 311 to the first entrance 310, and discharged out of the banknote cassette 020 from the first entrance 310.
The third driving mechanism 316 may be a belt driving mechanism, a screw driving mechanism, a rack and pinion driving mechanism, or the like.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a sheet-like medium dispensing apparatus 010 in which a first door 317 and a second door 318 open a first accommodating chamber 110 and a second accommodating chamber 313, respectively, according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a sheet-like medium dispensing apparatus 010 in which a first door 317 and a second door 318 enclose a first accommodating chamber 110 and a second accommodating chamber 313, respectively, according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the banknote cassette 020 of the embodiment further includes a first door 317 and a second door 318, both the first door 317 and the second door 318 are rotatably connected to the rack 100, the first door 317 is disposed corresponding to the first accommodating cavity 110 and is used for opening or closing the first accommodating cavity 110, and the second door 318 is disposed corresponding to the second accommodating cavity 313 and is used for opening or closing the second accommodating cavity 313.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the first door 317 and the second door 318 may also be slidably and slidably coupled to the rack 100.
The working principle of the banknote box 020 in this embodiment includes:
when the sheet-like medium is stored in the first accommodating chamber 110, the first inlet/outlet 310 is communicated with the paper inlet 102, and the first blade 120 is driven to move to the paper inlet position, so that the sheet-like medium conveyed from the first inlet/outlet 310 to the paper inlet 102 can be stacked on the first blade 120. When the sheet-like medium is output from the first accommodating chamber 110, the first inlet/outlet 310 and the paper output port 101 are both communicated with the conveying channel 311, the first supporting plate 120 is driven to move to a set position to press the swinging member 220, so that the pressing plate 210 is driven to move to the second position, and the kicking roller 121 and the paper separating roller 123 are used for conveying the sheet-like medium on the first supporting plate 120 from the paper output port 101 to the conveying channel 311 and outputting the sheet-like medium from the first inlet/outlet 310.
When the sheet-like medium is stored in the second receiving chamber 313, the first inlet/outlet 310 and the second inlet/outlet 312 are both communicated with the conveying path 311, so that the sheets enter the second receiving chamber 313 through the first inlet/outlet 310, the conveying path 311, and the second inlet/outlet 312, and are stacked on the second pallet 314 under the guidance of the second guide plate 315. The sheet-like medium is discharged from the second housing chamber 313, the second blade 314 is driven in the direction of the second guide plate 315 to press the sheet-like medium, the sheet-like medium is conveyed from the second entrance 312 to the conveyance path 311 by the kicker roller 121 and the separation roller 123, and is discharged from the first entrance 310 via the conveyance path 311.
In summary, the banknote cassette 020 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the above described sheet medium dispensing device 010, and can improve the problem of sheet medium output failure and improve the reliability of sheet medium dispensing.
In other embodiments, the coin depositing device 320, the coin discharging device 321, the buffer device 322 and the coin discriminating device 323 may also include the sheet-like medium dispensing device 010 described above.
It should be noted that the structures of the coin depositing device 320, the coin dispensing device 321, the temporary storage device 322, the coin identifying device 323, and the like of the cash recycling apparatus 030 of the present embodiment are similar to those of the related art, and are not described again here.
In summary, the cash recycling device 030 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the sheet medium dispensing device 010 described above, and can improve the problem of sheet medium output failure and improve the reliability of sheet medium dispensing.

Claims (9)

1. The sheet medium distribution device is characterized by comprising a rack and a paper pressing mechanism, wherein the rack is provided with an accommodating cavity and a paper outlet communicated with the accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity is configured to accommodate sheet media, a kicking roller is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the kicking roller is configured to drive the sheet media in the accommodating cavity to be output from the paper outlet;
the paper pressing mechanism comprises a pressing plate, the pressing plate is movably connected with the rack, and the pressing plate is provided with a first position far away from the paper kicking roller and a second position close to the paper kicking roller; when the pressing plate is located at the first position, the pressing plate exits from the accommodating cavity; when the pressing plate is located at the second position, the pressing plate enters the accommodating cavity and is opposite to the kicking roller, and the pressing plate is configured to apply pressure to the sheet-like medium located between the pressing plate and the kicking roller;
the sheet medium distribution device further comprises a supporting plate, wherein the supporting plate is movably arranged in the accommodating cavity and used for supporting the sheet medium; the supporting plate is provided with a set position, when the supporting plate moves to the set position, the paper kicking roller penetrates through the supporting plate to be capable of being in contact with the sheet type medium supported by the supporting plate, and the supporting plate drives the pressing plate to move to the second position.

The sheet-like media dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the paper pressing mechanism further comprises a swing member, the swing member being drivingly connected to the pressing plate; when the supporting plate moves to the set position, the supporting plate is matched with the swinging piece, so that the swinging piece drives the pressing plate to move to the second position.

The sheet-like medium dispensing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the pressing plate and the swinging member are rotatably provided to the chassis, and the paper pressing mechanism further includes a first elastic member connected between the pressing plate and the swinging member; when the supporting plate moves to the set position, the supporting plate drives the swinging piece to rotate and act on the first elastic piece, so that the first elastic piece enables the pressing plate to have a tendency of moving towards the second position.

The sheet media distribution device according to claim 3, wherein the pressing plate and the swinging member are rotatably connected to the frame through a same rotating shaft, the first elastic member is a torsion spring, the rotating shaft is sleeved with the torsion spring, a first torsion arm of the torsion spring is connected to the swinging member, and a second torsion arm of the torsion spring is connected to the pressing plate.

The sheet-like media dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the platen mechanism further comprises a second resilient member coupled between the platen and the frame, the second resilient member configured to cause the platen to have a tendency to continue to approach the kick roller when the platen is in the second position.

The sheet-like medium dispensing device according to claim 5, wherein the pressing plate is rotatably connected to the frame through a rotating shaft, the pressing plate is provided with a first connecting portion, the frame is provided with a second connecting portion, the second elastic member is connected between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are distributed on the same connecting line, and the connecting line and the rotating shaft are distributed at intervals;
the second elastic member is also configured to cause the pressure plate to have a tendency to continue to move away from the kicker roller when the pressure plate is in the first position.

The sheet-like media dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the chassis includes a base and a stop coupled to the base for adjustable position; the limiting piece is positioned on one side of the supporting plate and used for limiting the position of the sheet-like medium on the supporting plate; the pressing plate is movably connected with the limiting piece, and the limiting piece is provided with an accommodating groove; when the pressing plate is located at the first position, the pressing plate is located in the accommodating groove; when the pressure plate is located at the second position, the pressure plate extends out of the accommodating groove and presses towards the supporting plate.
8. The sheet-like media dispensing apparatus of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the platen is provided with rollers that oppose the kicker roller when the platen is in the second position.
9. A cash recycling apparatus comprising the sheet-like medium dispensing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
